We had a great time at Marie-Laure's, a beautiful apartment with all the comforts and ideally located for reaching the pedestrian streets of La Rochelle. A special mention for the very secure and comfortable parking location 2 steps from the accommodation! I would obviously recommend it.

The apartment is very clean and very well-equipped. The neighborhood is very quiet! We only stayed one night but it totally matched our expectations.

Nadine is a very attentive host who even had the kindness to send me my forgotten charger during my stay. She also allowed me to safely return my car full of things to her yard. The accommodation is brand new, spacious, nothing is missing. It is very quiet, allows easy access on foot to the city center and the view of the pretty garden is very pleasant. I highly recommend this accommodation

Very nice accommodation, well designed , beautiful space . Terrace and this beautiful super nice veranda. Only negative point and maybe need to be specified is the fact that there is no tv . Because we were with elderly people and indeed if the day we were active in the evening we would have appreciated and them especially the tv . Maybe plan for extra availability a little bit just in unhealthy weather . Each bedroom with its super nice bathroom as well as toilet .

We had a great Pentecost weekend, the accommodation is very nice and quiet. The sun was out, we were able to enjoy the pool. About 10 minutes from La Rochelle, by car. i would recommend this place

Great stay in this beautiful house! Well located, everything is in compliance, nothing to report! Only downside: the top bunk beds creak a lot when you move at night.

We had a great time at Antoine's place. Everything was as described, a very warm environment to feel at home. A terrace that is a plus on sunny days. The parking space and the bike room are really assets when you know the difficulty (and the price) of parking in Saint Martin. We strongly recommend!
