From the moment we arrived, our experience at Bianca and Chris's Airbnb felt like something out of a chocolate box—truly magical! The property was picture-perfect, cozy, and full of charm. And the views—absolutely stunning! You simply couldn’t beat them. Waking up to that scenery each day was an unforgettable experience. Bianca and Chris were amazing hosts—warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Beautiful house, very well equipped, very clean and quiet. Nothing is missing. Small pool, very appreciable in hot weather. This one is heated. Very nice decoration. Ideally located to visit the Black Périgord. Very close to Beynac. Many sites within 20 minutes' drive. The Dordogne is very close (10 min walk) with the possibility of canoeing. Margot welcomed us with kindness. Very available while remaining discreet. We recommend this property.

We had an utterly fabulous week at Magalie's lovely gite. Very tranquil settings, just the sounds of the birds and peace and quiet. The grounds were beautiful tended and the gite was immaculate and very well set out and equiped. The beds were memory foam I think and very comfortable and lots of hot water. Important things i think when looking for reviews. It rained most days but the heating was on and very comfortable. ,Magalie and her husband were very helpful and lovely hosts. We will book again xx

Honestly one of the most spectacular places I have ever stayed at we didn’t want to leave! Absolutely gorgeous and serene. There is a calmness to the area and everything in the house made it so easy. Our family had a magical time here and Jil was incredible. So helpful and kind. It was like visiting and staying at an old friend’s. The town was beautiful with very friendly people. Jil and Thomas have thought of everything you might need to the stereo system outside to the bbq and electric shutters for a perfect night sleep. We can’t wait to come back again and make it a tradition to stay here! 😍

We had the most wonderful holiday at Stephane and Bob's beautiful gite. They are very friendly and thoughtful hosts who have a fabulous home and garden. Our daughter loved the pool and felt very at home (as did we). The perfect place to relax but also very close to lots of places to visit. We hope to return! Many thanks 🙏

Nathalie and Tim were such extraordinary hosts! My family and I had a wonderful time staying in their beautiful home! The house itself is perfect for cooking, relaxing, and spending time together. We were able to enjoy the wonderful gardens and the pool all day and watch the sunset from our patio each evening. Such a stunning and relaxing atmosphere. The best part was how well taken care of we felt all week. Nathalie helped organize a tour of local vineyards, scheduled a wine tasting by the pool, and cooked dinner for us all on 2 evenings. She also had great local restaurant and market recommendations! We also loved our morning chocolatines and croissants! They were extremely kind and accommodating throughout the trip - delivering bottles of wine when we ran short, lending us a pot so that we could cook a big stew one night, and even working a miracle helping me removing a grenadine stain from a white dress I bought at a local market. I can’t recommend this wonderful home enough!

Fabulous gite in a gorgeous setting.

We loved our stay at Geoffrey Et Yohannas. The property had everything we needed and such a beautiful location with the view over Saint Cyprien. We spent many evenings on the terrace enjoying the peace and listening to the birds and the abbey bells ringing. Geoffrey et Yohanna made us feel very welcome and gave great recommendations on where to eat out. It was a fantastic base from which to explore this area of the Dordogne. We hope to come back sometime.

The reality matches the photos on the site. We had a great time in an old house typical of the Périgord region. Very well located, it allows for many visits. The view of the valley is superb with the setting sun or the sea of fog.

We absolutely loved staying at this cute, clean place. It was really nicely decorated, free of clutter, everything was new and comfy, but the best thing was the view, deck, and hot tub. Oh, and the frogs at night. Just the sweetest piece of country land to be found. The beds were amazing, linens were great. Honestly, nothing to say other than I will and would book this place again. If you're looking for a beautiful night sky, hot tub under the stars, and a great home to call home, this is it. Great host, too :)

These are the details that make the difference for a great stay in a home. This is exactly what happened to us when we set our suitcases down in Yvette's house. Whether in terms of equipment or consumables, we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality and abundance of the products offered. This house has, in my opinion, everything you need to have a great time. Cleanliness, layout, quality of furniture and decoration. Everything is done to make you feel at home at Yvette's. To be honest, you might feel like it's a friend lending you their place for a few days. I can therefore only invite you to enjoy this house located in one of the most beautiful regions of France.

The best lodging we've had on this month long trip to France. Beautifully and comfortably decorated, private but close to all the things, the best sleep I've had in years, wonderfully appointed kitchen. Heads up that there is a washer but no dryer, but we managed fine with the very large drying rack provided. Would not hesitate to recommend, I wish I had spent more of my time here.

Such an idyllic stay! The gîte is perfectly located amidst peaceful surroundings, you really feel like you’re in the middle of the French countryside. The garden is enormous, and was a lovely area for our little girl to run around. The pool area is very clean and looks new, located within the grounds , it’s a little walk from the gite but this is great for feeling of privacy. The gite itself is well equipped, clean, spacious and remains cool even when it’s very warm outside. A home away from home. It’s very easy to park outside the front. The local village is very picturesque with restaurants, boulangerie, mini supermarket. It’s a quick drive down, but was too far for us to walk, especially in the heat. Sarah was a fantastic host, was very easy to contact and responsive. Such a wonderful introduction to the Dordogne region for my family and I100% would recommend. Merci beaucoup pour tout, Sarah. Nous avons vraiment passé un séjour incroyable!! On avait pas envie de partir!

Such a relaxing few days spent at this beautiful cottage. Nature, the local village and the sauna/hot tub were exactly what we needed

This Airbnb is one of the best we have ever stayed in. The cottage is beautifully decorated , very romantic, with everything you could possibly want. The garden is also very pretty. Although it's only a 2 minute walk to a bakery, small supermarket and quite a few restaurants, it is in a quiet location. There is also a farmer's market on Monday mornings. We just loved everything. Chantal was extremely helpful with suggestions on where to go and what to see. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much Chantal for sharing your gorgeous cottage.

Beautiful and spacious home in quiet village. Le Centenaire restaurant was walkable and provided good food and drink. Loved the farmhouse table in the kitchen and we spent many meals there or on the deck table. Many hot air balloons over the deck in the evenings. Kitchen was very well stocked for in home food preparation. Beds very comfortable. Very clean and well appointed.

An interesting layout for a beautiful cottage, it takes a bit to get used to it, amazing views, at the edge of the forest and the village. We had a wonderful time with our friends, lots of activities to do in the area and many places to visit. Thank you for you hospitality, Lumi & Liviu

We had a lovely stay here

We had a fantastic time in this spacious and cozy farmhouse. A great location, wonderfully quiet and beautifully situated. Enjoy the birds and butterflies in the large garden. Really an ideal place to relax and unwind. We were warmly welcomed by Anne, a very nice and friendly hostess. You feel more than welcome here. If it is up to us, we would like to come back.

The AirBnB is situated above La Roque-Gageac with a breathtaking view of the valley across to Domme. The interior of the house is lovely and very well stocked / furnished. Whilst you do need a car or bike to access the surrounding area, this is the case generally for the region, and the house is actually perfectly located right in the heart of a cluster of interesting places to visit, all within 10-20 min drive. Eve lives in the main house next door and is a lovely host. She was extremely helpful, and we felt as though the AirBnB space was private and our own. The pool was particularly welcome after a hot day. We would recommend lunches at Jardin de Marqueyssac and Les Courtines; and dinner at Lou Toupi (all very nearby). In terms of day trips, Domme, Beynac and Castelnaud are within easy reach. We will definitely be staying again.

We had a wonderful stay at Geert and Marga's beautiful home. The house and its surroundings are stunning, and we couldn't have asked for more in terms of amenities. The house has plenty of absolutely everything you could possibly need and we felt right at home straight away. Geert and Marga's place is perfectly located in the region, and we very easily visited many of the beautiful surrounding towns and villages. We loved our stay and look forward to visiting again sometime. We would recommend Geert and Marga's home to anyone looking for a well equipped, beautiful and peaceful vacation. We had a great family stay at Magali's. Very flexible and warm welcome, the house is really a gem in this very well maintained, equipped, swimming pool and garden without neighbors, provision of games… everything to have a good time!
