Great country house! We had a great weekend with the family. The pool is really hot and the room is beautiful. House with all the necessities inside. Small countryside ideal for rejuvenation. Great communication from the host!

We had a great time at Patrick and Elisabeth's house, a real haven of peace after our busy days at MotoGP. The place is cozy, tastefully decorated, and it immediately feels like a home away from home. The bedding is comfortable, the place is perfectly quiet — no noise, which ensures total rest. The location is ideal: just 20 minutes from the circuit, while being away from the hustle and bustle. Patrick and Elisabeth are caring, caring and very responsive hosts. Their warm welcome really contributed to the quality of our stay. The pool is a real plus to relax, although we wish we had more time to enjoy it. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, tranquility and proximity to Le Mans. Thanks again to Patrick and Elisabeth!

We had a very pleasant stay to end the year. Everything was without fail and the services were even superior to the listing and photos (toilet and shower room upstairs, darts games, superb fireplace). Thank you Stéphane for hosting us!

If we could give 10 stars we would! This was one of the best places we stayed in our 3 weeks in France. Such a beautiful and peaceful location. It was impossible to stop taking photos! The home was impeccable with modern furnishings combined with the old. Bedding and towels high quality and smelled amazing. But the best part was the warm and personal welcome by Philippe, Sylvie and their daughter. Although we don’t speak French fluently, we were able to communicate and they shared information about their property, showed us around, introduced us to their dog, cat and 2 donkeys. They ensured we were comfortable and were flexible with check in and check out. It felt like we were being welcomed to their home, which was so special as visitors from Canada. We had a memorable stay and were sad we had to leave after only one night. Lovely country drive to the Le Mans circuit. Hopefully one day we can visit again. Highly recommended!

The house is extremely well located, peaceful and close to the Le Mans circuit. Perfect for a Grand Prix or 24-hour weekend. It takes ten to fifteen minutes to get there. The house is well appointed and equipped. The veranda is perfect for spending well-deserved evenings of rest after a day of touring. Catherine is a very accommodating and friendly host. The "special" weekend price for the circuit is high, as are all accommodations in the area, because there is a lot of demand. But the location close to the circuit is a big advantage. On a "normal" weekend, the location and accommodation are to be remembered for a very pleasant stay. Thank you to Catherine.

We had a lovely time at Dimitri's place. The house was cozy and the garden and surroundings were fantastic! Seeing the animals all around was a huge bonus. Dimitri was very responsive to any questions we had and the check in and directions were very clear. Thank you for having us !

The property is very nice, spacious and comfortable. Felt very homely, garden was even bigger than it looked in the picture. Ample parking, shopping few minutes down the road and Maryline was simply fantastic!! We have just left and we clean Maryline, thank you very much for the wonderful hospitality. ed the apartment too.

We stopped at Cecile's house for a night en route from the UK to the Occitanie region. It was well positioned to reach the Le Mans museum which was why we chose to stop there. The house was clean, had the amenities we hoped for. Cecile was responsive and gave clear instructions for check in and check out.

House at the top, where everything has been thought for comfort: from the huge garage for several cars, through the kitchen equipment, the comfort of the beds, the decor, in a peaceful neighborhood; Pauline follows us attentively and very courteously to anticipate the slightest problem... but there is none!

Stayed here for the week of the 24h Le Mans race 2025 and was pleasantly surprised. The host keeps the property in an immaculate condition and was extremely responsive to any questions we had. Not that we had many as a lot is covered in a message we had before we arrived. The only real issue we had was trying to lock the front door, which we were warned about beforehand. The property is equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine. All of which worked and were easy to use. If you're going to the circuit, one thing I will say is that it's a nightmare trying to get into a packed tram, so make a note of taxi services before you go. Would happily stay here again.

I discovered a city that I did not know and admired its historical heritage, its Roman ramparts, its well-preserved Renaissance district, the sumptuous Saint-Julien cathedral etc... The cottage is in town but in a quiet area and 10 minutes from the tramway

Fantastic place to stay. Lovely and clean. Enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and scenery. Local area very nice. Fantastic pub and bakery in the village and great bar by the lake.

Very well-equipped, new and well-decorated accommodation. Quiet neighborhood with dedicated parking space. Close to the tram and a bakery. Ideal for the 24 Hours of Le Mans because you get on the tram before the crowd from the city center. Pauline and Jonathan allowed me to pick up the keys to the accommodation on Saturday morning, which was very convenient to go and see the race as soon as possible.

We had a lovely stay at this quiet, comfortable, and clean apartment. It was perfect for a quick stay during our road trip with convenient and free parking very close. We loved the peaceful outdoor seating area and the host was super quick to respond to questions. The flat was spotlessly clean and stocked with all essentials. We would definitely stay again!
