The house is cozy, well located and offers a beautiful view of the countryside. Great to rest, to walk around and contemplate nature. It has a nice balcony with hammocks and chairs. Full kitchen, good internet, high quality beds and bedding. The house is close to sights (close to restaurants and cafes, without, however, interfering with the silence of the place). For those who like nature, the site is sensational, especially for Birdwatching (we spot rare species, including within the property: jackjacket, saracura-sanã, etc.).

It was a magical weekend. It was a pleasure to experience the whole island. The house is beautiful, and it has a wonderful energy. All very clean and organized. All the people we had contact with on the island were very receptive and attentive. Without a doubt we will return.

Rodrigo's house is wonderful, very comfortable, great bed, delicious shower, kitchen with all the utensils, beautiful garden. All perfect, I felt at home, the energy of the house is very good, well located, good internet, I was very satisfied with all that the house offers. I even made a little fire🔥. José received us with great kindness and promptness to everything we request. Great people! When I return to Cunha, that's where I want to stay. I loved it! It is difficult to describe in words what the experience of staying at Casa Paraty Tropical is. The property is beautiful, an immersion in nature and with a breathtaking view, the photos cannot give the dimension of the real beauty of the place, only being there to understand. The house is so perfect that it even comes with a pet, Mexerica and Rajadinha (I don't know the name of this one) are a delight. The location is also great, in less than 10 minutes you can reach the center of Paraty. Tim's service was impeccable from start to finish, with quick and accurate responses, as well as giving great tips about the region and being hyper solicitous. We will certainly return to stay in this paradise, a place of unique energy that left us feeling renewed.

Wow! What a stunning paradise. From the beautifully landscaped yard to the excellent craftsmanship of the home, this place is perfect. Whoever designed and built this home really knew what they were doing. You really do have a near private beach just steps from the front porch. Our favorite part was just sitting on the front porch enjoying the sounds of nature with coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening. Late May/early June is a great time to visit. We didn’t need to use the A/C once during our visit. Everything is well thought out, from the beach chairs, towels and sand castle toys to every piece of stemware and kitchen utensil you might need in the kitchen. Also, the town of Paraty is just a 15min drive away with lots of shopping/dining options. And the host, Angela, in the 15 years my family has been renting vacation properties, is the best host I’ve ever worked with. She was extremely responsive and arranged so many details and all our activities. Excellent!!

the house is beautiful, it has an incredible view. It has all the amenities. The most beautiful is where it is located, the village is small and very nice with nearby beaches that are unique. Sandro is an excellent host, he helped and recommended us at all times. the best place in the area by far.

Ingrid's accommodation seemed very appropriate for the price and the photos match reality! Everything was clean. The self check-in was very helpful and peaceful since we arrived quite late. The kitchen is very well equipped and the location is very good because you can do everything on foot. The only detail: there was no blanket or quilt and I'm a bit chilly. They clarified in an email that we should bring something if we were to be cold, but traveling with hand luggage that is impossible. Just that detail... I would definitely stay there again.

Janaína's room is extremely similar to the photos, very well located, easily accessible. We had a great stay.

We were very welcome by Ernani and Edilene. A very friendly, polite couple who gave us valuable tips. We were kindly greeted by a delicious biscuit. The apartment is super well located, which makes it easy to choose places to walk and eat. Everything was clean and impeccable. The place is very well decorated, a charm. The facility is new and well-equipped, meeting the needs of the guests well. The photos accurately show the location. Super indicated! 😉

We love it!!!! The apartment is very comfortable. Impeccable cleanliness, excellent blankets, towels and sheets, well-equipped kitchen and everything brand new. Great location, very close to the Mother Church. We were greeted by Celina, a lovely person, always concerned with our well-being. We certainly recommend it!!!!!

My husband and I were in Cunha for the third time. The other times we stayed in other accommodations, to which I would not return, unlike Mel's accommodation. I will certainly return to Cunha and stay here again. The atmosphere was very peaceful, everything was clean and the view was beautiful. Being able to bathe while looking at the bush was a very wonderful experience. I needed some items to sanitize my car and Mel was super helpful in lending them to me.

It was a wonderful stay. The service was fast, close to the historic center and in the neighborhood there is a market and restaurants. Next to the beach where I could walk. I'll be back and recommend it!

Everything impeccable, so clean it makes you want to take your slipper off to get in. I felt at home! The location is great, there's everything you need in the kitchen for those who want to cook. Nearby has everything, bakery, market and great restaurants (who like meat recommend the Garden Grill steak Bar, hope bakery in the historic center) Everyone from the hosting very helpful and I had a great service. The city is charming. I will return with ctz!!

It was an excellent stay. Ana and Alcir are very friendly and helpful and are always ready to help us. The place is nice and safe too. Despite having houses nearby, because it's in a condominium, we had no problems with noise. Impeccable cleanliness and organization. It was very worthwhile and I will recommend it to friends.

Had a great time in Paraty at Enrique’s apartment. Loved the location, walkable to a calm beautiful beach. Enrique was there to check us in and answer questions and was very flexible on checkout. It’s in a secure little complex with a gate for security. Everything worked well, hot water, internet, etc. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful place, with stunning views and gorgeous sunsets. William is an excellent host, incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. They also provided great local recommendations for food and activities The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Paraty is a beautiful town, definitely is a must.

Simply wonderful! The accommodation was excellent in all aspects — comfortable, clean and very well located in Angra dos Reis. But what really made the difference was the host's kindness and attention, especially when allowing us to check out a little later. This care has made all the difference in our experience! I recommend with my eyes closed and I hope to return soon!

The stay at Eva's place was excellent. Although the key is in easy location, I would add the need for a reception with the host. I say this because of the need for conference on how the house is received (it would be a security for the hostess and the guest. The ad mentions the use of beach chairs and umbrella (which should be washed after use) and there are no such items for use (we no longer take it believing it would). The kitchen is quite complete, even had dishcloths. I missed a floor cloth for an eventual need for quick cleaning. Anyway, apart from this analysis of point issues, of easy resolution, we love the stay and we feel very satisfied!! You can book without fear!! Thank you very much, Eva!!

Imagine a tranquil, beautiful, calm and perfect place to rest and, even better, it is very close to the historic center, beaches, walks, shops, supermarkets and various businesses...: the Condominium is all that!!! We spent special days, to the sound of birds, visits from monkeys and overlooking a lake, pool and garden, which provided us with incredible and special moments, full of peace and tranquility!!! Alain is very helpful and flexible, the house is equipped and organized with all the utensils we need for a good stay. I thank Alain for the attention and flexibility he gave us, making our trip even more unforgettable!!!! Gratitude...!!!! Guys, "just go" and enjoy every moment!!!!
