Kelli's home was clean and had everything we needed for our long weekend in the Omaha area. Our host was kind, thoughtful, and overall a wonderful host. We will definitely stay at Kelli's again if we are in the area overnight.

This place is so charming and private. I used for a business trip and it worked perfectly no disruptions or distractions

Megan was a great host and very responsive! The apartment was perfect for something walking distance to the University of Nebraska stadium. Would stay again!

Karen's place is in a great location! It was very clean and the perfect space for what we needed coupled with quiet and nice surroundings. It made a great get away! It's close to lots of shopping and great restaurants. Karen was very responsive and helpful. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay in the well described charming apartment. The furnishings were tastefully done and bed and furniture very comfy. The location was great for us because it was just one mile from the family we came to visit. The communication was outstanding and instructions clearly written. I have to say one of my favorite features was the exposed brick. Very cozy.

What a gem! My family had a great couple nights at this apartment. I was surprised and delighted by how spacious the bedrooms and living areas were. Everything was immaculately clean and there were plenty of towels, kitchen accessories, extra sheets / blankets, you name it. The fully stocked Keurig supply was an appreciated bonus. And! A garage! Our minivan fit inside just fine. Can’t wait to stay here next time we’re in town to see family. Highly recommend!

We LOVED this place! Super cozy furniture, the kitchen had everything you could want or need, the rooms are huge, the bathroom is like a fancy hotel’s with AMAZING lighting and fluffy, soft towels and the bed was sooooooooo cozy! Lots of thoughtful little touches. We will definitely stay here again!

Lovely location, perfect for a downtown weekend. The place was nice and well styled. There was some conflicting information on check in time as prior to check in the reservation said 4 pm and I was told it would cost $20 for each hour if available. When we arrived and looked at the information book it said 3 pm. We were running late so it didn't matter for us, but I think they need to fix this. Extremely easy check out - 3 steps and you are done. Much appreciated when you must check out by 10 am. As others said the noise of the fan is loud, but we were able to adjust it so it didn't bother us that badly.

We much enjoyed our time at Jana’s place. We were in Lincoln for medical appointments and needed someplace quiet, relaxing, comfortable and homelike. The cottage is all of these and more. We’ll definitely consider returning for future Lincoln visits. We highly recommend it for others as well.

We loved staying here! The condo is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for walking to explore downtown. We will definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity.

This was our second stay. our first being only 2 days. We loved the place. One thing that I do need to point out that we did not notice on our 1st trip. Believe me this is the only negative in an otherwise perfect place and may not be a negative for everyone. The TV only has digital rabbit ears and only a handful of channels available and depending on the weather some worked and some didn't. I do like to catch up on news etc on TV and this was not possible. Like I said, this is the only negative and if you're not a TV watcher, not a concern. Everything else is perfect. Highly recommended.

Definitely kid friendly. Our 4 year old daughter had a great time. Plenty of things to keep her entertained. Only thing I would say for people with younger children is they don’t have a bathtub, it’s just a walk in shower. But it met our needs. The bathroom was stocked with anything you might need. Best Airbnb I’ve stayed in.

This is a fantastic place. It's located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the interstate. Check in was simple, and Jacki stopped by to say hi shortly after we arrived. She is a terrific host, and we had a very enjoyable conversation. The apartment had everything we needed, and we've already booked for our next visit to the area. We're looking forward to staying there again.

Kristen is a perfect hostess and her home is just what we look for when we travel. It's clean, quiet/ peaceful, close to Beatrice (and every thing this great town has to offer), but it's in the country with spectacular views. A person can easily walk or cycle to the Homestead trail and either go to town and beyond or go the other way towards Lincoln. Kirsten is thoughtful of making her guests feel at home. You may arrive as a stranger, but you'll leave as friends.

It was a great place to stay, close enough to the Omaha airport. It had everything we needed and more! (We had three choices of where to play cards/games!) Kurk and Kris were very responsive and welcoming.
