Darren and Tanya was some of the nicest Airbnb hosts we’ve had to inquire over the last couple of years, they were prompt and caring in regards to every single needs that we inquired, left us a greeting bottle of red wine as well as fresh flowers on the table. For all the week we required help with several different points in our stay. There were some of the most lovely posts we’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

We had a lovely stay, the house was just what we needed and really close to the beach. Sarah was quick to respond with the couple of questions we had. We would definitely recommend!

Carey is always responsive and happy to help as much as she can, this is our second stay here and it doesn’t disappoint, clean and everything is thought of, will definitely stay there again 😊

We are home after a Mon- Fri half term break at Admiral’s Watch, and we have had a wonderful time. Before we arrived we had clear directions from Nicky along with a really helpful list of recommendations for places to go with the kids. Getting to the property was easy and it was great to have a dedicated parking spot. The area is peaceful and completely beautiful. The small precinct of shops/ restaurants within the terrace was useful and didn’t intrude on our stay at all. The property itself is beautiful and just like the photos- the sea is right in front of the apartment making the views amazing. Nicky has styled the property beautifully and there was plenty of space for us as a family of four plus our dog. Activity wise I would recommend a trip to nearby Hurst Castle, and a meal at the Cliff House restaurant which was a short stroll away. Totally recommended, we had a great stay. The stay at the house was fantastic and nice you can es with the small bottles of shower gel and shampoo, also the unexpected tray of teas and coffees. Really responsive host and really friendly. Perfect location for peace by waters edge yet close enough to town. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was tastefully decorated and beautifully furnished, and include a 6ft double bed, a good shower, and a quiet courtyard garden area. It is close to Lymington High Street (a 5 minute walk), and there are lots of pubs, cafes and restaurants within a 15 minute walk. A great base. Helen was very responsive and helpful. There is parking a few minutes walk away and a supermarket nearby. We really enjoyed our stay.

The Boathouse is an elegant converted property in a discreet location, but so close to the riverfront at Warsash. The living space on the first floor is airy and comfortable with a good kitchen area. The bedrooms downstairs are comfortable and have great bathrooms. It's also very useful to have a parking space outside. If you bring another car, the long stay car park is only a step away and good value. Warsash is well positioned for leisurely walks and the cash only ferry across to Hamble-le-Rice, which is equally charming. So many boats here, there's always something to watch and good options for local food and drink on both sides of the river. We enjoyed a lovely weekend.

Had a lovely three night stay in Acorn hut. Spacious and very private outdoor space with a hot tub for relaxing. Bathroom facilities were clean and shower was great. The hut itself was cosy with everything you need for a few nights away. Big enough for my partner and I as well as our large greyhound. The host was lovely and helpful with advice about places to go and the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend a stay here for anyone looking for a peaceful spot.

We were looking for somewhere in the New Forest area to celebrate our wedding anniversary with family. This house was perfect for us all, 8 adults and 5 grandchildren. The house is in a beautiful, quiet location which is exactly what we wanted. The house has everything you need and more, fully fitted kitchen with massive island and dinning table. All rooms were spotless as well as the many toilets and bathrooms. We stayed in the master bedroom which is very tastefully decorated. The swimming pool was a big bonus, perfect size and depth for our Grandchildren and very warm. It also had a padlocked gate to keep the little ones out when playing in the garden. Our host Katie was brilliant from start to finish keeping us updated on the stay and very responsive to messages. She provided a welcome food pack of sausages, bacon, bread and essentials which was really appreciated. Katie even took the time to let our grandchildren help her feed her horses. Can’t wait to return!

What a truly beautiful stay. The cottage was so clean , bright, everything you needed, plenty of places to go and things to do leaflets. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped . You are surrounded in nature and wildlife , its so peaceful and the Red Kite feeding was absolutely out of this world The garden and woodland is fantastic , there is so much to see as you walk around . There is a beautiful terrace to sit and look at the views and watch the birds . Outstanding. Marley and his Grandad Fred are wonderful and so very friendly and welcoming. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be going back and would highly recommend. Thank you for making our stay so amazing .

Had an amazing stay for my daughter’s 2nd birthday can’t recommend it enough caravan was spotless and the site was amazing

We hired this for a few days with family to celebrate my nans 70th birthday. Absolutely beautiful house and gardens and the facilities are amazing. We live locally so knew about the area but loved having a swimming pool, tennis courts and snooker table for all of us to enjoy. The lounge was bigger than we thought and comfortably sat all of us. We also received a helpful guide a few days before our stay which gave us all the information we needed. Overall a really lovely stay, thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Stag cottage and fully enjoyed the huge garden during our stay. Communications with Cindy were excellent and she was really quick to respond and keen to ensure our stay was the best it could be. It was most definitely a lucky find and we would stay there again in a heartbeat. 😊🦌❤️

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The added luxuries throughout the house were a great touch. From the snack basket, to the toiletries and the barbecue supplies. Everything was easy to use and welcoming. The uniqueness of having exclusive and nearby access to a pool and hot tub in a small property was perfect for our young family. We can put the kids to bed and enjoy the amenities together while making sure the kids are OK - something not possible in hotels and other resorts. The space was great. Clean, well-stocked and had everything you'd need for a summer retreat. The combination of the pool, dog, BBQ, pizza oven and included games meant our kids thoroughly enjoyed their time - us too. Definitely a winning combo. Thanks for having us!

Just a short stay in Beth's house for our RTI crew, located just up from Shepards Marina it's in a great spot. Just as described, great communications, easy check in, comfortable beds, all in all a great find.

Lovely visit in the centre of Cowes. Perfect base for our short break.

We had a perfect weekend at Bag End Cottage - the place is really homely and Nicholas had provided lots of nice touches like a treat filled welcome pack that really made our stay. The cottage is well laid out and has two separate living areas if needed. We enjoyed the light and bright open plan kitchen /sitting area with doors opening out in the lovely sunny garden with the hot tub. Bedrooms were comfortable and with two bathrooms it was ideal for a two couple stay. The location is really close into town but also remarkably peaceful. Nicholas really went above and beyond to make our weekend so easy. Clear instructions before arrival for directions and parking, and good recommendations for restaurants. He also came to our rescue when we had a slight key situation (of our own making)..... Very responsive and friendly host. Highly recommend and we are looking forward to staying next time we are in Cowes.

Echoing other reviews, this is an absolutely stunning place. I totally fell in love with it - so unique, full of character, beautifully done up, and with everything needed for a stay. Such fun being lulled to sleep by the sounds of the sea. Thanks for a truly fab stay.

We had a fabulous time, celebrating my daughter’s 22nd birthday. The house was perfect to accommodate nine of us ranging from 22-67. Obviously there’s the stairs to climb to access bedrooms and the roof top terrace but so long as you’re fit it’s no issue and well worth it! The view is spectacular. Chris feels like a friend as we’ve been in regular contact, he was very helpful and responded almost immediately. The property was really clean, beds super comfortable and Netflix a bonus as was the extra touches provided. If you’re thinking about staying……do it you won’t be disappointed Jeanette Leppard

We had a fantastic stay during May half term with the kids - the house is stunning, even better than the photos and the view is spectacular. The house has a very high -end finish to it and had everything you could wish for in terms of amenities. We look forward to visiting again sometime soon
