Cabin holiday rentals in Crane Lake

We had an awesome time. Beautiful views everywhere. Perfect for us and our family with grandkids. Swimming, jacuzzi, boat dock, a.c. and comforts, kayaks and floats for kids was super nice!!! Loved the outside deck for grilling and eating and relaxing. This place is well equipped. Great job Chad and crew! Kitchen was so well stocked that we didn't need to bring half as much as we did for spices and kitchen amenities. We loved our time and was sad it was over so soon. Close to town made it really nice. Added awesomeness was that we also had great weather! Garage was really convenient to reload and pack our boat on last day when raining. Can't think of a thing we didn't love.

Cedar Lake is stunning. Great views from both cabins which made relaxing on the porches perfect. Fishing was good & other wildlife was abundant. We enjoyed using the canoe, paddle boards, & paddle boat. David is a responsive communicator & was quick to help us with the water glitch in the seasonal cabin. We enjoyed our stay. (To future Airbnb renters: The second cabin is indeed seasonal so keep in mind seasonal cabins come w/ glitches. With that being said, the little cabin was exactly what I personally was looking for.)

Beautiful, clean peaceful place! the wrap around porch was our favorite spot to sit and visit. We would definitely stay here again!!

We had a couple of issues at check in and Jason went above and beyond to get everything just right for us. My family had a fantastic stay and are already talking about coming back next year.

It was our 2nd stay at the escape. Requested our stay on very short notice, and Maria quickly gave us access to the house! Once again, the place very clean and comfortable! If we ever get back up in the area, that's the place we will stay! Thank you for everything Maria!

Awesome cabin on a beautiful lake! The cabin is in a quiet location with great lakeside amenities. The cabin is beautifully decorated and is very well stocked. Heidi and Paul are great hosts with a quick response time to any questions. I would highly recommend this cabin!

We had a wonderful stay at The Hideaway! We drove up from Mississippi for a white Christmas and spent most of our time ice skating on the lake, reading, and playing board games. The cabin was cozy and had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation: books, games, puzzles, the lake, even extra dog bags for clean up. My oldest went ice fishing a few times. As an amateur baker, I loved that the kitchen had things like bread pans, a pastry blender, a dough scraper, etc. It made the Christmas and New Year’s baking of delicious breads and desserts much easier. Highly recommend and considering another stay this summer!

What a wonderful place for our family of fisherman to stay. Really clean and wonderful Amenities. Would be terrific for families or anyone. Kitchen, dining room, family room, deck and 3 bedrooms all excellent. Easy to park our boats in the evenings. The best is the beautiful view from the house or nice deck. Murray was also excellent to communicate with…and super responsive.

Definitely worth five stars! Extremely peaceful and tranquil area in the woods. The cabinet itself is gorgeous and you can tell that Heather and Cory have put a lot of time and love into making it such a special place. We are avid cyclist and loved being so close to the Mesabi Trail, which we enjoyed for the days that we were there. Highly recommend!

Our family stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and had a great time. The lake is beautiful and quiet which we found pretty amazing because a quiet lake on Memorial Day is hard to find in Minnesota. Being able to use the available kayaks and paddleboat made my kids so happy. The house was quaint but very clean and well laid out. The kitchen was well stocked and also the water is very drinkable which isn't always the case with well water but this was good. The bunkhouse was the perfect place for our kids because they felt like they had a space of their own and we got to sleep longer :). All in all it was great and would absolutely stay again.

We had a great stay! The cabin is perfect for a weekend in the woods no matter the weather. The cabin is also baby friendly being all on one level. Lovely spot all around.

The cabin is absolutely stunning with great views. The only complaint is that the pictures show a queen bed in one of the rooms and it was instead two twin beds. Overall a wonderful place!

Location, location, location! This cabin has an amazing location right on Lake Kabetogama, which means you can go swimming or launch your kayak/canoe right from the dock. The cabin has all the basic amenities for a pleasant stay in a remote, beautiful location. Would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Three Lakes Cabin. The pictures don't do justice for the view. Check-in was easy, the cabin is so clean and comfortable, and it had everything we needed. The driveway is a large space, so easy to pull in and park our truck and trailer. Amy and Marcus were great hosts. They messaged to ensure we had everything we needed and reminded us to reach out if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend!

This was exactly what was presented in the listing and exactly what our little family needed. The cabin was clean, furnished wonderfully, and right on the lake with a great view. We went up to spend time not only on the lake but also in near by cities and the location was perfect. We were able to make a day trip to Ely and visit the International Wolf Center and the North American Bear Center one day and another day visited Bear Head State Park and Sudan Underground Mine. Lynn and Asad were extremely welcoming and helpful. We were able to spend 5-7 hours swimming on the beach at the lake and used the vintage paddle boat, and kayak. It was an all around great experience and my 13 year old daughter already has asked to make this trip a tradition each year. Highly recommend.

My husband and I loved staying here for our anniversary trip and we were thankful to be allowed to bring our dogs here as well! I loved how peaceful the area was and relaxing in front of the wood burning stove after a long day of hiking. I do wish there had been a curtain over the window where the bed is as you can see another cabin from it, but other than that, no complaints. We definitely plan on staying here again!

Friendly folks and always someone around when we needed anything. Grounds are well kept, clear docks and beach. Reasonable pontoon rental fee for a day, and you can't beat the beauty of Pelican Lake. Plus, fishing at the docks was plentiful too! Very clean fish cleaning house! Having access to ice and bait right on the resort was very convenient!

The fireplace was incredible and we had a great time playing music around the fire. The breakfast room and the enclosed porch were very charming and we really liked the boat and motor-even though the fishing was not so great. The kitchen was nice and well stocked. It felt like we were back in time to the early 20th century.

Heather was incredibly accommodating, very quick to respond to questions, and very helpful. The inside was clean, functional, and we had everything we needed. Don't expect the most luxurious stay, but it was exactly what we needed at a great price. Thanks Heather! P.S. There's no service for miles so make sure to write down the check-in instructions before you get there.
