Holiday rentals with a patio in Crawley Down

Kristeen is a wonderful host and welcomes you into a private part of her home! The setting of the Hayloft is idyllic and feels so remote yet is right next to anything you need. Kristeen is incredibly helpful and accommodating. We stayed as a young family of four and our girls adored it! It truly is a lovely spot. Highly recommended

Just returned from a week in this great apartment that matched the description and photo’s exactly. The location is perfect and Ricky is a friendly proactive host who provided lots of information in advance and was always available during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with everyday essentials including breakfast items that Ricky encouraged us to use. Finally, the bed is really comfortable with quality bedding. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

An excellent stay in a delightful basement flat. Tolly left great recommendations for the area and the flat is ideally situated for access to Brighton. I would definitely stay again.

A great little place for the weekend. Had everything we needed with some awesome wine bars and restaurants a short walk away.

Stayed for birthday retreat was lovely and exactly what I needed to escape. Ig you too have arachnophobia, there was a lot of spiders in the conservatory and several in the flat. But there was also al lot of animals that frequented the garden so it was wonderfully to see them through the big glass doors. The kitchen was also well equipped. Host was lovely, would stay again.

The flat is just stunning like the picture and it’s exactly what we wanted for the weekend in Hastings. Recommended it very much!

Wendy and Roger made us feel very welcome. They made sure there was coffee, bread, milk etc. 🙏🏼 The accommodation is fully equipped and very, very clean! The environment is breath taking. Id you love nature/walking, this is a great place. Furthermore Brighton is only a 20-minute drive away.

I cannot say enough positive things about Natalie’s Airbnb. From the lovely surroundings across from a sheep farm with brand new lambs running around to the lovely exterior and interior with a beautiful color scheme to the perfect cleanliness and every amenity you could possibly need. Natalie is the perfect hostess. We departed feeling like we had found new friends, Natalie and Simon. We have stayed at many Airbnbs over the years and The Meadows is definitely our favorite ❣️ Thank you again, Natalie and Simon, and we hope to see you in Oxted/Tandridge again in the future. xo

This was my second stay here and I felt really at home as soon as I arrived after a busy few weeks travelling. The little house has everything you need for a great stay and is easily walkable to town and the station. John and James are fab hosts - easy to liaise with and I loved the little goodie box thank you

Daniela’s cottage had the perfect size and layout for our little family reunion. It was very clean, tidy and beautiful, which made our holiday special. We particularly enjoyed the garden with its bbq, the well equipped kitchen and the proximity with the Ashdown forest, farm shops and Hever castle. Beds are comfortable which makes it easy to rest. Daniela was very helpful and kindly offered some lovely biscuits for our arrival :) I very much recommend this place and I would love to come back!

Nick and Sandra were so so lovely and accommodating! Their space was beautiful and they even stocked the fridge with some basic food which was so kind and helpful for the time I was there! They met me when I arrived and were beyond welcoming and helpful! I had a lovely stay at their place and would recommend to anyone! Would love to stay again if I’m in the area!☺️❤️

We had an extremely pleasant time during our stay. While booking I didn’t realize that there was no cooking range at the accomodation . We wanted some eggs for breakfast, Miles was extremely helpful. He made some mouth watering scrambled eggs for us. Thank you Miles for that.. really appreciate it . The surrounding place is extremely peaceful and scenic. I highly recommend staying at the place if you are in EG

We loved our stay at Chris’s place. Very cosy cottage with all the amenities you could need. Also delicious scones on arrival! We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay.

We LOVED our stay here and plan to come back when our dog ( currently a puppy) is big enough to enjoy the longer walks on offer in the area! Helen is one of the best Airbnb hosts we have met who sent us so many great tips in advance that we could have stayed a few weeks and prob not seen it all. We had a lovely stay for work, the place was so comfortable and had everything we needed. It was in a great location and the host had great communication. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

Had an amazing time. A lovely space to stay in for the weekend, could have stayed there longer. Close to the seafront and a 15 min walk away from the Brighton 360 and upside down house experience. Plenty of local shops including Tesco's and Sainsbury's and lots of pubs and food places. Felt at home and a comfortable stay, the host (Jess) was very responsive too when I had queries. Overall an amazing stay, thanks so much.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

Excellent apartment in great location, gated community, and facing the marina. Easy distance to central Brighton either via the beach, electric railway, car or uber.... Good local restaurants if not eating in town. Apartment was well equipped, clean and functional. Secure parking. A vey enjoyable long weekend stay by the coast.

Husband, toddler and I had a very comfortable stay with Susan. Susan’s home was beautiful, couches were comfy, bathroom and kitchen spotless. Susan’s place is walkable (even with toddler on scooter!). My tip for future guests would be to ask Susan which direction to head in for the town centre, if going on foot as there is a cut through / short cut which Susan pointed out at the beginning of our stay. stay.

We have just arrived home after a wonderful short break at Seascape, celebrating my husband’s 70th birthday. Seascape is a beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean and it felt like it had been newly decorated and furnished. It’s great to have two levels and two bathrooms. Felt very spacious and incredibly peaceful with the most glorious view. We spotted dolphins out in the bay from the balcony. Highly recommended. By far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. We also enjoyed the cafes and restaurants in St Leonard’s and the walk to Bexhill. Really didn’t want to return to 30 degrees heat in London. Thank you!

This was our fourth stay here at David's Annexe which really speaks for itself. It's the gift that keeps giving each time we return. The annexe was spotlessly clean as always ,with all aspects of our stay catered for.We wanted for nothing in the chalet as everything had been thought out carefully. Even dog blankets and doggy treats for those who bring a dog,although we didnt. The weather was beautiful every day,which was a bonus. The bed was so comfortable,and the kitchen area was superb. The milk in the fridge which was waiting for us on arrival,along with the yummy biscuits were really appreciated after a long journey. David and Lisa our hosts as always were more than happy to help out with any request,always with a genuine smile that made such a difference. We want to mention Reggie their lovely dog,who always made us welcome when we sat out on David's private beach on the seats he so kindly made available to us for free use. So in a word it was Utopia. We often stay in Hove, frequently for a week or more. For a week‘s stay, we expect a nice bathroom or two. Connor‘s place has the best bathroom we have experienced in Hove! Apartment is really nicely equipped, and the location is great for both Brighton and Hove. Parking permits provided are a must for this part of Hove. Connor was quickly and helpfully responsive.
