Den Botanischen Garten und Elisenturm erreicht man zu Fuß in 5 min.

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

Very convenient connection to the A 46 highway, bus stop, shopping and conservation area in the immediate vicinity. Solingen main train station can be reached in about 15 minutes by public transport. Wuppertal is 13 km away, Düsseldorf 20 km and Cologne is 30 km away. Ideal for short breaks in the beautiful Bergisches Land, for business travelers and trade fair visitors.

This week I should be a guest of Ulrich and his wife. The apartment is nice and the big windows are absolutely awesome. A nice gesture was the dinner that I got from the two of them as I arrived so late and far. I immediately felt at home. I'd love to come back.

The apartment was clean and tidy with the benefit of a balcony to sit outside. We saw a fantastic thunderstorm whilst we were there! Parking in the street is free, but restricted on other roads, so make sure you read the signs! You need a low emission sticker to park in the area. Apartment is three flights of stairs, so good exercise! We enjoyed our stay and it ticked all the boxes. Thank you.
