Geny and Chris are wonderful hosts—always quick to respond whenever I had a question. The house was very clean, comfortable, and made my family feel right at home. The location is excellent, with the beach just a short walk away, which made our family gathering even more enjoyable. The refrigerator’s ice maker could be improved, and the kitchen might benefit from new plates and pans, but everything was still functional. There were plenty of linens and towels, more than enough for our group of 12. We truly appreciated our stay and the welcoming atmosphere.

The Lazy Green Turtle was amazing. We stayed there to celebrate my birthday and spend time with family. The house is fully stocked and Colette has thought of EVERYTHING you will need! She has put so much thought into the details of this house and she is a great host - even surprised me with a birthday cake 🎂. I can’t wait to go back. My favorites about this home is: the spaciousness, homey/coziness/comfort, ocean views, the deck for sunrises and star gazing and of course the beach! (Beach is dog friendly) This has been one of my favorite birthdays!

This home is a peaceful and scenic retreat, perfect for relaxation and reconnecting with nature. With stunning marsh views and plenty of space, my family felt completely at home. Though it’s about a 25-minute drive to downtown St. Augustine and the beaches, the tranquil surroundings make it well worth the trip—especially for those who love fishing, boating, or outdoor adventures. From paddleboarding and swinging on the swing to gathering around the fire pit and playing tag in the beautiful Florida weather, this place truly feels magical. Patricia is a wonderful host—always responsive and ensuring a comfortable stay. The cozy beds and well-equipped space exceeded our expectations, making it hard to say goodbye. We created unforgettable family memories here and can’t wait to return. Thank you, Patricia, for making our family reunion truly special!

We had a great time and enjoyed the house. The host was very responsive. The views were beautiful. Historic St. Augustine is a quick drive away. There are other restaurants and ice cream places in walking distance. The house had everything we needed to cook and grill. I’m sure we will be going back again soon.

So relaxing In such a beautiful setting. Loved relaxing in the sun by the pool. Able to get fresh eggs every morning from the hens on the property who were always excited to see us. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again and stay at the property.

What a hidden treasure! I was looking for a getaway and what I found was a Haven. It surpassed all of my expectations. So peaceful, clean, and convenient. Close to everything yet tucked away into a quiet corner. Michelle is professional yet so friendly and helpful. Any questions you may have, she has the answer. Definitely one of my favorite places that I have ever stayed in the continental US. Five stars and two thumbs up!

I loved our stay for our family vacation. The home was very clean, had a beautiful layout, and Xue was very responsive to anything we needed. You do not have beach access at this Airbnb except for during low tide and then you have to climb down a bunch of large boulders. This wasn't made clear. I thought we would have consistent beach access, so that was disappointing for what was spent on the Airbnb. The door knobs definitely need to be replaced, I got so frustrated with how stuck it would get. The bed was super comfortable. Plenty of towels and blankets. Coffee maker worked great. I loved that they had boogie boards and beach chair to be used. I think my favorite part was this like screened in porch/patio off the 2nd room. I'd drink my coffee there and and the dogs would just hang out. Oh they were AMAZING as far as being dog friendly. No weight or breed restrictions. Very reasonable fee for cleaning due to the dogs.

Stayed at Todd’s place for my vacation in St.Augustine and it was lovely ! Great place and location very clean and a comfortable bed ! The beach was not far away at all! I will be back and I will definitely stay again at Todd’s place ! He is a great host that provides clear instructions and is very responsive and helpful as well as friendly.

Fred & Linda’s place felt like we were right home. The place was very serene and tranquil right in the middle of St. Augustine. Anything we needed, it was there. The hosts also let us know that if we needed anything, to let them know. Their salt water pool felt great on hot afternoons and evenings. The kids loved the place. Even their little dog Ellie came to play ball with the kids. Would recommend staying here.

Amazing place to stay! Everything was perfectly labeled, along with everything you need for a trip to the water!

It was a little pricey for two nights but the location and the view made up for the cost. It was a holiday weekend also.

our stay here was amazing! the place was clean and host was very nice and communicated regularly. it is just a short walk to a beautiful beach too. pool was nice, hot and clean. lots of little extra things like spices, ziplock bags, dish soap, and body care. the location couldn't have been more perfect for what we had wanted. thanks for a great stay!!

I had a great stay at Jocelyn and Jared’s cottage. The house itself was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable few days. One of my favorite parts was how dog-friendly the place is,my pup Ryu felt right at home, which made the stay even better. The only thing I’d mention is that the backyard and pool area could use a bit of attention. There was some yard debris, limited lighting at night, and an old shed that felt a little out of place. But other than that, everything inside the house was perfect, and I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere overall. Thanks again for hosting!

We had an amazing stay at this home in St. Augustine! From the moment we walked in, it felt like home—clean, beautifully organized, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was especially impressive, fully equipped with appliances, spices, and utensils that made cooking easy and enjoyable. The outdoor space was a true highlight—like having our own private paradise. It was perfect for relaxing and spending time together as a family. We truly enjoyed every part of our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this home to anyone visiting the area. A wonderful experience all around!

My Fiancée and I visited Matt’s house to celebrate my graduation. The house was not only easy to find, but was in a very inviting and vibrant neighborhood. The house itself was perfect for the stay, nothing too big or too small, with a quick and easy drive to downtown, and all the beaches you could ask for. The only suggestion I would add is a microwave would be a good addition, but outside of that, we had a blast with not only the destination, but also the house!

We loved our stay and look forward to coming back! The view was beautiful and the beach was stunning. It was lovely to have so many amenities at our fingertips. Getting our luggage, dogs, and crates up to the room from parking was a bit of a hassle but well worth it. Really enjoyed the restaurants on site too. Thank you!

Great location near beach which is about a 7 minute walk, pools were great. Right off A1A coastline. Scavenger hunt was clever and unique.

Kayla’s place is exactly as described. We had a great time, the beach was walking distance, local restaurants and pier nearby for fishing. Old St. Augustine is down the street for relaxation and sightseeing. Would return for a repeat!!

Robin was very attentive and responsive. She allowed us to check in early due to an early flight, which was great! The house was adorably decorated, extremely clean and felt right at home!

This was exactly what we were looking for!! Extra clean & comfy. Some of the reviews mentioned not having doors to the bathrooms but there are definitely doors😂 James was super responsive and flexible with our check in time. Quick trip to the beach and near all the right spots!

The Blue Bungalow was amazing! Would definitely return and highly recommend! Great location so easy to get to the beach and we went to downtown St. Augustine in a breeze! The bungalow was even better and more peaceful than the photos! The decor and vibe was just what we needed and the dogs absolutely loved the yard! Being so private and so close to the beach was also amazing! Lauren was an amazing host! We locked ourselves out and we were frantic and Lauren responded right away and got us in and honestly we are so greatful for such an amazing host! Would give all the stars if we could! A definite must stay if you are in the area of St Augustine and other surrounding areas !
