Waddle Self Catering

The Waddle is a traditional Shetland croft house, refurbished to offer a homely and comfortable stay for guests. Situated in a peaceful, quiet, remote location just over a mile from the nearby village of Walls, tucked in under the hill overlooking a sea-loch, it's a perfect place to enjoy Shetlands wildlife, scenery, peace and freedom. The Waddle is situated on an active croft. We have approximately 250 sheep with lambing in the spring, silage baling in the summer and feeding in the winter.

Chill out at Lower Widembrekk

Lower Widembrekk is the perfect place to chill out and relax while you explore Shetland. This 2 bedroom modern house with separate toilet and ensuite is located 10 miles south of Lerwick and only a 5 - 10 minute walk to the main bus route. The home benefits from underfloor heating along with MVHR unit circulating clean air throughout. The living room and balcony has stunning views of the island of Mousa. The local cafe and shop, boat marina and stone beach are all within walking distance.

Mavine Cottage, Lerwick, Shetland

A cosy stone built cottage, circa 1800, in a superb location on the outskirts of Lerwick. Gorgeous sea view, with the Sands of Sound beach just down the road and great access to coastal walks. Easy walking distance to Tesco and the Clickimin Leisure Complex, with Lerwick town centre only 1.25 miles away. There's a well equipped kitchen with a pully for drying clothes and also a good size living room. Mavine Cottage is a great base from which to explore all Shetland has to offer.

Set in it's own garden grounds with views over the Atlantic and the quiet Westside village of Skeld (40 minute drive from Lerwick) and the marina, you'll enjoy the best of Shetland hospitality with a chef prepared breakfast to start the day. Come and go as you please, you have your own front door and your own sitting room with a peat stove and Bose wifi music player. You also have exclusive use of the walk in shower and toilet. Two bedroom cottage in central Lerwick

Comfortable two bedroom cottage, situated in the centre of Lerwick. The cottage has recently been refurbished, and is decorated with a modern feel. Located on King Harald Street, the cottage is within walking distance of Lerwick town centre, near various cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops. Please be aware that there are two sets of steps to get up to the cottage (27 in total), so it may not be suitable for people with mobility issues, or prams/buggies.

Solhamar Self Catering is a one bedroom apartment. We're located in the beautiful village of Cunningsburgh in the South Mainland of Shetland. The apartment has it's own private entrance and outdoor space. Accommodation is arranged over 2 floors and gives a cosy private space to enjoy peace and quiet with beautiful sea and hill views. Cunningsburgh is a 15 minute drive to Lerwick and Sumburgh airport and a short walk to the main bus route.
