I really liked it, I recommend it and I intend to return!

It was great, it matched the ad, I went for work, every month I go to Cuiabá and whenever it's available I intend to stay, I had to leave a day early for personal reasons but the place is great and the host always responds quickly, always willing to help, we had a problem with the water in the apartment that was unfortunately not her responsibility, it's something that happens, in the end everything worked out.

Well located and cozy, I felt at home, I will come back more often!

excellent place, good location, close to Miguel Subtil Avenue; insurance, gated condominium and condominium controlled by condo; the condominium is very quiet and clean, the neighborhood is friendly and helpful. My stay at the Flat was great. The flat is located in a quiet place and is close to parks, the wholesale supermarket, the Pantanal shopping mall and the city's administrative center. In my opinion it is ideal for a single person or a couple (it has a bed and a sofa bed). It has a full kitchen with pots, dishes and kitchen utensils (they are few, but sufficient for everyday life). Air-conditioning works well, I didn't get hot in Cuiabá (laughs). Overall, I felt right at home. Gessica is a great hostess, always responded quickly and was flexible at check-in. I definitely recommend the flat.

Our goal in the stay was to carry out health treatment at the Cancer Hospital. The Victor property is located 7 min from the Hospital, so this made our everyday life a lot easier. In addition, the region where the house is located, in the CPA, has numerous services in the vicinity: Comper market, banks, pharmacies, restaurants, shops, free trade on Sundays, all less than 5 minutes away. The street where the house is located is super quiet. The building is not luxurious, but it is large and comfortable, perfectly meeting our needs in a long term stay, as was the case. The photos that are on the site translate reality. In addition, the host always catered to us quickly and politely. We are pleased with the stay.

Ms. Lauriany is an excellent host. Ms. Selma is also always available. Extremely nice. The place is exactly as described. 24 hr Security and gated. You will feel safe. Very nice shopping mall with in walking distance, literally across from the apartment. Comper Supermarket only a few blocks away provides a great clean grocery store. Airport is close by, not far from Comper. Several good food vendors in the area. If you decide to rent a vehicle, get a small or compact car. The parking is small. If not, Uber is easy to access and we had no issues. This is my second time staying here. My wife felt safe, I felt safe. The apartment is very nice. I look forward to staying on my next visit. You can’t ask for a better host! Anything you need, just ask! They respond very quickly and are easy to accommodate anything with you.
