Our stay lived up to high expectations. Ainslie went over and above with decorations for my boyfriend’s birthday; welcome notes; homemade cake; fizz and ice in the fridge. She was warm and welcoming, and we felt completely relaxed. So grateful for such a lovely stay in a beautiful area. We will definitely be back! Thank you Ainslie 🥰🤩🥳

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars! Excellent home in a really peaceful beautiful location. It was easy to find and no issues entering the property. Stunning old house which clearly has a lot of history. The home was well presented and we found it comfortable. All the instructions were clear. The hot tub was excellent and the kids loved it. So peaceful at night. Only a 10 min drive into Alyth where there is a couple of shops, but many many lovely walks about ideal for dogs. The wifi was a bit hit and miss we struggled watching tv as it kept freezing with no signal. However given the rural location this is excepted and didn’t bother us too much. AGA cooker was great a real experience and I’m sure in the winter it’s beautiful and warm. Overall we would recommend the property, my only room for improvement would be looking into the WiFi and potentially adding a better dining table and chairs outside. It would have been lovely to dine outside on some more comfort chairs and better seating. Still 5 stars!

Murray's place was warm comfortable and a delight to stay in. It was well appointed and beautifuly clean. To be strongly recommended.

Myself and 2 friends just had a brilliant weekend at Dawn and Darren’s cottage. They were very friendly and welcoming hosts. The cottage was perfect for what we needed, the decor was lovely and we’ll definitely be back for another stay. Hopefully later this year! Thank you Dawn and Darren.

Property was ideally located for quietness. Garden was safe and secure for the dogs. Everything we needed was provided and any queries were answered quickly.

We had a wonderful stay with my family at this historic cottage. Especially loved the easy access to the Fife Coastal Path that we walked daily into Burntisland or Aberdour. Excellent hosts as well. Thank you for your hospitality, we would highly recommend this property!

We had a brilliant few days away at the cottage, the place was lovely and clean for us arriving. The courtyard is amazing, we loved listening to all of the birds whilst using the hot tub. The attic space was a perfect little reading nook! Susan was super friendly and accommodating - we’ll definitely be back!

What a lovely cottage with everything you need in a stunning location. So comfortable - a real home from home. Sitting by the river with a coffee was a bonus.

Cute place, small but perfect for a few days away. Everything has been cleverly thought of to fit a tiny space. It’s a great location too but you do need to book if you want to eat at the pub as it is very busy!

We really enjoyed our stay here, the location and space was excellent and we appreciated the extra toys and bits left for our little girl to play with.

Ellen had great communication and made sure that everything was in place for our trip as we were catering a Christmas dinner cooked by chef. The ample furniture was such a bonus and it was very comfortable. The location is stunning so much so that whilst on my stay there I decided to put in an offer on a property around the corner to live out my retirement there!!!!! Moonzie cottage was absolutely beautiful! It was our last stay after flying out of Scotland, and it was nice to unwind and feel at home. Between the fresh eggs and bread, and the great location, I would definitely recommend!

A lovely little cottage in an excellent location - really close to the beach. Very relaxing and well equipped and comfortable. Rhona was really nice and helpful. Thanks for the biscuits and drinks too they were a nice touch. We would definitely like to come back at some point.

Our stay at the Signal House was perfect in every way. This little gem of a cottage was an oasis to return to each evening after walking over 10,000 steps a day in very busy Edinburgh - peaceful, quiet and a dream view of the castle. The location was ideal - the Grassmarket a half block down the street and a small grocery a half block up the street. We definitely appreciated the coffee, tea and a few snacks that greeted us upon arrival. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Be aware that there are stairs up to the cottage, but these two octogenarians managed the climb with luggage, so don't let that deter you!

We had the loveliest stay at this very cute little cottage on a farm absolutely magical! The garden was so peaceful, and to our surprise, we even spotted a deer wandering through. The grounds stretch beautifully, and there’s a serene pond that’s perfect for sitting by in the summer sun. Truly a dreamy, tranquil escape with all the big supermarkets and stores near by! 🌞💚

Cottage is in a great location with easy walk to town centre, swingpark and harbour. Kitchen/sitting area is great for having everyone in one area and the garden is lovely. The cottage was well stocked with everything you could need from kitchen equipment and outdoor items including badminton rackets and football (oh and a wee dog bed I found in hall cupboard). Beds were comfy and the rooms had great blackout blinds (which are sometimes lacking in other places). Would definitely use again and recommend to families.

This garden apartment was so beautiful and private. Very clean and the bed was super comfortable. It was an excellent area within walking distance to the city, and to the woodland. Would recommend this stay.

From start to finish we had a wonderful stay. The location was just beautiful, it exceeded my expectations. James, our host responded very quickly with any questions and went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed. Very close to Crail town and very close to coastal walks We loved it and will definitely return and would highly recommend The house is right in the middle of a golf course and I defy anybody, even if golf doesn’t interest you to not love the views around as you are right on the coast Thank you James

Nicky’s place was very clean and comfortable, and in a lovely central part of Pittenweem. It was warm, the kitchen was well supplied and the views from the upstairs windows were amazing. Our kids also loved running and eating in the backyard. The main bedroom was sometimes described as a king bedroom, and sometimes as a queen, but it does in fact have a queen bedroom in case this is relevant for your sleeping configurations. Recommend

What a treat it was to stay at your charming cottage home in a very posh neighborhood. Quiet and peaceful with lovely accommodations. Every detail, from the light fixtures to the amazingly comfortable beds to the state-of-the-art shower, reflected a very thoughtful host. After walking up and down fairways, greens, and climbing in and out of bunkers all day, it was wonderful to come back to Petra’s place and know I’d be able to rest, relax, and recharge for the next day’s golf. Petra was never intrusive on our privacy but yet very responsive to our requests. Overall, 11 out of 10 stars!!! I can’t wait for my next trip to St. Andrews so that I can revisit Petra’s lovely oasis. Do yourself a favor and book this place for your next trip. You won’t regret it for one moment.
