Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Crescent Head

This air bnb was by far the best i’ve stayed in. (I’ve stayed in many) Walking in felt almost like stepping into a boutique rustic restaurant. Michelle managed to create a “warmth” with the presentation of the place. My nervous system relaxed immediately. She has gone over and above with attention to detail. Cute little labels on everything. Taking out the guess work! Even though I had no expectations, the pantry and fridge were stocked with great supplies…. I should have probably ordered dinner. But the bread and cheese was just enough and I didn’t need to purchase any other food during my stay. The bathroom renovation inspired me to jump into the bath straight away. The most impressive thing for me was the insane amount of coffee options! (If I don’t have a coffee in my hand within 15 minutes of waking up I’m cranky….. it’s like she knew! Thanks Michelle. I hope you sell this place out every night and create more of the same in other towns so I can continue to visit!

I think this will be the place I stay every time I visit Port Macquarie. Eliza’s place felt like my own little apartment on the beach, and was a wonderful getaway from the country. I found a few favourite restaurants and beaches that were in short walking distance. The property was clean, comfortable, and smelled amazing. Thank you Eliza!

Lovely stay in the gorgeous coastal town. The unit is exactly as described. Nathan was very communicative, all was excellent - we had no need to reach out. Easy walking distance to everything you’d want to see in Crescent Head. And being able to take our elderly caboodle was a plus. We’ll be back, thank you!

Whilst we only visited for a long weekend, the unit and location had all you need for a longer term stay. The onsite pool and beach access was great, plus we enjoyed that Sapphire Beach was only a short drive away. Such a gem of a spot was only made better by the thoughtful hosts. You were responsive and friendly, gave great instructions, and seem like lovely people. Thanks for having us in your home.

We had a fantastic experience at akka shack! It was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is perfect — it's close to everything you need, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient, tidy, and pleasant place to stay with a great big balcony to watch sunrises and relax in the afternoon !

Great location, walking distance to beach and playground.

Beautiful home, everything in the kitchen that you needed. Pool was clean and fun. Black cockatoos flying over every morning was an absolute treat! Plenty of space in house for kids and I. Hosts were excellent. Would absolutely come back here again!! Thanks Mark for having my tribe stay.

This was our fourth stay at Misty River Lodge and won’t be our last. My family, including our little Jack Russell Terrier, loves Helen and Craig’s place. I especially love seeing how the gardens have evolved. We enjoy visiting the beaches up and down the coast — Scotts Head is a favourite — and we love to find new places to eat. Coffs Harbour is only a 45 minute drive north and South West Rocks is just 30 minutes south, so it’s a really central location and close to the highway but so quiet and peaceful. The bird song is relaxing and if you’re an early riser, you might even see the local swamp wallaby down near the creek. We were treated to fresh quail eggs, deliciously sweet tomatoes and tasty vegetables from the garden. As Helen said when we arrived… “Welcome home!” … because it does feel like a home away from home.

We really enjoyed our three night stay, the home was comfortable, spacious and clean. Lovely furniture and decor. Lots of personal touches, books and games. A lovely bottle of wine and a box of chocolates were a nice surprise upon arrival. Thank you Susan for allowing us to stay in for beautiful home, your timely correspondence and making check in/out clear and easy.

The house was so comfortable. Clean, every possible need catered for and the fire was set and ready to light. Would totally recommend this stay for others.

We loved our stay at this beautiful historic home! The location was incredible we woke up to the sight of cows and horses grazing in the paddock. Nicole was a lovely and friendly host! We appreciate her getting the wood fire heater set up for us as well as the other homely touches. We would love to book again in the future!

Ann and Mitch’s farm stay was the perfect place for my kids and I to stop, relax and enjoy on our drive down from Byron to Syd. The place was beautiful, spotless and comfortable. My kids had an absolute ball swimming in the pool and playing with all the animals.. didn’t want to leave! Cannot recommend this place enough, Ann is the perfect host, so incredibly friendly and welcoming. Thank you, we will definitely be back!!! Dee and the kids. Xxx

Karen was really helpful with all our requests prior to arrival. Some really nice things left for us such as the locally ground coffee which was greatly appreciated. My son really enjoyed the fishing off the pontoon where he caught and released a 90cm flathead and a huge mud crab. Great location for exploring the local area.

It was a clean fenced property, brought my 3 yr old covoodle puppy for his very 1st getaway. he loved the front yard to play. Wish there was outdoor chairs or bench to sit n enjoy the front yard. There is a beautiful small BBQ area at the back but felt really warm to sit there. also recommend a quieter ac unit for the rooms. enjoyed the free games/cards n kitchen necessities . will recommend.
