Recently renovated, our quiet independent cottage in a private property with shared pool (unheated, accessible early May depending on the weather), 5 minutes' drive from all amenities, will welcome you with pleasure. Located in the heart of the "BLACK PÉRIGORD" between Rocamadour, Périgueux, Brive-la-Gaillarde, 20 minutes from Sarlat, 5 minutes from the Lascaux caves and many other sites. On site, there are many marked pedestrian and bike trails.

Bed linen and towels included. The area is dotted with beautiful hiking in the countryside. Come and stroll through the middle of the ancient city of Terrasson-Lavilledieu where you will find small shops with these artisans.

Petit Paradis - Private Pool

Newly decorated and furnished with private pool, vacation home located in the heart of the Périgord Noir. The cottage is ideally located with spectacular views of a castle and surrounding countryside. It can accommodate 3 people. It can accommodate a couple, a family with 2 children or 3 adults. The accommodation is close to restaurants, family-friendly activities, nightlife, the river and mainly important tourist sites in the area.

We rent our cottage located in a small village, Cublac. Shops nearby (grocery store, bakery, restaurants etc). We are located 5 minutes from Terrasson Lavilledieu, 20 minutes from Montignac (24), 30 minutes from Sarlat (24), 15 minutes from Brive-la-Gaillarde (19)… We live in the house next door throughout the year. We agree to rent it for a week at a minimum or a month. Above-ground pool available July through September.
