SEA VIEWS & SOUND OF WAVES "wifi"

Greetings from Cubelles!! This is an apartment provided with excellent sea views, located in front of the sea! It has two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds wich can be put together to get one double bed, in the living there is a confortable sofa which turns into a double bed. The marriage bedroom disposes of directs views towards the sea and views towards the people walking on the maritime path. The bathroom has got a bath and the kitchen is equipped with a microwave-oven and other necessary tools for you to use during your stay in our apartment! The kitchen is directly linked to the living room, where we find an amazing folding leather sofa and a Led TV of 42 pulgates connected to a sunny terrace with unbeatable sea views! Its situation is unimprovable, seeing that below 100 metres, we find supermarkets, an apotheke and restaurants. The train station is at about just 10 minutes walking, so it's not far! If you want to travel by train to Barcelona, there are 45 minutes from Cubelles to BCN, and you can catch a train every 30 minutes. You may want to go to Sitges; the ride will take you 15 minutes and moreover, you can also travel to Tarragona or Port Aventura! This will take you 1 hour more or less. Only remember that each train passes every 30 minutes!!! My apartment has a free parking available with enough space for a car. EQUIPMENT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE • TV 42 " (inches), LED screen, high definition (HD). • Satellite ASTRA with interactive WI-FI, high definition (HD), you can browse a multitude of channels in multiple languages, and 8 channels of CANAL+. • Blue-ray DVD player. • WI -Fi high speed. • Fully equipped kitchen: Oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron , etc. Kitchen tools, saucepans, pots, dishes and all kind of cutleries (knives, forks and spoons). • Heating. • Washing machine • Linen and fresh towels for the required number of guests, and a hairdryer too. • Gel , shampoo , dish soap, toilet paper, etc. When you book we email you directions from the airport to the apartment from either the train or bus. Please note that a cleaning fee of €30 is charged separately and is payable when you check in. We promise to do all we can to make your stay a very pleasant and comfortable one. El apartamento está ubicado a segunda línea de playa, 50 metros del Paseo Marítimo de Cubelles. Hay muchos servicios, como comercios de alimentación, farmacia, panadería, bar. La Avenida de la playa está recién inaugurada, con bares, restaurantes, heladerías. Es ideal para pasear o ir en bicicleta. Estamos a 40 km de Barcelona, 45 km de Tarragona, 5 km de Sitges. Hay una estación del tren a 10 minutos andando del apartamento. La frecuencia hacia Barcelona es de 30 minutos Así que anímate!

We offer a cosy apartment in the small village of Cubelles on the sunny Costa Dorada. The apartment is within a 15 min walking distance from beautiful beaches. The boulevard connects directly to various neighbouring coast-line villages, making it the ideal spot for long strolls. The train station is also within reach, providing a direct connection to down-town Barcelona in less than an hour. Close by, the picturesque city of Sitges, Montserrat, the Penedes vineyards, Aqualeon and Port Aventura.

Have Fun Apartment, 100m to the sea

En este alojamiento se respira tranquilidad: ¡relájate con toda la familia! Aparte de dos dormitorios (un dormitorio con una cama doble y el otro con una cama doble y una cama individual) , hay un sofa-cama doble en el salon. Ofrecemos transporte desde aeropuerto, o cualquier otro sitio (bajo disponibilidad). Podemos organizar una niñera con referencias y varios idiomas. Hacemos la compra y limpieza durante la estancia (todo pagado extra). La fachada y los balcones se renovaron en verano 2023

Our cool and cozy two bedroom apartment has probably the best Mediterranean sea views in Cubelles. The space is perfect for a relaxing getaway, fitting up to 6 people comfortably. Just 45 mins away from Barcelona, it is located at the seafront in a quiet area and just a couple of meters away from restaurants, bars and grocery stores. The beautiful Foix river mouth can also be seen from the terrace. You'll definitely relax, disconnect and enjoy your time off at our place. Come stay with us!

New construction apartment on the second line of the beach. Fully equipped(towels, sheets, kitchenware...)very well connected a 3 minute walk from the train station. Free transport to Barcelona. Totally exterior, very clean. Unbeatable area ( supermarket, bakery, pharmacy...). Elevator, air conditioning, heating and parking. A very peaceful area, ideal for families. Beach accessible for people with reduced mobility with qualified staff for the high season.

The Englishman's house

Thanks to the house's previous inhabitant, an endearing Englishman, we were able to make our project a reality: an old, charmingly restored house: one of the oldest houses in the town that we personally restored with great affection and in which we tried to maintain the original elements (wooden beams, staircase, stone arch) without losing any comfort. Its white color invites tranquility and reminds you how close it is to the sea.

Apartamento tranquilo y muy luminoso con un gran balcón con vistas al mar. A 50 m. de la playa y a 100 m. de la estación de tren. Dispone de un salón comedor y una habitación totalmente equipados para relajarse delante del mar. Gran paseo marítimo de 15 km. para pasear, hacer running, ir en bicicleta, disfrutar de restaurantes... Solo para uno o dos viajeros adultos.

Magnificent apartment on the beach

Ketty and Pedro are welcoming hosts who care about the well-being of their tenants. We were greeted by Pedro who was very friendly and explained everything to us. The apartment was impeccable and offered very appreciable services such as bed linen, beds made on our arrival, towels, beach towels and everything necessary so as not to have to do our shopping on arrival. the beach 5 min walk as well as restaurants and shops are a plus. the nearby train station to be able to go to Barcelona as well. we recommend this place! thank you

The accommodation is exactly as in the photo. You leave the house, cross the embankment, walk 20-30 meters along the wooden deck and you are on the shore. The entrance is flat, very convenient with children. Dinolvis is always in touch, there was an emergency situation with the second set of keys, the solution was found very quickly. I fully recommend.

The place is very spacious; I was able to do my cardio workout out on the balcony. We enjoyed the view, the beaches, the pool, the surroundings, the nearby restaurants and markets, the double washroom, the washer, and the welcome gifts from the host. We felt safe and supported by Nando from start to end. We highly recommend this place.

We had a lovely stay with our 3 children at Roger's. Apartment as described, very well equipped, quiet, efficient air conditioning, great environment, very convenient with the beach, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Pool and beach uncrowded in August especially compared to neighboring cities. Train station is a 20-minute walk away but there is free parking. We'll be back if we can!
