Excellent apartment to enjoy a few days on the beach, located 5 minutes walk. At the same distance, we have a great park to enjoy with children. As for the leisure and dining options, you have everything you need around you, without having to take the car for anything

Host Cristina was attentive to everything and treated us phenomenal. The accommodation is newly renovated, it is absolutely not necessary for anything, you are right at home. The whole house is pristine, everything you could possibly need in terms of food. Sheets, towels and other appliances, the giant canvas. Beers and Cocacolas in the fridge, towels and bags for the beach! A real wonder. The neighborhood is not the best in town but it is not unsafe and we have parked at the door daily. Ah! The urban beach is a 2 minute walk and a natural one a 6 minute drive. In short, highly recommended, fantastic!

The floor is fantastic, special mention to the quality of sheets and towels. José Luis is super helpful at all times. Viveiro is definitely worth it.

We were very comfortable the week we were in Juan Luis's place, the apartment was very well equipped, tidy and clean. As for Juan Luis is a very friendly, flexible and easy to communicate with. I'm sure we'll repeat!

This is the second time we've stayed here and it hasn't disappointed us. The accommodation is very clean and well equipped. In addition, it is very close to the promenade and the beach, and to supermarkets and restaurants.

Wonderful stay. The place is beautiful, has everything you need and is great located. Highlight how well cared for and the cleanliness. Impeccable. Located in front of the beach, with stunning views. The treatment by the host (Luis) was 10 from the first moment. He's caring and polite. When we arrived at the apartment we met Mary, a good and very nice person. She was in charge of giving us the keys and explaining everything regarding the stay. We are very grateful for the treatment received from the two of us. We recommend 100% located in this place, as it is from the first times when we can't even put a but. 10. Thank you so much for everything

Very nice apartment, it is a joy to go out for a walk on the beach. Ofelia was very attentive, communicating quickly and solving problems proactively that we hadn't even realized they were. 100% recommended.

Juan Luis was very kind from the beginning. And he made it easier for us to arrive earlier than planned (it was at 5:00 pm) and let us in around 12:30/1:00 pm so that we had time to get to the Resurrection Fest at 3:00 pm. It was a detail that we considered very positively. The house is very clean, in good condition and tidy. We'll be back next year💪🏼

A very nice apartment to spend a few quiet days in front of the Ria, with some windows that perfectly isolated any noise or cold. Large parking area in front of the apartment, with a fairly complete supermarket right next to it and area for walking in front of the accommodation. The place itself was spotless, there was nothing we didn't like, it had absolutely everything you could need, from the beds to the kitchen and 3 TVs with a high power WiFi. Excellent

Lovely apartment in the historic part of town and only 100m from the cathedral. It is a tastefully renovated apartment in a historic building and had everything we needed for our stay in Santiago. Easy walking distance to all the sights of Santiago and to the many bars and restaurants nearby. Jose was very friendly and welcoming and let us know of local events that were happening during our stay.

Very well located, bright, comfortable and clean. A good improvement would be to have free Wi-Fi.

We had some trouble finding the place at night, as the road isn’t marked and GPS wasn’t reliable. The host kindly offered to meet us, which we recommend accepting, especially if you’re arriving after dark. The location is very secluded, so the property itself is the main attraction. There’s not much else nearby, but that’s part of the charm. However, once you arrive, it’s absolutely worth it. If you’re looking to unwind in peace, enjoy great food, and relax in a hot tub under the stars, this is the perfect spot.

Beautiful apartment well located quiet area. very very close to beautiful beaches. The house doesn't lack anything. There was even coffee, oil and cleaning supplies ... absolutely everything you need. José Luis was very kind and recommended places and taught us everything in detail. The spa is a plus we loved. Game room, tennis court up with rackets and balls in the apartment. To repeat. Thank you for everything.

The apartment is perfectly located right next to the beach, and is clean and comfortable. Adrian communicated very well and was really accommodating and helpful when our arrangements changed.

This is the second time I've been to this apartment because for us it's a 10-star accommodation. Description faithful to the ad, close to the beach and restaurants, with a great garage and well connected to many interesting places to visit. In addition, the hosts are very friendly and communication with them has always been great. Of course, a place to stay again.

Naim and Oscar's treatment was as thoughtful as I have ever seen. The house was perfect, with good qualities and full of small details. I will repeat for sure!
