Very stylish 1-room apartment (sofa bed!) realized in collaboration between architect / interior designer / furniture designer with separate shower room, 31 sqm living space, separate, private entrance and access to the barrel sauna. All furniture as individual custom-made, kitchen countertop and edible concrete/wood inlay work/epoxy resin. Shower room with concrete spatula technique, whereby due to the very limited space situation shower and toilet could not be separated spatially.

Altstadtglück 2, balcony, old town, prime location

The apartment (2nd floor, approx. 35 sqm) is located on the beautiful Untermarkt, right in the heart of the historic old town and yet traffic-calmed. Short distances to the sights of the city, to cafes and restaurants, to Poland with further restaurants on the Neisse River. A parking ticket for parking close to the apartment is optionally available. (11 Euro per week) . I will be happy to obtain this ticket for you if required! Let the city surprise you.

Escape Berlin - Tiny House with Sauna

The cabin is located just an hour‘s drive from the center of Berlin. It’s located in a forested area primarily used for recreation. The property itself is 4000 sqm, offering a beautiful garden to relax. An outdoor sauna is also available. The surrounding area offers several lakes and forests for swimming and wandering. This outstanding glamping tent with community pool (shared) and private BBQ area could be yours. You will spend your nights in the 20m2/215 square feet camping dome which is not only equipped with an indoor fireplace but also has a air ventilation so that you can sleep just perfect in the king size bed. In winter season we add a electric heating blanket to the bed

In the middle of the forest, on the edge of the nature park and hiking paradise Schlaubetal, this house is located in a holiday home settlement on Lake Pinnow (200 meters). Hiking, walking, cycling, bathing, swimming, fishing or paddling in the nearby Spreewald.
