Great place only a block from the beach. It shows that Pol loves his home in how he keeps it. It is clean and comfortable. Communication was excellent and Pol offers many suggestions for places to visit. He was also extremely helpful in navigating the trains as we were coming to his place from the south of Spain. Would definitely stay again.

We spent four nights in the accommodation and were very enthusiastic about the fantastic view from the living room. We liked the proximity to the beach very much. You can swim there and go for miles of walks. The accommodation even has 4 small deck chairs and a parasol, which is very convenient. In the evening you can hear the bar, sometimes quite loudly, and overall the house is very noisy, which only disturbed us to a limited extent during our stay, because we were almost alone in the house. It was pleasant for us that there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. In our opinion, the tourist tax paid was not justified, as the streets were very dirty and the toilets on the beach were not open during our trip. Overall, however, we enjoyed our stay very much. Dinolvis was always available and responded promptly to all inquiries. Great praise at this point.

The apartment is in a beautiful location at the end of the boulevard in Cubelles. The apartment is bright and spacious and you can sit on the balcony. The sea and the swimming pool are wonderful and the view from the apartment is beautiful. We had wonderful days!

Was an awesome location. Super safe!! Very clean with a minute walk to the beach. Wonderful staying in this very clean unit . Lots of room with everything you need in the kitchen . This is a gem of a town house. The 3 terraces are great for sunbathing , eating dinners or reading on. The top terrace a has a 360 view of the city. The area is surrounded by award winning bakeries and cheese & wine shops.

Juliana was a great host and the house matched the description very well. It was perfect for 8 friends of 40 years celebrating a 60th birthday and was a great location for local beach bars and restaurants (short walk), Barcelona (bus or train) and Sitges (train). The facilities were great. It took a while to understand the instructions for the oven to heat pizzas up and perhaps a toaster would've been useful but neither of these things affected our high opinion of the house overall. An extremely clean and tidy inside and outside area. I would definitely recommend.

A great place to stay. very close to quiet beaches and a quick walk away from the supermarket. the communal pool is clean and often quiet. the property itself is beautiful, with everything needed for a great stay available. would definitely recommend.

The villa matches the listing description in every way and has all the necessary amenities for a good vacation on site. Ruben is a very friendly and responsive host, we had a wonderful stay with the family in his villa. I would highly recommend it to all travelers who want an exotic and quiet place. I won't hesitate to go back.

Silvia was an amazing host! Very friendly and helpful, had wonderful recommendations. The place was beautiful and was even better than the pictures! The neighborhood was our favorite because it’s quiet and has great restaurants and bars walking distance. If we ever go back to Barcelona we will definitely go back to Patio Gracia!

The Villas is stunning both externally and internally. The pool is a great size and there are ample sun beds. The outdoor BBQ and eating area was a really good size. Monica and Dave were incredibly helpful and welcoming with lots of information and restaurant recommendations prior to our visit. They met us at the villa to let us in and showed us around and explained how everything worked. Monica recommended that we hire a car, and this was definitely a good idea. We had a wonderful holiday there with family and grandchildren, and would definitely go back again. Highly recommend this villa.

We had the best time here with our 2.5 year old son. Each evening we spent watching the sunset from the comfort of inside. The place was well equipped with everything we needed to make dinner. Thea beaches were a short walk away, with one car parking spot. You could not hear the road or train line once inside

Such a lovely place to stay right in the heart of all the shops in salou! Within walking distance from everything, very clean and the host was absolutely lovely! He couldn’t have been more helpful to us, I 100% recommend :)

What a lovely time we have had, the apartment is a 15 minutes walk to a sandy beach.Several bars and shops within walking distance. The huge rooftop terrace is where we stayed most of our holiday. It is well equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs, BBQ and shower, also incredibly safe.The pool area was fantastic, the kids spent most of the holiday in the pool, the pool area was only accessible by a key which also made it safe and private. Best of all our host Marcos,he could not have done any more to make our holiday any more enjoyable.He provided us with baguettes, pastries, milk, water, sliced meat, drinks, champagne, beer,ice creams, wine and the big bowl of fruit.He kept topping us up all week. Also toothbrushes, shower gel,tea bags,coffee pods, dishwasher and washing machine tablets. Pool towels on our arrival as we arrived before check in and tshirts as a gift to the children when we left and arranged taxis. He made us feel safe and looked after. Marcos you deserve 6Stars

Lovely stay at Sergi’s place. Great location very near the beach and a shop, easy to get into Barcelona by train or bus and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

This place is a gem - the beach and the ocean view is breathtaking- we really just stayed at the flat, enjoyed the outdoor part and went to the beach. It is a perfect location and we are very grateful to have had the chance to stay here. We highly recommended it !

A wonderful house in a quiet neighborhood that can accommodate 4 or 5 people with great comfort. The hosts take care of the house to the fullest and that is perceived as soon as you enter it, so you feel at home. The fact that the hosts live just below makes communication and the closeness you always want from a host easier, so you have to give them 5 stars in that aspect.

Alex and Olga were always very responsive and extremely accommodating. We arrived just before the supermarket nearby was about to close, and Alex showed us a shortcut and ran with us to make sure we had our groceries :) The place has absolutely everything you might need. The area is very calm and safe, and the beach is just a stone-throw away. Thank you Alex and Olga for your hospitality!
