Quiet room near business parks

Thank you Jeanette, Cedric and Fennel for making me so welcome in your home. I felt very comfortable staying with you. My room was light, clean and uncluttered and the bed very comfortable. I had a great nights sleep and loved how quiet it was. Being greeted with freshly ground coffee in the morning before heading off to work was a lovely and welcome touch. I will very happily stay with you again and also recommend you to others 😊. Bright wishes from Andy

Very comfortable and spacious room. Beautiful bathroom. Quiet location. Really appreciated the small touches (microwave, fridge, tea, croissants). Paul is a warm and friendly host, couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay. Would definitely return, highly recommended.

Kingsize bedroom with own en-suite

We chose to stay at Stephen’s as very close to our family, 3 minutes in car and walkable. Also very close to Stockton Heath and Cheshire villages and attractions. Couldn’t fault it and felt right at home. Lovely dog Cassie who we introduced to our grandchildren one day. Breakfast more than adequate, home baked bread. We were able to use the kitchen if needed, very kind and relaxed. Many thanks Ian and Stephen. Heather and Bernie Ainsworth

Fresh and comfortable single room in Leigh.

What an experience! I just needed somewhere to stay whilst doing the Bolton 70.3 triathlon, and wasn’t expecting much. But I was blown away by Kev’s hospitality and made to feel very welcome in his home. A great experience that I won’t forget in a hurry. Thanks Kev. Also, It’s only a 25 minute jog to the swim start of the triathlon which means you get extra time in bed before the race!

Stan’s place was perfect, it’s private, spacious and really comfortable. Stan was an exceptional host and on hand to any questions I had. He was very welcoming and eager to hear about my trip to Bolton competing in an Ironman

Very comfortable to stay at Berta’s. She’s so kind and considerate. The room is nice and it’s not far from some Beatles tribute sites which are not located in the city center. Taking bus from the house or just have a walk is convenient. I enjoyed the trip so much and would like to choose Berta again if I return to Liverpool.

Bright and airy double room in Sale

ArthurRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
We've stayed with Jane a few times now, and every visit has been absolutely lovely. She has a real gift for making us feel right at home—we're always so comfortable there. The bed is honestly one of the comfiest we've ever slept in, which makes it hard to leave in the mornings! We really enjoy the light continental breakfast in her bright, spacious kitchen—it's such a nice way to start the day. We also love the area. It’s so peaceful, and one of our favourite things is taking a walk along the canal into Sale—it’s a beautiful and relaxing stroll. All in all, it’s a top-notch place, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay. Fingers crossed Jane has a spot available when we’re back in Manchester!
