Felt very well taken care of. Excellent communication and really appreciated some basic groceries to get us started. Great location near the train station. Would stay again if the opportunity arose.

Coming for the we LeMans Classic, we were seduced by its location: close to the circuit (less than 10 minutes by car in the middle of the rush) without the noise inconveniences, while being close to old Le Mans. Excellent we doubled from the Plein Champ festival.... which you can see a few frescoes a few steps from the place! Virginia's welcome was perfect and very nice: discreet and very smiling, she loves her city and sharing it. It was a pleasure to stay with her home .

Lovely house with lots of character - very comfortable, lovely private garden. great location - walking distance to city centre and a tram stop nearby. Perfect host, friendly and great communications. Really enjoyed our visit and thoroughly recommend.

Successful family weekend, thanks in part to Ludivine's house! Self check-in with very clear instructions. The house was clean and the beds made upon arrival. The 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms are a good advantage. The house has everything you need to accommodate a large number of people. The house is close to the port and Super U. The historic center is about a 20/30 minute walk. The host is very responsive when needed. We had a pleasant time in this house!

We had a great trip me in n Le Mans for the 24hour race. Charles’ place is very close to the T1 tram line that takes you directly to the track (about a 30 minute tram ride), it’s in a quiet neighborhood and walkable to restaurants, grocery, butcher, and shops.

If you're planning to stay in Le Mans, I would highly recommend this property. Clélia was amazing throughout and incredibly helpful and friendly, especially when the weather became very hot and humid, and we needed help finding a fan. The property was spotless, comfortable, and had all the amenities one could want. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and this place would probably be our first choice if we were to visit for the race/races in the future. If you're looking for somewhere to stay for the Le Mans 24 Hours or Le Mans Classic, which is both close to the track and to the centre of Le Mans (10-15 minutes to both), then I would highly recommend. There's also a good bakery nearby that does decent pastries too.

beautiful house with plenty of garden activities. we had a peaceful and relaxing stay. Kevin was very helpful showing us how the hot tub worked, giving us local recommendations. when we had questions he was very quick to respond.

We came as a family over 4 days to attend the 24 hours of Le Mans. The price of the accommodation was attractive compared to others for less good services. Fabrice was present before, during, and after our stay. We were greeted by his Father for the inventory and key exchange and there a real Happiness. He gave us plenty of information about parties, how to get there by car or transport, shops, restaurants etc...at the top! Fabrice heard from us during the stay, which is always nice. Listing is as described, clean, nice, and quiet. We recommend it without hesitating!! Thanks again to Fabrice and his Father for this warm welcome

Olivier is responsive to the slightest question. The apartment is well arranged. The shower is a little small. It is easy to park. We always manage to find a place in the street or nearby. The place is also quiet so the stay was pleasant.

We attended the 24 h Le Mans race and the location was perfect. A short walk to the red train and a direct shot to the track and stadium. The place is spotless and very comfortable. The hot tub worked perfectly. The host Chris spoke perfect English and was very responsive with any questions, we had no issues at all. Only a great time in Le Mans.

The word that sums up my night and the room is really cozy! The charm of the house is very appreciable as well as its layout. Stéphanie is welcoming and cheerful ;) I recommend it if you are visiting Le Mans
