Beautiful 2 bed Airbnb, with a wide range of amenities. The host is very relaxed and accommodated our needs. The venue also was very clean and was definitely worth the money. I would definitely recommend this stay!

Really professionally managed. Comfortable apartment with plenty of room, good wi-fi and charming touch of wine and breakfast items left for us. It worked really well.

This was a very comfortable stay of 11 days for us. The apartment is spacious. clean, and feels very comfortable right from the outset. It has a well-stocked kitchen and all the amenities and appliances you will need for either a short or long stay. We did a lot of cooking ourselves, but there is also a very nice pub a short walk away. Also the bus takes you straight into the center of Durham from the pub. The area around is pleasant but there isn't much to do except walk and enjoy the countryside, which is very pleasant. The bed was comfy, and the pillows were new (although too soft for us, but thats just personal preference). Overall it was a great stay and well worth the price. The owner was helpful and communicated well, the wifi was good, and the couches comfortable. We would both return and recommend the apartment.

Not your typical holiday let, but a great location for exploring the North East. Clean and easy to find.

Arin provided excellent and accurate information about the accommodation. Arin is a wonderful host who greeted me on arrival. The room and private bathroom were exceptional. The location and block smart and safe. This stay was just perfect. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic little apartment cheers for the stay

Another lovely stay at this wonderful apartment. It is so quiet and relaxing yet only a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Durham and very close to the Cathedral. The apartment was spotless and stylishly and very comfortably furnished. The kitchen has everything you could need to cater for yourselves but with a bakery on your doorstep and pubs, restaurants and a Tesco and a Greggs only a few mins walk away theres plenty of choice if you preferred not to cook. Chris & Wendy provide lots of extras on arrival such as bread, croissants, biscuits, eggs, Tiptree jams, milk, orange juice, butter, Prosecco & Lindt chocolates. There is a coffee machine with a huge choice of coffee capsules to choose from and it is so nice to sit on the balcony over the river with a morning coffee watching the wildlife and the river flowing by. We cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough and are looking forward to returning again next year for an even longer stay.

Deborah communicated really well and the apartment was clean and tidy. It had a beautiful dreamy view over the river. The location was perfect with a fabulous patisserie shop on the corner. Hopefully, I will return soon.

The Seaglass Apartment is fantastic!! I stayed for 25 nights and was very sad to leave the Apartment and to leave Seaham. The Apartment had everything I needed. It is nicely decorated and is located within easy walking distance to restaurants, Pubs and stores. The Apartment was extremely clean and has a nice cozy feel. The kitchen is great and the bathroom is wonderful. I especially Loved the bathtub after a long day walking on the beach or hiking. Gillian was Very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to questions. I am really looking forward to staying there again.

It's a lovely well-appointed ground floor apartment just across the river from the cathedral. Apart from the calming chimes of nearby St Oswald's Church, it's a lovely quiet space with a large comfy bed and excellent overhead shower.

We stayed here for the first time last year whilst visiting family and have been back multiple times since. We will continue to stay here as it is clean and spacious and David is an extremely responsive host.

Great little cottage, beautiful peaceful and relaxing. Lovely walks, just want we needed. We will be returning for sure.

We had a great 2 night stay at the property, which had everything we needed, with plenty of space. The property is a little out of Durham centre but not too much of a walk. Had really great communication with the host who responded very quickly when I had a query/request. All in all, I would highly recommend this as a very good value for money option when staying in Durham. Thanks!

Jean is an amazing host and definitely goes above and beyond for what she does and provides in her accommodation. You just literally need to turn up with your clothes as everything you need is supplied within the apartment. From shaving accessories to biscuits and cakes. The accommodation is set in a lovely area of Sunderland very beautiful and peaceful we didn’t hear any road noise or any noise from the neighbours it was great. I can recommend the Rosedene pub it’s about a 10min walk there is also bar at the local cricket club which is open to the public was lucky enough to catch the ending of a game during our stay. We will definitely be back to see Jean very soon we didn’t want to leave.

A fantastic place to stay. Very clean with modern amenities, very comfortable bed. I stayed 28 days and used the apartment as a base for day-trips to places around Darlington. Katie was very responsive and always quick to answer any inquiries, and she gave excellent suggestions/recommendations. The apartment is also close to a grocery store and excellent restaurants as well as near to the train station and public transportation. I would most definitely stay again. I highly recommend this accommodation. It was a fantastic value.

Great 2 bed apartment, nice and clean, perfect just outside Durham

we had a throughly enjoyable stay and everything met our expectations the apartment is well equipped and lovely to have tea/coffee and biscuits on our arrival.

We were so pleased to find Darren's place was available we love this little place it's a great place to stay, we had a train to catch for a theatre trip so convinient
