Peaceful oasis! We absolutely adored our stay here. It was remote but surrounded by beautiful towns and villages to explore. The place itself was perfect for what we needed and just spending time outside in nature/farms. The pool and hot tub were exceptional. It was so quiet we felt we were fully alone and could fully switch off. There was everything you needed kitchen and bbq etc. Would love to come back.

nous avons passé un très bon séjour au moulin aux Ans, le logement est très mignon, donnant sur le cours d'eau, l'environnement est calme est très joli. la piscine à disposition est super ( à partager avec les autres gîtes). petite terrasse exterieure très agréable et plusieurs salons de jardins a disposition sur le site. Valérie nous a donné de très bons conseils sur les environs et nous a indiqué des bons restaurants.

The house is located in a secluded plot surrounded by woodland and with amazing views over the countryside. It has comfy beds, a modern kitchen with everything you need, a gas BBQ, a huge deck with outdoor seating and of course the lovely heated swimming pool. It is truly peaceful yet within an easy drive of Montignac with its supermarkets and riverside eateries. Saint Amand de Coly is a great base for exploring the Dordogne by car, with lots to see, visit and do within just half an hour’s drive and more further afield. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this super property.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable chez Mia. Le logement était très propre et fidèle à la description. Le cadre est apaisant et permet une totale déconnexion. Mia est une hôte très réactive. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

merci pour se lieu paissible ,dèconextion totale ,le logement est superbe avec sa grande hauteur sous plafont ,sa mezanine.Bien équiper,propre.Terrasse avec une belle vu sur la nature . Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille chez Magali. Accueil très flexible et chaleureux, la maison est vraiment une pépite dans cette région très bien entretenue, équipée, piscine et jardin sans vis à vis, mise à disposition de jeux… tout pour passer du bon temps ! Et le vrai plus : une salle de bain et un toilette par chambre. Merci pour ce beau séjour apprécié des grands et des petits

Merci à Francis pour son accueil et hospitalité. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans une très belle région. La maison offre un confort satisfaisant, le coin est paisible en pleine nature. Le Périgord noir est vraiment à découvrir avec ses nombreux chateaux, grottes, jardins et ses produits locaux.

Pool is about 8m long & 1.25m deep and was perfect for us in the warm weather, while the stone building keeps cool during the day. Secluded rear courtyard with umbrella is nice for outdoor meals. 10 minutes drive to the nearest town, so a car is essential. One (nice) restaurant within walking distance.

We spent a night at Virginia’s place and we did not want to leave, it was so peaceful and relaxing. The parking was easy and next to the property and Virginia greeted us on our arrival. The property was amazing and the grounds very extensive with lovely views. We would definitely stay here again if ever we are in the area. Thank you for the gift Virginia, it was lovely to meet you 😊

Ein sehr schönes kleines Häuschen mitten in Montignac. Wir hatten selten ein so schönes AirBnB. Florie hat uns super informiert und war gut erreichbar. Dieses Häuschen lohnt einen Besuch.

Gite très bien restauré dans un petit village à proximité de Beaulieu sur Dordogne Tout était parfait à recommander .

The best lodging we've had on this month long trip to France. Beautifully and comfortably decorated, private but close to all the things, the best sleep I've had in years, wonderfully appointed kitchen. Heads up that there is a washer but no dryer, but we managed fine with the very large drying rack provided. Would not hesitate to recommend, I wish I had spent more of my time here.

On a adoré l'ancienne petite maison superbement rénovée avec ces 2 terrasses. Les petits dej dehors avec vue et calme étaient appréciable. Jeremy nous a fait goûter sa super boisson au gingembre, un régal. Jeremy et Laurie ont pensé à tout nos confort. C'est rare d'être aussi confortable comme a la maison. Merci et bravo à vous.

Well situated in a charming rural village buried in the French countryside. Very calm and peaceful, with the local amenities in easy walking distance. The countryside is stunning and hilly - perfect for rambling etc. Eliane's property is the perfect way to enjoy this beautiful historic part of France where time seems to stand still. C'est un petit Havre de paix en campagne mais proche des plus beaux principaux endroits de Dordogne comme Sarlat et Brive-la-Gaillarde.. La maison est cosy et le jaccuzi est vraiment agréable âpres une journée de visite.. Merci à Fabienne pour sa sympathie !

I can not rate this property and owner any higher. My family came to watch a rugby game at Stade Beaudry. The house was just as described and the location/area beautiful. The communication was very efficient and the host could not do enough to work around our arrangements and help us. Jean Louis called to check everything was well and brought gifts - food, wine and even some French flags to wave at the rugby! Great sense of humour and very kind. We will be back to visit this beautiful area of France - thank you both so much. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ all round experience!

Très bon séjour en Dordogne, la maison était très propre, la cadre est très agréable, joli jardin, Gyslaine est accueillante et les informations sont claires. J’ai apprécié la boîte à clé ce qui permet d’arriver à notre rythme et de partir sans contrainte ; je recommande pour la propreté et l’emplacement du lieu, proche de nombreux endroits touristiques !

le logement était propre et Rachelle et son mari très accueillant ! plein de choses à faire dans le secteur rien qu'à Terrasson ! un plus pour la piscine privée qui est agréable après une journée ou l'on a bien marché pour découvrir la belle Dordogne, alors un grand merci à vous deux

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Sissi ! Le logement est confortable et extrêmement bien équipé, on se sent comme à la maison. C'est un endroit paisible. Sissi est une hôte très accueillante et ses petites attentions nous ont ravis ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!!

Lovely hosts, who were also responsive when we needed help. Nice touches at the well-equipped property, and it’s very private too. We throughly enjoyed the garden (ripe strawberries every day!). The picturesque riverside deck at the back was a delight for swimming (depths to 2 metres) and for fishing (various species!) Our big dog loved the large, enclosed space. Description is accurate. This is a top choice if you are keen to explore Brive and this area.

Sehr schöne Tage in La Greze verbracht. Nur wenige Fahrminuten von Sarlat. Absolut ruhige Lage, perfekt eingerichtete Küche.

Super weekend prolongé passé en famille. Cette maison est super bien équipée pour accueillir toute la famille, des touts petits jusqu'aux plus grands. Maison très bien placée pour être au calme dans un écrin de verdure. Beaucoup d'activités entre 15 et 30 min en voiture de la maison. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour!

Effortlessly stylish property, finished beautifully in a stunning location. Celine was a wonderful host, friendly and responsive. Would highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat!
