Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Cumbayá

Only problem is the place is soooo secure 😂 sometimes it was even hard for us to enter the house 😂 we waited 10 minutes in every entrance

We loved staying at this old house on the mountain. The interior was charming and tasteful, with all the amenities and supplies we needed. Karen gave clear instructions on check in and was responsive. Only issue we had was with the old door and lock, you need some practice to use it but Karen and her husband helped us out. Also it is right across a beautiful church. During a few days there were some events happening in the church square so it was loud, but other than that we had no problem. Remember to bring eye masks for sleeping!

It was great staying here for four weeks. The house is comfortable and the location is very peaceful, but still close to everything. Nice garden and patio. Also very affordable. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great time at Elena’s place - she and her whole family were so hospitable and kind. The dogs are the sweetest animals ever and she was so flexible with our large group.

Had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Omama Wasi. It is a wonderful house and compound inside a very safe neighborhood. Maria was very communicative and easy to chat with. She was always available when I needed help and treats her guests with respect and privacy. Internet was incredibly fast, kitchen fully stocked with cutlery and necessary dishes. The place was very easy to live at for the months that I did and would highly, highly recommend staying with Maria. Thank you!

The house was very nice and the view from the 2nd floor was beautiful. Pedro was very helpful in getting us water and anything else we needed for our stay.

Great landscaping. Well furnished but nothing so fancy you’re afraid your kids will destroy it. Super responsive and friendly family lives on site to assist with anything needed. Only con is address is sent at last minute before typically boarding a late night flight so there is not time to do any google mapping. Property is located on down a dark dirt alley - never a great feeling being anywhere and having your taxi go down a narrow dirt road at 1am and not knowing beforehand. The instructions pdf for the property should have a picture or a disclaimer - don’t worry the narrow ally road is in deed the correct way. Over all great property and if I was with a group in the Quito area would totally stay again!

We had a fantastic stay in Quito! The unit is located in a great neighborhood with lots to do, and the building is secured by a 24/7 guard. We loved the decor, with floor to ceiling windows and a modern aesthetic. Diego and Monica are very responsive and proactive, with clear and helpful instructions. Highly recommend!

Carlos’s place is perfect for few days stay as a solo travelled or a couple. It’s in a nice neighborhood close to a mall and a big park. There are plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood and there are things in the house to cook food if you decide to do it yourself too. Carlos himself was very responsive and got back to me with any questions I had pretty quickly. Would recommend this place if you plan to visit Quito

Amazing place! To start, the location was perfect. Felt safe, was close to all attractions, and had an amazing view from the terrace. Bernardo was super helpful with everything. He always made sure I was taken care of. The room itself was so cozy and nice.

My stay was just spectacular, the best I've ever had. From the first moment, the host was kind and attentive, always available to help with whatever is required. The place is spotless, tastefully decorated and all amenities one might need. The location is perfect - close to everything, but quiet enough to rest. 100% recommended for those looking for a memorable, comfortable and truly special experience, both individually and as a couple. Our stay at this Airbnb truly surpassed our expectations. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive, making coordination effortless and stress free. The home was not only beautiful, but also fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location was ideal, centrally situated with quick access to the mall & restaurants. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

The place was clean and bed was comfy. Thankfully check in was easy and available even at 9pm, so if you have a late day flight you're safe. You're also in a good location so mall is right down the street, movies are near by, and numerous other places near by as well. The stove and oven work well, and having a washer and dryer is super useful. And the owner responded to all my questions and was responding at a reasonable place as well. The only complaint i can have about it, is why are all the knives dull and why not chefs knife, made it tricky to make food between me and my fiancée. But still over all as a place to stay for me and my girlfriend, who i was visiting and purposed to, it was a nice place that we both enjoyed. I would personally recommend it very highly.

We had such a great stay! They were very responsive and helpful before and during the stay. It was a queen bed with a single bed that you can pull out from under. The space is a little small, but it worked well for 2 people. The building was very nice and the view from the room was beautiful. It is easily walkable to nearby restaurants and near the metro and bus station or a short Uber ride to most places in Quito.

We had a great time, well-equipped and well-lit, a very nice stay
