Beachfront holiday rentals in Cul-de-Sac

This place exceeded all our expectations - fantastic location right on the beach, and also easy walking distance to great shops and restaurants, and of course the amazing bakery. We rented a car and found driving really easy - explored this lovely island each day and then came back and chilled on the beach by the condo. Such a relaxing holiday and the condo was perfect. And Virginia was super responsive whenever we had a question. We will be back!

Le logement était impeccable, propre, joli, fonctionnel, bien placé. La petit terrasse extérieur est super, facile d’accès vers la plage, la piscine et le chemin au bord de l’étang pour se promener. Nous reviendrons c'est certain!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Antoine’s place. It is in a great location with the beach, restaurants, and shopping all nearby. We loved sitting outside on the patio in the mornings to enjoy breakfast with the iguanas, turtles, birds, and cats!

Kathy’s place exceeded our expectations and was so hard to leave. Kathy and Zackarie were fantastic hosts who made us feel right at home. It truly felt like a little piece of paradise in a great area. The market right on the street was super convenient, and there were plenty of great local spots nearby, including a must-visit tiki bar down the road called Ratafia. The beach was within walking distance, and it was such a joy to be able to bring our dog. The island is incredibly dog-friendly. There’s really no better place to stay on the island. We’re so glad we found a new home away from home!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful and spacious property! The place was not only stunning but also felt very safe. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the beach chairs provided for our outings. The hosts were incredibly communicative and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy their time!!

This house is immaculate. So much space for a group. Very clean. Sarah is a fabulous host. Great views. Every bedroom having its own bathroom was so convenient. There were baby goats outside the balcony--that was just a cute bonus. We booked this house the day before, because the original house we booked was atrocious. This was a million times better, and Sarah was the best host we ever could have asked for. I can't say enough about how great this property was.

The apartment is located in an ideal spot especially if you want to feel part of the Anse Marcel vibe. It's steps away from restaurants, shops, grocery store, and the beach. The open air living is especially attractive because you can fully enjoy the outdoors while in the kitchen and living area, but you're nice and cool for sleep in the air-conditioned bedrooms. We loved it!

Absolutely Perfect Beach Getaway. We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb right on Orient Bay Beach! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the soft sand and crystal-clear water, with beach bars, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance. The space itself was thoughtfully designed and had everything we needed for a relaxing and romantic beach vacation. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower was wonderful, and we loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoyed our mornings on the private terrace with an ocean view. It’s clear the hosts put a lot of care into making sure guests feel welcome and comfortable. They provided beach towels, chairs, and even an umbrella —every little detail was covered. Communication was seamless, and check-in was a breeze. This spot truly felt like a home away from home, but better—sun, sea, and total serenity

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb in Orient Bay! The location was absolutely ideal—just a short walk to the beach and great restaurants, yet it also offered a peaceful and secluded feel that made it the perfect retreat. The outdoor eating space was a standout feature for us—we loved starting our mornings there and unwinding in the evenings. The Airbnb itself was spotless and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort and relaxation of our stay. The host was fantastic—very responsive and attentive to any questions or needs, making the experience seamless from start to finish. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a combination of convenience, tranquility, and great hospitality. We would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed here for my gf 31st birthday and it was far more than perfect. It had everything you needed. My only hassle was the front door mechanism, just a little different than what we are used to. Every room essentially had their own bathroom which was great. The ladies that stood with us, their only feedback was “we wish there were more full body mirrors” lol Other than that, everyone enjoyed the area and the Airbnb. The pool was great, there were mosquitos but you can buy some repellant and be fine. The bbq grill was the best for us as we chose the first night in. Great place and location. Thank you so much.

My friends and I had a wonderful time at Clea's place. The house is beautiful. She had cold beverages waiting in the refrigerator for our arrival and the scenery was beautiful from the veranda. our only concerned is that the pool is not clearly marked for depth. I'm about 5 ft and the pool all the way around is a little deeper than that which is over my head. There is no shallow end. Orient Beach is very nice. one drawback is the constant haggling for a beach massage by the locals. I had to exercise a gentle rudeness in order for them to leave us alone. Other than that we had a fabulous time. You must visit the African Market in Phillipsburg. You will find beautiful African artifacts at good prices. Anthony and Florence are the best.

My wife and I loved this stay at Mount Vernon. Waking up daily to the beautiful view of Orient bay was priceless. The place was clean , had most things you would need at the kitchen . I loved that they had coffee available there too. The place was very cozy and beautiful. The bed was very comfy which let us rest properly every night . We like the comfort and luxury of having such a nice view every time you look out the balcony. The host was very kind and waited for us at the entrance of the place . You most definitely would need to have a vehicle to be able to get around from there to other places . I would say if you have mobility issues maybe it would be a little difficult because of the flight of stairs , other than that it’s a great stay! We will definitely come back.

We stayed at this property for three weeks and our experience was exceptional from start to finish. Even before booking, Leonard, the host was incredibly responsive and approachable, answering all my questions quickly and thoroughly. Max and Chelsea, team working with Leonard, were also professional, helpful, and a pleasure to communicate with. They assisted us with everything from restaurant recommendations to arranging taxi services. The property itself was spotless, very well equipped, and offered a stunning view of the sea. Both the beach and pool were just a few steps away, yet when the doors were closed, we enjoyed peaceful quiet, with only the tranquil sound of the waves. IMO, this unit is the best location on the compound. Orient Bay, only 10-15 minute walk along the beach, is lively, and filled with restaurants, shops, and cafes. However, we loved staying at this quieter spot. Truly, I have no complaints—only gratitude for making our vacation so wonderful!

From the breathtaking view to your own private pool, this is one of the best Airbnb you could ever stayed in. The location is amazing as it is nestled within a very quiet neighborhood on the Dutch side. Perfect for our family with three young children with plenty of room to enjoy the beautiful island

We have stayed at this location many times when it was formerly a hotel. The room was exactly as advertised and very clean. It had everything we could possibly need including chairs, umbrella and beach towels. Checking in with Chelsea was a breeze even though our flight was delayed.

Delphine's place is very lovely. Love the fact that it was ocean view. It is lovely for a romantic getaway. Walk on the beach, small hike trail. The stay was very pleasant. I had such a great time in this apartment. thank you Delphine for being so responsive and helpful. 10/10

I really enjoyed my two week vacation in this great apartment! It is very spacious. Another couple stayed with me for a few days, and we were all very comfortable. Wonderful restaurants are right nearby, and the ocean is a very short walk away (you can see it from the balcony). Manuela is a delightful person and very helpful. I look greatly forward to returning soon and staying again in this perfect spot!

Coralie was fantastic!!! She sent us directions so detailed that she even counted the speed bumps for us! Her house was in a beautiful location and decorated so wonderfully. It was right on the water and we loved sitting on the porch watching the waves. The pictures dudnt do it justice. it was so calm and serene. Absokutely the best air bnb we have ever stayed in. She even had electric converters on the kitchen table in case we forgot ours. She thought of everything! We so enjoyed our stay here. Even met some fun neighbors to visit with. Nossa estada foi muito agradável na casa da Zora, num condomínio tranquilo em Anse Marsel. O apartamento é bem equipado com utensílios de cozinha, louças suficientes e eletrodomésticos funcionando perfeitamente. O local é ideal para quem quer descansar, a poucos metros de uma praia linda, de água transparente e calma. Veleiros aportam para apreciar o maravilhoso por do sol. Estivemos no período de baixa temporada, nada nos incomodou. Próximo ao condomínio se encontra um pequeno mercado bem sortido e a poucos quilômetros é possível ter acesso a mercados maiores e outros comércios. A Zora estava sempre disponível para resolver qualquer problema que aparecesse. Recomendamos!

An unforgettable stay 🥹 The apartment was absolutely perfect, it had everything we needed and more. Super fresh, clean, beautifully decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable. We slept so well every night and waking up to that breathtaking view each morning was pure magic. Anne Sophie was a fantastic host. Kind, proactive and always available.
