The Old Vicarage Annex, Earl Sterndale

PeterRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Our stay at Jonathan’s place was wonderful, it was such a lovely setting with walks from the door. The annex was very private, clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. It was a foul day when we arrived and Jonathan had been very thoughtful and put the mixed-fuel burner on and everywhere was toasty when we arrived! We tried to keep it going the following day but failed and Jonathan came to our rescue!

The Old Farmhouse, 2 bed luxury cottage

MattRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Our second time staying here and we loved it just like last time! The Old Farmhouse is beautiful and extremely well-equipped: we had everything we needed (and some lovely extras). The kids loved it (especially feeding the goats) and we had a relaxed, peaceful and lovely time. We'll be back again!

Sleeps 2, cosy former barn short walk to local Pub

AmberRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pigsty. We originally booked because of the great location, as the pigsty is situated within 30 minutes drive of Buxton, Bakewell, Matlock and Alton Towers. Upon arrival, we discovered that the pigsty was everything we expected and more. We found that each room was excellently designed so there was an equal amount of storage and space, so it was cosy but not cramped. The kitchen included a great-sized oven and fridge and was generously stacked with plenty of utensils, crockery and cleaning supplies. A welcome booklet explained the essentials of the accommodation, as well as some local recommendations which we would second! After long days of exploring, we enjoyed a variety of evening activities at the venue, including drinks in the courtyard, battling in the games room and chilling in bed in front of the tv. We would highly recommend the Pigsty for your stay in the Peak District!

Ox's Valley View/Booth Farm cottage

RichardRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Was exactly what it said on the tin. Great value for money. Nice secluded setting. Great for our family of four. Only thing worth mentioning was it had low ceilings for a guy like me, 6ft5in but that is obviously nothing on the host or the quality of the place. Would recommend for sure.

Bluebell Cottage - Fabulous!

DonnaRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Bluebell Cottage is such a quaint cosy little place. Peaceful and relaxing yet you can look out of the window and see the cows. The views are breathtaking and it’s just perfect when sitting in the little stone walled garden. Boyd supplied plenty of information for both the cottage and local places. I will definitely be returning

Beautiful peak district cottage

OttilieRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
A perfect home away from home with idyllic rural views. Brilliantly equipped with everything you need and a handy parking space in front of the cottage. It’s in a great location - 30 minutes to Edale and 20 minutes or less for walks such as Chrome Hill, Luds Church and Three Shires Head. Buxton is on your doorstep so there’s plenty of amenities nearby. The small welcome gifts were very thoughtful and a lovely touch. Would highly recommend this cosy cottage to anyone who would like to explore the Peak District. A big thank you to Eleanor our host for allowing us and our dogs to stay. It is by far the best Airbnb my partner and I have stayed in. Thank you.

Peak District Cottage HotTub & Sauna

SarahRating, 5 stars4 days ago
This place is so beautiful, it’s a real treat. Claire is a great host couldn’t have asked for better. There’s nothing she’s missed. It’s so beautifully clean, we had a beautiful hamper, she even gave us gluten free and diary free items which was amazing. Claire also sent us lots of places to go and places to eat which was great. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Five stars all the way⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Huts in the Peak - Sixpence

JoeRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Had a lovely break staying in the Sixpence hut. The location and the accomodation were faultless and exactly as shown in the photos (Sixpence is the hut at the back of the field) . Beautiful surroundings that we enjoyed whilst on the swing chair or sitting by the fire pit (for which a generous amount of logs were supplied). The hosts were fantastic and they really go out their way to make it a special place. Would love to come back in the future, thank you!
