A lovely little place to stay for a weekend getaway out of the city! Cozy and warm and the spa was great.

A beautiful quiet farm stay. Susan and Frank were a pleasure to deal with. An abundance of farm fresh eggs which we turned into the yummiest breakfast omelets. A beautiful garden setting.

Lovely stay at L’Abode. It was super comfortable and had everything we needed for a restful couple of nights.

Our second stay at the cottage in less than 3 weeks so clearly we love it! Extremely relaxing and so very peaceful with nothing but bird song by day and the crackling log fire by night. Very responsive hosts and a warm welcome from the 2 friendly chickens! We will no doubt be back!

Great location, right near the park; walking distance to the football and city centre. Nice, comfortable feel, huge bedrooms, also a large selection of books (with a few toys for kids). Full kitchen also great. Easy check in, and very clean. Very responsive host who added the third bedroom to our booking with no fuss. Two enthusiastic thumbs up.

Beautiful little home. So cozy! Cute little kitchen with little dishwasher aswell! Was beautiful to sit on the deck in the arvo and watch the sunset! Would book again ! Donna was also always responsive !

We had a wonderful stay at Kristen’s place. The house clean and close to shops. We appreciated your quick response and your services for warming the house and turning the lights on before we arrived. just the little haven we needed after a few remote days in the wilderness. in a beautiful part of Underwood with fruit trees and pademelons around! everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. a fire stove with wood already provided to keep us warm. great hot showers mindful of rainwater usage. thank you for the stay.

We had a bit of trouble with the electronic lock, but Julia was pretty quick to respond and sorted the problem quickly. The front bedrooms were a tiny bit noisy once the trucks started going past in the morning, but I suspect the back bedroom would be peaceful. We loved the dartboard. The kitchen was spotless with loads of cutlery and crockery. The location was perfect for our purposes. Great stay, thank you.

Always enjoy staying here when travelling for work. Easy check in and nice and warm with the heat pump and fire.

This is exceptional accommodation & if you have a pet like we did the yard is great this was our first time taking a pet away with us & would definitely do it again. The house is lovely & is very clean & comfortable we loved the wood heater & everything you need is there. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Jodi. 🤗

We celebrated our 20-year anniversary at Yam and Howard’s Airbnb and had a fantastic experience. The owners were very helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The property was clean, comfortable, and cozy—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Yam also gave us great local tips, including places we hadn’t planned to visit—Leven Canyon was a standout, and we captured some amazing photos there! We’ll definitely be returning for our next trip to Tasmania. Highly recommended!

This was our second time stsying and still a fantastic house walking distance from the town centre. Lovely kitchen with plenty of amenities. The fire warms the whole house. We will stay again.

We had a great stay. Nice house and good location, very convenient for the football at York Park and easily walkable for everything on offer in Launceston city. Sarah was very helpful and responsive.

"A Serene Haven with Breathtaking Views and Exceptional Hosts" I cannot speak highly enough of this picturesque cottage nestled in the heart of Meander Valley. From the moment we arrived, my husband and I were captivated by the property's natural charm and beauty. The cottage was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated with a cozy ambiance, making us feel at home right away. Our hosts - Cheryl, Steven & Nell were incredibly welcoming and attentive to our needs throughout our stay. They were always responsive when we had any questions or requests. Cheryl went above and beyond to track the weather and Glendale App to make sure I got to witness the Aurora Australis but it was hard luck for me given the cloudy windy weather. The surrounding landscape was breathtakingly serene with the picturesque backdrop of rolling hills. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat near Launceston/ Deloraine - Tassie.

The Sailor is a yardarm ahead of the Captain - peaceful location- a home with luscious furnishings and well thought of added extras - cosy and warm, especially with the added option of a wood fire - a beautiful water view from the front verandah, sipping on a Tasmanian glass of red - an adjacent carport to park the car - it fulfilled all our needs - Thank you Lee, we have fully appreciated what you have put into the Sailor and the Sea, to make it a Home away from Home

What an absolute beauty of Airbnb! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cedar Church. As soon as we walked in, we felt so comfortable and relaxed. The styling is so luxe and beautiful, and the view incredible. Sitting on the deck watching the farm animals and various wildlife was so peaceful, we also enjoyed strolling up to the top of the driveway on the hill looking at across the valley and to the Ben Lomond mountain area. Hubby was brave and went for a cold plunge in the river nearby which he highly recommends! The nearby Evandale town (about 15-20min drive) is gorgeous. The corner store has a good selection of groceries and a few cute shops and cafes. The courtyard at the Clarendon Arms was also great! This stay exceeded all expectations even after the 5 star reviews and we would love to come back one day!

A beautiful part of the world. Felt instantly calm when I walked through the door. Felt like a home, comforting, not cluttered and wow what a lovely way to wake up every morning, hearing and seeing the vast ocean out the windows.
