Quaint modern fully equipped remodeled studio with dining area, small kitchen with full-size fridge, coffeemaker, dining area, washer/dryer combo, well thought out storage space, internet, 40- inch tv, full-size bed that offers privacy blinds, private enclosed patio overlooking the well-manicured grounds and tennis court. The unit also comes with up to four passes to be recreation center. Studio is 330 square feet and deck is 150 square feet. Great space for couple. Max occupancy 2.

Great communication. Price was great for a month stay! The extra bonus was the amenities off the property that were free for those who stayed at the airbnb. This was a perfect place for what we needed. We are planning to move to the area and may use this for family and friends when they visit in the future.

2br Lockoff Condo River Fun for the Whole Family!

I was very pleased with the condo that I rented. The location was perfect, the amenities were awesome, and the place was well stocked with everything I needed! I spent money and brought extra things that I thought I would need, but did not, because they were already there. Things like a strainer, a mixer, a can opener, a measuring cup... The only things missing were band aids or bandages in case of accidents! Everything worked as it should, the beds were comfy, the hot tub was amazing!!! I would definitely recommend that others stay here for their next getaway! Andrew, the host, was quick to respond, and very knowledgeable. He made the whole process easy for me... thanks Andrew!

Great location hugged by trees, near the Neuse River. Walking along the little marina is so peaceful - especially in the morning. The unit also has a small screened in porch so you can relax in the evening while enjoying the light breeze.

We had a great stay! Check-in was easy, and the home immediately felt like home… clean, cozy, and very comfortable beds. The house is located in a gated community, which made us feel safe throughout our stay. We did run into a small issue on the first day, but Kelly had it resolved within an hour or two. Great communication and a very respectful host. The amenities were a great addition, and our little ones especially enjoyed the pool. Kelly also left us a sweet welcome message and some goodies, which was such a thoughtful touch. 10/10 recommend!
