Very spacious, comfortable and well equipped house. Great location and very handy having off street parking. Host was welcoming and communicated full details of the house and local area amenities which was helpful. A very minor problem (missing iron) was dealt with very quickly especially considering this was late evening on Easter Sunday- very customer friendly and professional Would recommend to others

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially loved having a BBQ, soaking in the hot tub, and taking in the stunning view of the water. We spent a lovely weekend in Boris and Tim's home and were very grateful for their flexibility around an amendment to our booking which made it possible to stay there. Their garden is SUBLIME and of course May is the most idyllic month to see English herbaceous borders in full bloom. Incredible hedges, wonderful sweeping lawns, majestic trees and lots of space to sit outdoors in the sunshine. They recommended great pubs for dinner (Gunston Arms in a sensational deer park) so we had great food while in Norfolk. Highly recommend, thank you Boris and Tim

Glowing review. We stayed for 3 nights with our 2 children and we'll behaved small dog, our apartment was really lovely. The grounds around the Hall are just incredible. The Hall is steeped in history, grade 2 listed and has been brought back to life by the current owners Tim and Boris. The apartment was really well equipped, with a rainfall shower and excellent country location. Cromer beach is about 6 miles away. We aim to go back in the summer to enjoy the Hall in the sunshine. Thank you to both Tim and Boris for all the hard work you have put into the Hall we loved it and hope all future guests enjoy it as much as we did and treat it with the respect it deserves.

Really clean really comfortable massive house. Absolutely really worth the money I spent on it. Very comfortable very clean amazingly good host. Myself and my kids had a fantastic time. Would definitely recommend it.

Stayed here with my partners family for the weekend, we had such a lovely time. We made good use of the pool table and the football table. It was very spacious with 7 of us and 2 little dogs. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed at Christine's lodge June 2025 for my 60th birthday; me, my partner and another couple, plenty of space for us. This is our second visit to this lodge (our first stay was Sept 2024) and it didn't disappoint. Exactly as we remembered and described in the listing, the lodge is beautiful with everything you need within it to make it comfortable. Felt like home from home but more serene with beautiful surroundings. The lodge park is remote but peaceful, yet not far from lots of local amenitities if you want them (note they are driving distance, not walking distance!) but this is exactly as we wanted it. Hot tub is perfect, not overlooked by anyone. Christine is a great host and her communication/updates couldn't be better. She replies promptly to messages and the detailed instructions regarding access to the lodge, 'house rules' and location could not be faulted. Thank you Christine and hopefully it won't be long before we can visit again x

Our stay at this beautiful house made sure Christmas 2024 was wonderful! Three generations were so very comfortable, the house has everything you need and so much more! The grandson's adored the warm pool and the space the house provided. The adults loved the home from home feel, the top quality appliances in the kitchen used for Christmas lunch, the amazing facilities, the short walk round the corner to the lovely beach and the nearby pub where everyone was so welcoming! Couldn't have wished for a better stay.

We were met on arrival by Mim who was so friendly and told us all we needed to know. The Summer House was spotlessly clean and was well stocked with everything you will need for your break. The hot tub was glorious and we loved looking at the sea and having a good relax. Wonderful hosts, a peaceful and quiet location, and an overall great stay! 😀
