Very nice and comfortable place, exactly as described. Lots of amenities and extras. Perfect for a ski trip among friends or simply relax taking a hut tub looking at the surroundings mountains. Helene was helpful, communicative and always reactive. We will definitely try to go back to her place next winter!

We had a great time in this spacious and very well located apartment (real ski-in/ski-out)! The reception of the keys is very efficient thanks to the key box, the 2 garages are ideal for parking safely and sheltered (but beware, they do not close for large cars) and the residence has all the necessary amenities. We rented this accommodation for a wedding in Karellis, the resort is 5 minutes away by car. Genevieve is discreet but present if you need advice, enough to feel at home. The accommodation is very clean and functional! The small terrace with the view is a big plus. The setting is ideal for bike lovers, Galibier, Madeleine, Croix de Fer, the choice is yours. Thanks again to Genevieve and her husband for their hospitality!

Hi, Very nice apartment, well located. Well equipped, spacious, beautiful view and very easy access to the slopes. Ella, the host was charming. The sherpa, a qlq meters away, impeccable welcome and service. Ski set at qlq meters, impeccable welcome and service.

We stayed for a week at Loïc's place. Very well maintained apartment where you feel good there. A sufficient number of cooking utensils for cooking. A significant bonus: the linens and the washing machine available 😃 The view of the Aiguilles d 'Arves and the south facing orientation are +++ We are about ten minutes' walk from the center and the slopes. A shuttle bus passes very regularly to drop us off in the center of the village, convenient when going skiing. We thank Loïc again for guiding us to the apartment when we arrived. The explanations were clear but when we arrived at night and the road our ideas were less so!!! We will gladly return

Skiing accommodation usually dissapointed but not in this case. Incredible view, walk to piste, new kitchen and nice furniture, quiet at night. Great apartment and a helpful host. Pool a bit small, cold and dissapointing like most ski resorts but otherwise this is a perfect choice for family skiing at la Plagne

Everything is very good... Except for me, the contact. You give it importance where you don't, but I haven't had any contact with Christele except by SMS. This is not my vision of Airbnb, but a perfectly liberal vision... Just the feeling of being a cash drawer, two text messages to remind me to leave at 10 a.m. for the next tenant and that's it. I'm giving 5 stars because I don't want to harm Christele... But maybe Christele is called Georges... Basically, I don't know... I'm probably old-fashioned... I send a final text message to inform them of my departure... And nothing, no return, not even a good road... quickly to the next!! In short, for the rest of the services... nothing to complain about, the value for money is very decent, this rental was efficient, profitable, productive. Thank you, Georges...

A cosy appartment with a phenomenal view, very well located in Arcs 1600 with direct access to ski slopes. Nice terrass too. Good parking place as well where the car is parked safe and shielded. Excellent communication and clear instructions on how to get there.

This is very lovely place, you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. The view out of this apartment is breathtaking! Very happy guests.
