The Conners - a modernised fisherman's cottage

AnneRating, 5 stars5 days ago
First time in Scotland. The Seatown fishermans cottage allowed us to relax, meet the locals, chat, walk, eat and sleep. The harbour was a hive of activity and interest. The beach sandy with kids playing, swiming, kyacking, exploring. The cottage had everything we needed and we felt welcomed the moment we stepped in the door. Simon and Bianca were great hosts. We are already planning our return trip.

Sea Breeze St Combs

ClaireRating, 5 stars6 days ago
The place was easy to find and had parking. Easy to gain entry with the instructions given, the place was spotless and tidy. The garden was big for the dogs that was secure. They also had milk I for us and had some little essentials like shampoo and shower gel, fairy liquid that is handy. There was a dog bed and towel as well for the dogs when they came back from the beach. The beach was a few minutes away from the house which was great. We did have to travel further to go sight seeing but that was easy enough to do. Great visit.

Beautiful sea front cottage

AnneRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a very nice stay in Jacqueline's 'wee hoose'. The cottage was comfortable and warm. The kitchen was equipped for self-catering with an excellent cooker. We were glad to meet Sheena, Jacqueline's mum and enjoyed her kind gifts of muffins and rock cakes. We visited the Seaview Hotel just up the street several times for drinks and once for food. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and we loved the fish and chips. We had several days out and enjoyed the surrounding area. It was lovely to see the sea and the lighthouse each day.

Craigmile Cottage

MarkusRating, 5 stars5 months ago
We first booked a different cottage in the area that was in absolutely unacceptable conditions. We cancelled the booking and switched to Jill's Cottage and couldn't believe the difference! Craigmill Cottage is just perfect. We were 3 adults and 2 children/teenager and all of us loved our stay. Even things like a fireplace, Netflix, lots of DVDs, a garden at the sea and and and are there. We really missed nothing and were even invited to a little party in the neihbourhood. I think you all have an idea now ... Thank you, Jill! Don't raise the price now 😄😉

Brussels Cottages – River Cottage

MoiraRating, 5 stars5 days ago
The stay was extremely quiet and peaceful. Even though the ajoining cottage was let too, there was no noise at all. Beautiful view and we were lucky with really good weather to enjoy it. Not too far from Mintlaw to get bits and pieces at the Co-op or Morrisons Daily. Would definitely book again.

Drostan House

Moira was a fantastic host from start to finish. She was extremely sensitive to our situation and nothing was too much trouble. The house was so cute and lovely; had everything we needed. We definitely would stay there again.
