Second time we've stayed at the cottage, and it's always wonderful. The location is very quiet and beautiful, and the house is always very tidy. We will definitely go back again and again.

The house is cozy, well located and offers a beautiful view of the countryside. Great to rest, to walk around and contemplate nature. It has a nice balcony with hammocks and chairs. Full kitchen, good internet, high quality beds and bedding. The house is close to sights (close to restaurants and cafes, without, however, interfering with the silence of the place). For those who like nature, the site is sensational, especially for Birdwatching (we spot rare species, including within the property: jackjacket, saracura-sanã, etc.).

Rodrigo's house is wonderful, very comfortable, great bed, delicious shower, kitchen with all the utensils, beautiful garden. All perfect, I felt at home, the energy of the house is very good, well located, good internet, I was very satisfied with all that the house offers. I even made a little fire🔥. José received us with great kindness and promptness to everything we request. Great people! When I return to Cunha, that's where I want to stay. I loved it! Thank you so much for making your beautiful and comfortable home available.

Lovely place! Fantastic location, we loved it!!!

Of everything that has not yet been said, I think it is important to point out that the neighborhood is extremely calm. We were very pleased. To stay in the clear historical center that has its charm but the noise and the mess would bother me. We walked to the center and the canal walk is extremely pleasant. At the end of the avenue, on the bridge that makes the access to the center, it also has a very convenient parking lot. Very quick to access. Other all as is described in the posting.

A beautiful place to stay near Paraty! The chalet is thoughtfully decorated and is a lovely space to spend time in, with everything you need. We really enjoyed long evenings on the terrace surrounded by nature. The nearby waterfall is great for swimming, too. Check in was easy and communication from Goretti great. She even sent us a delicious cornmeal cake! Highly recommend staying here.

Thalita was extremely kind and proactive from the first moment of contact. He responded super fast. We had problems with a lack of water in the house, but it was always promptly resolved and attended to. We will return more often for sure.

Beautiful, secluded spot with stunning views. The home is clean, modern, and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. It’s about a 10–15 min drive from town and the road can be tricky, so a rental car is a must - but totally worth it for the peace and scenery! Paula was also a great host and extremely communicative. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend!

This is the second time we have stayed at Sítio Mino Leite, and we intend to return soon. This time we had a special feature: we were accompanied by a dog that we had recently rescued. So we were looking for a place to be at peace with our dog, who is with us in a temporary home. A place with space where they could play and strengthen their bond without the intervention of other dogs. We explained the whole situation to Flávio, who indicated the best house on the site that would meet our needs. And the result was wonderful. Dogs played and we rested. And Flávio's hospitality was excellent, always helping with tips, solving any problems that arose during the stay, or answering our questions.

Beautiful house, well decorated , cozy, clean and organized! It offers everything you need for a good stay! We were greeted by Fabiana with great kindness and attention! I, my husband and son have spent a great extended holiday, and were pleased with the stay. All very comfortable, well structured and with a super pleasant outdoor area! We want to return soon!

First time in Paraty... We had a wonderful stay! The location by the water was absolutely beautiful — peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. Wanice was friendly and incredibly responsive. She made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. She also provided some great local recommendations that made exploring the area even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a serene getaway with a thoughtful host.

The house is exactly as in the photos, it has all the necessary amenities and is wonderful! The surroundings are very quiet, with no noise and plenty of nature around. Letícia is very kind, gave us tips for sightseeing and was always available to help, there was a cake and fruit when we arrived at the house, she was flexible at check-in and check-out. We will definitely be back another time! Thank you!

The house is very beautiful and cozy with a large balcony perfect for sunbathing and enjoying the beautiful view of the mountains. We were very welcomed by the staff - Douglas, Jaqueline and Luana - who took great care for our stay to be quite enjoyable.

Awesome indoor outdoor house in the historic district!

The best place to stay here in Brazil! The house is really nice and clean, a beautiful bathroom, and the bed sheets are super clean. The most beautiful part is the outside, where you can stay on this beautiful veranda, and enjoy the view and the noises of nature. The river that runs along the house is a beautiful hike to do. The host was very kind, he helped us with everything and made us feel at home. He lent us bikes and directed us to the wonderful waterfalls, where we had a wonderful morning. It also helped us get back to the station, and it was truly a surprise! We were really too little, I recommend staying at least 3 nights (but even more) to better enjoy the experience and visit all the places. I would definitely recommend it

What can I say about this stay in Paraty apart from: perfection. The accommodation is a peaceful haven located in a beautiful tropical garden populated by birds (we even had the chance to see a toucan and marmosets) just 10 minutes' drive from the center of Paraty. It is decorated with great taste, very well furnished and very clean. But I think what touched us the most was the extreme kindness of the hosts. We met a lovely family who spoiled us with lots of little touches throughout the stay. It was a bit like a second family. Thank you for this wonderful stay and we hope to have the chance to come back soon!

It was a great choice! I was very close to where I took my course and I was able to walk and get to know the surroundings. I also saved a lot on food because I made breakfast and dinner at the accommodation, which has a well-equipped kitchen. The host also sent me an e-book with a lot of information about Cunha, gastronomic and tourist spots. I recommend it.

Our days at Casa Pomar were wonderful. Beautiful and perfect space to connect with nature and yourself. Perfect for inspiring artistic souls like ours! Our dogs loved to run freely and meet the oxen. The place is great for dogs! As for the house, everything was perfect and we had no problems with anything. We cooked a few days and everything I needed was available in the kitchen. Be sure to order the breakfast basket prepared with great affection by Nicolas and Malena, it is well worth it and everything is delicious! We look forward to returning soon!

Attention and care in every detail. Immediate contact that gave us a lot of security throughout the stay. It was cold and the fireplace, as well as the room heater, kept us warm throughout the period. :) An unusual gift: seasonal vegetables and legumes from a local organic garden! Those gifts that make the soul happy. :) Oh, and yes! Very clean and cozy!!!

We were very well received. the instructions for arriving at the site were clear and were flexible with the check in. The accommodation was impeccable and the fondue was very good. Everything clean and organized. The countryside is amazing and the atmosphere breathed peace. It was sensational.
