Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Croatia

Best accommodation I ever stayed in. Planned on going out but stayed in the accommodation the whole stay, because it has everything you need.

Jättefint och stort boende med privat pool. Allt du behövde fanns på boendet, super smidig in och ut checkning och väldigt trevlig värd! Allt var också rent och rummen var stora och fräscha.

Vielen Dank es hat wirklich sehr gut gefallen, insbesondere der Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den kleinen Hafen und der Sonnenuntergang waren einfach traumhaft. Eine gelungene Auszeit.

Check-in was smooth and welcoming. At check-in, Zeljka who was very friendly, explained everything about the house in detail, and given tons of helpful tips about the Plitvice Lakes National Park, nearby supermarkets, and more. The location is great—just about 10 minutes from Entrance 1 of Plitvice Lakes. The house itself felt spacious (especially with the huge bedroom), clean, and very comfortable for two people. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals at home. But the real gem is the garden—absolutely stunning! There’s a large swing nestled between two big trees that we loved, and the wood-burning hot tub was such a relaxing treat after a day of hiking. One thing to be aware of: the house is not a fully freestanding unit. It’s part of a building that essentially consists of two adjoining houses. Since the structure is largely made of wood (which gives it a lovely, cozy feel), sound does travel quite a bit, and you may hear your neighbors during your stay.

Ich hatte das große Glück, einige Tage in dieser wunderschönen Villa verbringen zu dürfen und ich bin restlos begeistert! Schon der erste Schritt in die Villa war ein echtes Highlight: alles war unglaublich sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und man hat sich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an Matteo, der wirklich an alles gedacht hat. Die Villa war komplett ausgestattet man hätte nichts von zu Hause mitbringen müssen. Ich hatte zwar ein paar Dinge dabei, aber das war im Nachhinein völlig überflüssig. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Matteo war außerdem jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich sofort um alles gekümmert, wenn man etwas gebraucht hat. So eine Gastfreundschaft erlebt man selten! Ich kann diese Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Es war ein unvergesslich schöner Aufenthalt gerne wieder!

My whole family was obsessed with this place. The adults loved the beautiful scenery and the peacefulness and the kids loved the hot tub and the swings. The house is adorable and very nice and the views were even better than the pictures. We loved meandering around Humac and being close to so many interesting small villages to explore. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat on the island of Hvar, you will be hard pressed to find something better than Mario’s place.

Super schönes und grünes Grundstück. außerhalb leider viel Bauschutt und die Hunde der Nachbarn bellen sehr oft und auch schon frühs um 5 Uhr. Die Unterkunft war super. Gute Kommunikation, sehr gut ausgestattet und Ana war sehr hilfsbereit. Im Mai ist das Wetter abends noch sehr kalt, daher haben wir richtige Decken vermisst, mit der Heizung konnte man aber das Zimmer aufheizen. Die UV Strahlung ist trotz Wind schon sehr stark. kurzer Weg zum Flughafen ca 20 Minuten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 15 Minuten entfernt. Der Pool ist beheizt was bei unserem Wetter ideal war. Die Müllabfuhr kommt alle 3-4 Tage. Zu Beginn waren auch schon Brot, Aufschnitt, Wasser, Cola und Milch im Kühlschrank. Darüber haben wir uns nach dem Flug sehr gefreut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten echt eine super schöne Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus. Es war alles super sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war perfekt. Die Gastgeber, Dino und seine Frau waren sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt und konnten unseren Junggesellenabschied richtig genießen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir haben als Paar mit kleinem Hund unsere ersten Istrien Ferien hier verbracht. Die Unterkunft war super modern, sehr grosszügig und top ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Auch der Aussenbereich mit schönem Pool und grünem Umschwung war super und da er auch komplett eingezäunt war, hat auch auch unser kleine Hund volle Freiheit geniessen können. Andreja hat auch auf unseren Wunsch den zusätzlichen Whirlpool im Mai noch auf der Terrasse in Betrieb gelassen, was wir sehr geschätzt haben, da es aufgrund des Wetters zum Baden im Pool leider zu kalt war. Grill ein zusätzliches Plus. Auf ein Auto ist man definitiv angewiesen, aber als Ausgangspunkt war es sehr super mit je ca. 30min Fahrt nach Porec und Rovinj und ca. 40min nach Pula. Es gibt also in der nahegelegenen Umgebung viel zu unternehmen und trotzdem kann man sich in dieser Unterkunft super der Hektik entziehen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter:)

My family and I just got back from a 6 night stay at the beautiful Villa Agata and those 6 nights were exceptional, it was perfect. The description matches reality of the villa perfectly. The house is beautifully decorated, located in an exceptional part of Croatia that is quiet, yet always a short drive to whatever one may need, from markets, restaurants and beaches. The view was absolutely incredible and the details throughout the house offered an amazing experience, through the workout space and sauna overlooking the Adriatic to the game room space. The bedrooms and bathrooms are sized well, the common areas both inside and out accommodated our party of 8 incredibly well. The landscaping around the exterior of the property and around the pool with olive trees, lavender plants, mint, etc. added to the beautiful experience as well. Additionally, the communication with the host was outstanding both prior to check in and throughout our stay....this is a must stay in Croatia!!!

I stayed at this beautiful villa with my friends for 4 nights and had the best experience. This villa was fully equipped with anything you could possibly need within a home. If you want a peaceful, clean, cosy but modern villa to stay in then this is the place to do it. The host was also really friendly and gave us lots of recommendations for local activities/ things to do, sight seeing locations, restaurants and many more. 100% recommend this place

Odusevljeni smo smestajem! U potpunosti opremljen smestaj do najsitnijeg detalja cak i tableta za sudo masinu. Sacekao nas je poklon kuce (pice, voce,…). Domacin je ponudio da nas saceka na dogovorenom mestu da nam olaksa pronalazaenje kuce. Imali smo mogucnost ranog check ina. Sve je bilo cisto i domacin nas je upucivao i davao savete o lokalnim atrakcijama. Dolazimo ponovo!

Wir haben zu sechst 11 Nächte in dieser Villa verbracht. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und alles sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung der Küche war erstklassig, es hat an nichts gefehlt, es war auch ein Kaffeevollautomat vorhanden und für diesen ebenfalls eine ganze Packung Bohnen. Wir haben auch die Außenküche sehr genossen und rege genutzt. Einziges Manko waren hier die Messer, die hätten etwas schärfer sein können. Danijel war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, auf Nachfrage hat er uns noch zusätzliche Handtücher vorbeigebracht und hat sich um alles sehr vorbildlich gekümmert. Die Fahrt zur Villa ist etwas abenteuerlich, über eine sehr winzige Straße, aber dafür liegt man abseits des ganzen trubels und hat eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf das Meer und die Insel Cres. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

This house is astonishing! It is very luxurious, with a TV/Cinema room, a playroom, a jacuzzi and sauna, a gym, a heated outdoor pool, a large outdoor dining are (with a TV!), and a basketball court. There is a TV in each room and, moreover, each room has a bathroom. The pictures that you see on the website really do not tell the whole story. I have stayed in various Airbnb apartments/houses in several countries - this one tops it all! Finally, the hosts are very kind and helpful.

2 families, with 4 adults and 4 children were able to stay here very comfortably. The view was amazing, it was fabulous to have a bathroom in every bedroom. The soccer pitch and mini golf were great for the kids when they took a break from swimming. Only about a 35 minute drive into split. We had a great stay!

Beautiful house in quiet area. Plenty of amenities in house and Julian (our host) was super helpful. Azra the dog made for a great companion for the week.

We had a great weekend getaway, absolutely lovely house in peaceful and quiet surroundings, perfect for winding down from city tempo. House is awesome, great size, and nicely furnished. It was more than enough space for 6 of us (4 adults 2 kids), kids especially loved the hot tub and lawn. All in all, highly recommend. 🙂

We spent 3 nights at the place, everything was clean and cozy. Place is really private, peaceful and with a stunning view. Pool area was clean and comfortable. I would reccomend this place if You are looking to get out of town rush and noise, to enjoy bbq, pool and nature. Host Dino was super responsive and kind. All in all, looking forward to come back!

A wonderfully secluded retreat, perfect for unwinding without a worry. Impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped, it offers multiple areas for both relaxation and activities. The pool, spa, and grill area are particularly delightful. Every detail has been attended to with great taste, creating an inviting space free of clutter. Additionally, it’s equipped with all the modern conveniences you could need, especially the bluetooth enabled soundspeaker. Responsive and friendly host. We loved our time there!

I stayed for a couple of days and had a fantastic time enjoying the beautiful surroundings, nature and walking around. Tomislav, the host, was really responsive and friendly. Recommended if you want some peace of mind!

Our stay at Sasa’s place was perfect . The location is super relaxing, with greenery all around. The house was really clean, and everything worked just as it should. The bed was super comfy, and we got a great night’s sleep. Definitely coming back and telling my friends about it. Thanks, Sasa! :) Plus our dog was welcomed as well.

A szilvesztert töltöttük ezen a helyen. A házigazda nagyon kedves volt, a szállás átvételekor adta át a kulcsot, majd legközelebb távozáskor jött. Teljesen kettesben tudtunk lenni, ha éppen éjjel háromkor akartuk használni a jacuzzit, csak kimentünk és élveztük. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat itt, bátran ajánljuk!

Marijanas Haus liegt sehr schön und ruhig direkt am Fluss. Der Garten ist groß und die Terrasse gemütlich und schön gestaltet. Das Innere ist gemütlich und war für uns ( zwei Erwachsene) völlig ausreichend. Das Sofa war sehr bequem, auch zum schlafen! Sollten wir nocheinmal In dieser Gegend sein, werden wir in jedem Fall wieder hier wohnen.
