I usually go to the island whenever I can to recharge my batteries, this time out of season in the cold, I chose this Recanto to celebrate my birthday, the Ponta da Sela condominium is an incredible place in itself, I always stay here, there is a fishing spot that loves to see the sunset there, among so many wonders of nature preserved in the place. Veronica's house is a surreal place, an impeccable house with a beautiful, infinity-edge pool. The house is very nice and private, and for those who have pets, it is all surrounded by the yard. Veronica answered me very well by phone, she is a flexible person, and gave me a small discount. She was flexible at check-in and check-out. Of all the houses we stayed in at Ponta da Sela, Veronica's was by far the best experience we had. The house is very complete, with many utensils. Guilherme's house is exactly as described in the ad. Very clean, organized, cozy. It's the kind of house you don't want to leave, you want to stay. We felt at home, we found everything we needed to cook for the children. We had a lot of fun in the heated pool. The house is very comfortable, close to the beach and local shops. We were received by Mr. Luciano, who was very attentive, as well as the hosts, Guilherme and Fernando, who always responded promptly when called upon. We will definitely return at the next time.

Clean and organized environment, very beautiful house and quiet and quiet neighborhood. Praia do Curral which is nearby has a bathroom and several kiosks with chair and umbrellas. Karen and Lelei are very helpful and friendly. Next there is a supermarket, restaurant, gym and pharmacy.

The accommodation corresponds with the descriptive, is close to the beach, bakery and the centrinho with restaurants. It has all utensils, towels, bed linen and pillow. All ok!

The days in Cléia's apartment were simply wonderful! The beach of Martim de Sá alone is absurdly special, but being able to stay in such a beautiful, well-kept and complete space made everything even better. It is a new, complete space, where you can see the care and affection in every corner! In addition to Cléia being an excellent host, responding quickly even though she lives in another time zone, all the building's employees are friendly and respectful. I recommend it with my eyes closed and I can't wait to come back!

My stay was excellent! The place was very clean and well maintained, just like in the photos. Host Alana was amazing: super attentive, gave us great tips for tours, restaurants, where to find cold beer and more. She also gave us several instructions that made our trip much easier. The location is quiet and you can easily walk to the beach. I highly recommend and I hope to return soon!

Amazing stay! It exceeded expectations. The house is large, the kitchen is fully equipped and the view from the balcony of the master bedroom and the pool is wonderful! I was there with 3 friends so we found the perfect appartement for 4 people. The appartement was beautiful and had a perfect location, only 2 minutes walk to the beach and many shops and restaurants within a 5 minutes walk. Eneas gave us some good information about the appartement and how to get in well ahead of the journey and was quickly reachable when we arrived.

Mr. João was extremely kind to us, searched us and took us to the place of embarkation, gave us local tips and proved extremely helpful. We went by bus and did everything on foot, but I recommend who is staying by car. The site is a bit far from the beach, around 18 minutes walking. The night, inside, there is no light, so whoever is on foot needs to know that a flashlight or cell phone is necessary and not be afraid of dark, since it is a pitch The place is exactly like in the pictures, a glamping concept that for those who like will love the experience! The chalet is within a place with plenty of green space and a street of land, great for those who want proximity to nature.

We were super welcome, Taciano very kind and attentive. The bungalow is very cozy, beautiful, all very clean, exactly as in the pictures. It has a super different view, we love it and we would definitely come back. The condominium's pools are excellent for both children and adults. The only point of attention is that this location is further away from the center.
