She is a wonderful host who made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her communication was excellent; she responded quickly to any questions we had. The Summer Guesthouse in Darwin was everything we were hoping for from our three-night stay between Kakadu and the Kimberley. The location was really convenient, very close to the major Casuarina shopping centre and an easy 15-20 minute drive to the major attractions of Mindil Beach and the Waterfront area. The house itself was spotlessly clean, well appointed and extras like Netflix, beautiful swimming pool, and a tranquil Bali-resort style undercover upstairs deck. Eva is a gracious host - welcoming and easily contactable but equally respectful of guests privacy too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and finished our stay having recharged, relaxed and restocked ready for the next leg of our big NT adventure!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The place was spotless, stylish and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly. The check-in was a breeze. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, yet quiet and relaxing. The bed was super comfortable, and the little touches like fresh towels and coffee were much appreciated. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Darwin.

We had an amazing weekend at Jo’s property. I would definitely recommend it. Jo and Eve answered inquiries quickly. I have requested for some direction on where to pick up more wood for the fire pit, i got it delivered by the caretaker in less than 30 minutes. Very friendly and dedicated staff. Absolutely love it. We will be back for sure.

Wonderful place to stay, welcoming and comfortable. Host was great with her communication and answered all my questions quickly. The townhouse was central to my needs and made my stay in Darwin with my dogs stress free. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Darwin.

We couldn't have been happier! So impressed with the setup of the property and it suited our group of 7 perfectly. It is such a simple design but that had a lot to do with its appeal. Having plenty to do is a real plus too, Billiard table and dart board being our favorites! The booklet of rules and instructions was handy and very clear. Best place ever for the sunsets. We loved staying here over Christmas. It felt like a private tropical retreat surrounded by established palm trees, and local wildlife such as frogs, lizards and birds. The house is very well presented, styled, and clean. Beds are very, very comfortable and the place is air conditioned throughout. When you sit on the balcony, you feel a million miles away. The pool is great too. It’s only a short drive to the cbd, a 3 min walk to the beautiful foreshore, to the local beach front pub, and to extended walking/jogging trails. The rapid creek markets are only a short stroll, as well as the Nightcliff food trucks. Hope to stay again soon.

Stewie and Amanda were fantastic hosts. Could not fault them at all. there communication was amazing. We loved the whole house, the day bed around the pool was a beautiful spot to sit and enjoy a beer while the kids went swimming. The kitchen is full, it has everything you need. the complimentary breakfast was the icing on the cake.. made it so easy for us because we didnt have a car and hadn't organised any food by the time we arrived. Great stay! Place is really comfortable. Lots of bugs in the evening but can’t be helped. Just keep the lights off over the table and it’s manageable!

A lovely, private and peaceful and clean Airbnb. highly recommend for a stay in Darwin. It was such a cosy place and so well equipped with absolutely everything you need including all cooking gear. I am sensitive to noise and the Airbnb was very quiet. easy access to bus into city and coastal walk in a gorgeous and safe part of Darwin.

We had a beautiful and relaxing stay, the perfect couple’s escape. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by an abundance of birdlife right outside our cabin. It was such a joy to sit on the veranda and quietly photograph them. The cabin was simple, cosy, and stayed cool with either aircon or fresh air through open windows. Having our own private pontoon made it feel extra special. It was the perfect peaceful spot to sit and take in the scenery. Inside, everything was clean and comfortable: hot showers, a cosy bed, and all the essentials. The nearby pub is just five minutes away, and a small shop had everything we needed. A huge bonus was that it’s pet-friendly! Dog rules were simple (on-lead, no dogs on beds), so we could relax and enjoy without worry. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy nature, especially with a dog by your side.

We arrived in the early hours. Tom made contacted with us that day and told me that he wasn't happy with the cleaner's efforts and offered me some beer to compensate. When he dropped by with it, I was amazed it the size of the carton; more beer than I've ever seen before in my sheltered life. BTW I was unaware of what he perceived as being wrong with the cleaning: it seemed fine by us. Before we booked, I had asked him whether the "standard" TV listed had a HDMI port, as I expected that it wasn't a smart TV. Having received a positive answer, I brought with us a G_oogle TV device so that we could watch iView and SBS on Demand. When he visited us, he offered to bring over another TV to put in the bedroom. We told him not to bother, as we were quite happy with only a TV in the lounge. These two stories demonstrate how accommodating he was to our needs,

Jacinta & Andy are awesome hosts. Very friendly, accommodating and quick to respond to messages. Their place is spacious and comfortable, and is well equipped with everything you need for a homely stay. It’s also just a short walk to the Fannie Bay shopping complex which is very handy. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and will happily be recommending it. Thank you so much Jacinta and Anthony for letting us stay…we’ll definitely be back :)

Super lovely hosts who met me when I arrived at the property. The unit had everything I needed - microwave, fridge and a very well equipped kitchen. Overall the unit was very spacious with your own seperate space. Thank you Stacey & fam!

We absolutely loved our stay here! It really did feel like a bush retreat. It was a nice open space that our dogs loved running around in. It was secure so we didn’t need to worry about our own or the dogs safety. The couch on the back patio was the perfect place to relax and listen to the wildlife, well equipped with ceiling fans to keep us cool. At night, we got to sit outside looking at the stars while listening to the ocean which is just bliss!

Amazing family home. A Tropical paradise. Walking distance to shops. Beautiful breeze from the balcony. Refreshing pool.Clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend for at least a weeks stay. We wish we had booked longer. Craig and Ange are very attentive and accomodating to your needs. Thankyou both.

Kate's place was an easy walk from town which was perfect for the few days we were there. The little garden out the front was perfect for sitting out in to have breakfast or lunch.

This is a beautiful peaceful house in a great location to explore Darwin and surrounds. You feel like you’re up in the trees with relaxing verandahs, breezy louvre windows and a lovely swimming pool. The hosts were kind and accomodating dealing with our last minute plans and we were very grateful to find a place that allowed us to stay with our dogs, with a fully enclosed yard backing onto bushland. Would be happy to stay here again

Great place, well worth the money, private and it has everything you could possibly need. Perfect for short and extended stays.
