Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Croatia

Everything was pretty much perfect except for the LOTS of stairs to pull our luggage up from the street. But we had excellent Croatian helpers who were strangers that saw us struggling and just jumped in and helped us. The location could not have been better and Boris helped us with cabs and directions. 1000% recommend!

Ljiljana contacted me the day before with multiple photos of how to get in and where to park with helpful thoughts about the drive there. It was very nice. Tons of space, comfortable beds, and really the perfect location with a park next door, 10 min walk to the water and restaurants. We loved our stay!

Amazing home in an incredible location. As long as you’re able bodied to move your luggage into the city walls, I highly recommend staying here, within the city of Dubrovnik. We were so close to anything we needed and Daniela provided fantastic recommendations and can help organize everything from an airport or ferry transport to day long excursions and tours.

lovely accommodation in a perfect location. View from balcony was amazing. 3k walk along seafront to Zadar old town or around 4 euros in taxi. Property overlooks a lovely Marina, there is a road in front of property but that did not bother us. 10 min walk to a supermarket which is very reasonable and a little further a lovely beach bar that owners recommended on map in apartment which served the most amazing food at a great price. Lovely welcome drinks and food for our arrival, great instructions on how to access property, overall we had a lovely 4 day break

Great location, amazing harbor and islands view from the patio, very walkable to many restaurants and ~20 minute walk into the historic district which you can walk along the beach or a bit more direct along streets. Easy, short walks to multiple beaches both up and down the coast...providing options for quiet beaches or those with restaurants/bars, and activities. Very clean, comfortable, and with a private parking spot. Katarina our Host was proactive with meeting us at check-in, providing local advice and checking up to be sure everything was well...which is was! For a stay in Split, 100% would stay again!!

Massive massive thank you to Marino who treated us like his own guests, ensured we knew where to go and what to do. Even picked us up from the airport (can't expect him to do this every time but it goes to show his friendliness). Thanks for everything Marino and you made this trip special for us.

The Morning View Apartment delivers exactly what you see in the pictures. You’ll have plenty of space, and everything is tastefully and simply designed. Each room is equipped with its own air conditioning, which makes your stay even more comfortable. The absolute highlight of the Airbnb is, without a doubt, the breathtaking view from the balcony. Whether it’s day or night—or during a sunset—you’re treated to an unforgettable panorama. The hosts, Perica and his wife, are incredibly kind and helpful. He’s easy to reach and always ready to assist with questions or recommendations for Dubrovnik. All in all, we would recommend this Airbnb to anyone. It’s just a short 10-minute walk downhill to Dubrovnik’s Old Town. For my wife and me, this Airbnb was a 10 out of 10.

Vielen lieben Dank! Wir haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat an Nichts gefehlt! Um zum Strand zu kommen braucht man allerdings ein Fahrrad oder Auto. Auch sollte man verschiedene Strände in der Umgebung ausprobieren, um für sich den „Richtigen“ (z.B. Sand, Stein, Café, Sportangebote…) zu finden.

We spent a lovely week at the beautiful River House, it is in a great location and in beautiful surroundings. Katarina was a wonderful host providing clear and timely communications, keeping in touch throughout. We were spoilt by mum who lives nearby bringing treats. I would highly recommend River House as a home from home in Mlini.

House was beautiful, much better then described and showed on the photos actually ! And the kids loved it. Pool, playground, cinema, fire pit. Amazing. We hope to come again soon...

I cannot praise the host Tatjana and the Villa White Lady enough. Tatjana was very helpful and always responsive to our questions. The villa was stunning, set in a beautiful location. It is 15 mins from the old town, and close to some excellent restaurants and beautiful views. The villa was spotless, and exactly like the photos. The bedrooms are all a great size. Kitchen well equipped. The swimming pool was so welcome in the heat. We have had a great holiday and will certainly be back to beautiful Croatia.

Schöne Unterkunft, gut ausgestattet und tolle Aussicht. Beheizbarer Whirlpool ist ein klares Plus, auch wenn das Wetter mal schlecht ist. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Sehr guter Standard!

Ich hatte das große Glück, einige Tage in dieser wunderschönen Villa verbringen zu dürfen und ich bin restlos begeistert! Schon der erste Schritt in die Villa war ein echtes Highlight: alles war unglaublich sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und man hat sich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an Matteo, der wirklich an alles gedacht hat. Die Villa war komplett ausgestattet man hätte nichts von zu Hause mitbringen müssen. Ich hatte zwar ein paar Dinge dabei, aber das war im Nachhinein völlig überflüssig. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Matteo war außerdem jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich sofort um alles gekümmert, wenn man etwas gebraucht hat. So eine Gastfreundschaft erlebt man selten! Ich kann diese Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Es war ein unvergesslich schöner Aufenthalt gerne wieder!

Egy nagyon csendes környéken lévő ház, nagy és szép kerttel. 3 gyerekkel voltunk, jól elfértünk, nagyon könnyű parkolni. Az én hibám, de nem ellenőriztem a foglalásnál, hogy a konyha egy külön lakrészben van. Ezt a részt a házigazdák is használják, számomra nem voltak pontosak a szabályok, hogy mi mit és hogyan használhatunk a konyhában -ami egyébként tökéletesen felszerelt. Bár Bojan írta, hogy nyugodtan használjunk mindent, szóval ez végül megoldódott. Mi kerékpárral fedeztük fel a szigetet, ehhez tökéletes elhelyezkedésű a ház. Nagy bevásárlóközpont kb 500-700m távolságban.

Me encantó! Estuvimos sólo una noche, pero el alojamiento está limpio, muy bien ubicado, cómodo y bonito. Tiene una vibra super agradable y una terraza hermosa. Totalmente lo recomendaría y me gustaría volver a alojarme ahí. Los únicos dos “peros” que le encontramos fue 1) el horario de salida es muy temprano y 2) uno como huésped tiene que sacar la basura e irla a tirar a uno de los contenedores al final de su estadía? La verdad nunca había leído algo así en un airbnb y considerando que íbamos con bbs, carriolas y maletas, si fue pesado también cargar con la basura y dividirnos para ir a buscar los contenedores. Estuvimos súper apurados para salirnos a tiempo y también estresados por la basura 😅. Fuera de eso la verdad es que todo muy bien y Katarzyna muy atenta para ofrecernos cuna.

Die Wohnung war top. Wir konnten sogar ein wenig früher einchecken. Wohnung war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Uns wurden viele Dinge in der Wohnung zur Benutzen freigestellt und der Kühlschrank war mit wasser, wein und bier gefüllt. Man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Kommunikation auf bezüglich des Check-Outs ohne Probleme. Sehr lieber Umgang miteinander. Wohnung ist viele Treppenstufen von der Altstadt/dem neuen Hafen entfernt. Aber wir haben alles zu fuß gemacht und das war völlig okay. Preis-Leistung war definitiv sehr gut. Haben uns keine Sekunde geärgert diese Wohnung gewählt zu haben und freuen uns bald wiederzukommen.

I had a wonderful at Ivan’s appartment. The place is extremely well located in the center but is quiet and peaceful. The amenities is very good and the appartment was pristine. Ivan was a very welcoming, responsive and proactive host. One of the best airbnbs I stayed at so far!

Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und in einer angenehm ruhigen Lage. Der Pool und der Jacuzzi waren immer sehr sauber und es gab genug freie Liegemöglichkeiten. In der Wohnung war alles wie beschrieben vorhanden und alles top gepflegt. Radovan war ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber mit guten Englischkenntnissen, der Austausch war jederzeit problemlos möglich. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen!

Maya, her son, and father are amazing!!! Very friendly and accommodating. We spent the most time here during our 2 week Euro trip. Fantastic views from the balcony and a great place to relax with lounge chairs and a table to eat at. Right on the water with a great walk down to the shore where you can jump right into the sea! Space was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was SO nice. By far the nicest bathroom of anywhere we stayed. Maya's father took us out on his boat with his beagle. It was amazing. He knew the best spots, shared cool information/stories. It was a very authentic/non touristy experience. Maya let us borrow snorkel gear and that was beyond awesome because we snorkeled in the sea by the house but also on our boat trip which was truly special. She also provided homemade olive oil which was divine. WONDERFUL experience and stay.

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.

What a great few nights in Cavtat. Bruno was so good at communication and responded within minutes of if I needed to ask a question. Super friendly. The apartment was very clean and as described. The walk to the main harbour was about a 25 minute walk, it’s a bit tough walking back up the hill but we liked that as made sure we worked off dinner and drinks. Beautiful location and so near to the beach and closer restaurants if you didn’t want to walk to the main town. So much to do and a great base for excursions. Little cafe a minute walk up the road for water or snacks/breakfast. All in all I will be returning. This place is truly magical.

Possibly the best place we have stayed in - great location in a quiet area but bus stop to the old town/cavtat just round the corner. Beautifully furnished, new build flat with everything you could need including welcome gift of wine juice water etc. they even had new toiletries if you forget yours. There were teas and different types of coffees to suit most tastes. We arranged for Niksha to collect/take us from the airport, which was fab. He showed us round the flat and gave some recommendations. We would absolutely recommend the Pleasure flat with its garden area and air conditioning too! Thank you Niksha and Kate for a wonderful stay.

Tolle Lage, perfekt für einen Kurzaufenthalt! Die Unterkunft liegt nur etwa 10 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, ideal, um Restaurants, Bars und Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu erreichen. Die Umgebung ist lebendig, aber trotzdem ruhig genug zum Entspannen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es war wirklich alles da, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Absolut empfehlenswert!
