Comfortable accommodation in a quiet and charming neighborhood a few steps from the beach and shops. We had a great weekend and Sandrine made sure that our stay was as pleasant as possible.

Everything you need is present in the large house. Romain is very friendly and responds immediately to all your questions. We had no hot water at one point and Romain came by immediately. Super host and stay, with a perfect price/quality ratio. RECOMMENDED!

What a treat! It is absolutely beautiful here! It feels like you’re stepping into a movie. We loved walking around and looking at the grounds and I wish we had more time to go on all of the trails and paths that were mapped out for us. We felt right at home immediately and I can’t state enough how beautiful this space is. The beds are very comfortable and the only sounds you hear are birds chirping.

We had a great stay at Manon's, our dog was able to enjoy the garden in the sun when we weren't hiking. We were looking for peace and quiet, and we found it. It was a pleasure to return to this perfectly tidy and clean-smelling accommodation. The decor was carefully chosen. Thank you for your responsiveness!!

It is not easy to find accommodation for a family or friends reunion. Everything is there here. Number of rooms and beds, leisure facilities for children and adults, crockery, seats all in number for a large group. It's clean. My garden is nice, like the house. Thanks again for this weekend!

We needed a place to stay in Caen with our dog so we could explore the area and Arnaud’s place was absolutely perfect. The location is very central and yet also very private with it’s completely enclosed garden. We were welcomed personally and immediately felt at home and comfortable. It is quiet and peaceful, and ideal for our dog who just wanted to relax in the shade. All of the things inside worked perfectly and the home itself is very well equipped. We highly recommend Arnaud’s place and will stay there again when we visit Caen.

We had a pleasant stay. The house is very comfortable and well-decorated. Finally, the house is well located, very central to shine in the different villages.

an absolute favorite! I often travel with my dog, I have stayed in Airbnbs but this one is at the top of the list. Not only for the setting, the location, the quiet, the accommodation which is already remarkable. But beyond that, everything was thought out in detail, the host is welcoming and responsive. Available, the essentials, coffee, salt, pepper, shower gel. We even have essential oils for the sauna if you want. Sauna and Nordic bath prepared nicely by the host in addition before our return to the accommodation. The garden is enclosed, which is ideal for animals. I've never seen an Airbnb as good as this one, thank you for the comfort and the good times.

The cottage was everything advertised and more. Beds were very comfortable; literature was provided for local attractions, groceries restaurants; emergency contacts, etc. Loved the horses on their breeding farm, and the serene rural setting - just the perfect distance from everything we came to see. Our gracious host, Venessa, was bilingual and spoke English, which made communicating with her much easier. The kitchen as well as the entire cottage was beautifully furnished with everything we needed. She had even provided games, and other children items -which we didn’t need - but we appreciated seeing the details given to the needs of visiting families. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool or hot tub, but would have enjoyed spending time at both amenities, given more time for our trip. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone desiring to travel to the Normandy area of France.

A weekend in paradise. This little house is a haven of peace. There are only chirping birds. The pool was at optimal temperature and we could enjoy it. An excellent stay in an exceptional setting. Located near the Houlgate Golf Course, this peaceful haven offers many activities on site (darts, foosball, table tennis, volleyball, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, pinball, billiards, karaoke). The perfect place for an EVG or a multi-activity stay with friends. The rooms are beautifully decorated, the accommodation is very well equipped and close to Houlgate for walks on the beach!

The cottage earned 5 stars in cleanliness, amenities, location, and responsiveness of the hosts! Everything we could possibly need for our three night stay was available for us.

True to the description of the accommodation, we spent 2 days relaxing with nature and our animal friends (swans; coypus) that we were able to observe in peace with the binoculars provided. we expect to be back next year. thank you

We had a great time! The accommodation is in a great location, very clean and well-equipped. Only small downside is that bed linen is not provided, but we saw it in the listing. A location we recommend.

We had a very pleasant stay in the house of Sébastien and Diane, and they were very responsive to our request to turn on the heating of the house for our arrival and throughout our stay, because the temperature had dropped very quickly and there was a small cool wind that was a bit chilly. The house is very well located, quiet and close enough to the city center to go on foot to do your shopping or go for a walk by the sea. Very well equipped, comfortable bedding, and a very clean house. We will be happy to come back when we come back to see our children who have just settled in the area. Well equipped ,clean house, terrace and upstairs bedroom with sea view. Great location. Just a 3-minute walk to the beach and beachfront restaurants. We had a lovely stay.
