Waterfront holiday rentals in Cox Peninsula

This apartment was in a great part of Darwin, walkable to the city, restaurants on our doorstep and easy access to transport. The apartment had all that we required for our stay. It was very private and not accessible to others. We would stay there again. Thank you Kim.

Yasmine's apartment was in a great location and perfect for two couples with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and lots of space! We had all of the amenities needed and everything was clean! Yasmine was a great host with clear instructions and always responsive. The location was walking distance to the Esplanade, Waterfront, pubs, shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place to stay in Darwin city.

Just home from our third stay at Loretta’s air bnb. We love the location - a quick walk to the water front. We also love the positioning of the apartment. Nothing more relaxing than having a morning coffee watching the sunrise and dapple sun throughout the apartment all times of day. So enjoyable to look out at the water throughout your stay. Loretta’s makes holidaying with two toddler actually relaxing!

Excellent stay in Darwin. Stayed 5 nights on a business trip. Great view, private unit on 14th floor with a handy workstation desk. Walking distance to Woolworths and all the great restaurants/pubs and a 20min walk to Stokes Wharf. Definitely reccommed a sunrise walk to that location as one of Darwins best. Thanks Sherl, hope to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Alison's apartment in the Darwin Waterfront. The location on the third floor was perfect—quiet, peaceful, and just what we needed to relax. The apartment was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Alison was a gracious host, allowing us a later checkout to accommodate our flight schedule. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy Darwin's waterfront in comfort!

Loved our 2 week stay! Very toddler-friendly with a safe balcony, pram, high chair, pool noodles, books and kid-friendly plates/bowls/cutlery. Plenty of room for a family of 3. Location was perfect - away from the noise but a quick walk to all the action. Photos very accurate. Place was spotless. Instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear. 2x allocated underground carparks were very secure. Lots of cleaning supplies, tea, coffee pods, nespresso pod machine, toiletries, extra bedding, and even a number of large umbrellas that were so handy during the wet season! Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely come back!

apartment was lovely but little small. It did have great views however. I checked out very early so didn't get the check out instructions on time.

Location and home was outstanding. I was there for a working holiday and loved returning back to the lodge after a days work. Had the property all to myself, which made it even more a hoot. Will be looking to stay here again in the near future.

Great place and Madison and her partner were so nice and kind. The place was amazing, tidy and clean. Not really into the cbd but you can walk around there by the beach and have some relaxing days during your stay. Arlow (the dog) was so lovely and did his part too in this experience ❤️

Fantastic place to spend the week - super comfortable and great tropical feel around the pool! Loved the area - close to Parap and Mindil Beach Markets and a lovely walk/bike ride around East Point. Would definitely return!

Fantastic 5 night stay in this beautiful property. Location is great, not too far from shops, and such a spacious property. So much space in and outside the house. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely relaxed and balinese vibe to the property. Loved our stay. Benji was so prompt and friendly with communication.

Always a great place to stay in Darwin! Denielle makes sure that everything is provided and the home is clean and comfortable. It is "over and above" most AirBnb accommodation. Denielle is also incredibily friendly and any guest would feel immediately comfortable in her home. The location is quiet, secure and a short bus-ride, UBER or taxi in to the Darwin CBD or Waterfront. Still one of the best AirBnb's that I have stayed at, and I am likely to re-visit.

Amazing location with beautiful sunsets! Watch the sun go down from the patio or join the locals and have drinks and nibblies on the grassed public area in front of villa. Bike paths make it easy to access Military Museum, Museum & Art Gallery, Mindel Beach markets, sunset at Ski Club, Casino and all the city sights. We hired electric bikes for the week from Phil at Bicycle Fix. Great restaurants within walking distance. The Villa was well appointed with absolutely everything you need for your stay and many surprise items that are not found at other homes (ie. fishing rods, kayaks, staple pantry and laundry items). Thanks for the special local gifts. Comfortable beds and relaxed furniture. Perfect for our annual adult family holiday (8 adults) with plenty of different areas to come together or have your own space. Thanks for sharing your home with us Justine and making our holiday in Darwin memorable. Everyone enjoyed their stay.

Jenny and Peter's home is one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. They are such kind and perfect hosts. The room and ensuite is perfect, and the neighbourhood is amazing and the best spot in Darwin. I am so grateful for my memorable stay, and I couldn't recommend it highly enough!

We couldn't have been happier! So impressed with the setup of the property and it suited our group of 7 perfectly. It is such a simple design but that had a lot to do with its appeal. Having plenty to do is a real plus too, Billiard table and dart board being our favorites! The booklet of rules and instructions was handy and very clear. Best place ever for the sunsets. Kate and Simon were delightful hosts! So warm, welcoming and friendly! The place was fantastic - great location and amenities including a pool and the room and furnishings were lovely. Kate has impeccable taste! I really enjoyed my stay and can highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic stay. The house and location were just perfect for a Darwin weekend: the only downside is you only get one key so if the group splits up it can be tricky and they mention blow up beds in the description but we couldn’t find them anywhere. Still we made the most of the beautiful space!

Location of the property was ideal, having all the eateries a plus, the Lagoon and Wave Pool close by, as well as the Wharf Precinct. Would like to see a cleaner balcony for our next visit. Overall the accommodation was lovely, if it wasn't for the 4pm check in time we would have rated our experience 4 1/2 stars.

Way more on offer than what we initially expected! The views and the rooms were amazing! Great huge kitchen and living room felt really comfortable and right at home. Easy to get in and out of the home, neighbours and other residents were very friendly and helpful too! Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Darwin.

We truly enjoyed our stay , the location was fabulous within easy walking distance to the city and some of the attractions such as Parliament House and the underground oil tunnels . The waterfront precinct is perfect for a great holiday . The apartment also was well equipped with extra beach essentials Highly recommend this accommodation Regards Lynne
