Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, the back yard is forested including seasonal frog symphonies, owl hoots and the occasional coyote party. Enjoy the quiet of nature in your Queen bedroom suite with a private entrance. This space can sleep 3 - but the pull out in the living room is cot size so most suitable for a child.

The Karate Garage is a peaceful retreat, 6 miles from the heart of Redmond. The studio is in a detached garage that overlooks beautiful sunrises, the barn, pastures & the occasional deer stopping by to say "Hi". To ensure a warm & inviting stay, we've stocked up with good coffee, flannel sheets & lots of pillows & blankets. Cozy up by the fireplace & enjoy quiet, dark nights, perfect for listening to the neighborhood owls. Our hope is that you leave feeling rested and refreshed.

K’s Cozy Inn (fabulous Studio and Deck)

Located high up on a hill on two acres with magnificent views of nature and the Valley given the different times of the year. We are about a 30 second drive to hop onto the Snoqualmie Valley Trail for a bike ride, walk thru nature or bird watching. I wanted to create a funky and beautiful space that makes you feel excited about coming back to after your adventures and doesn't break the bank so you can enjoy all that the area has to offer. I really want you to feel at home!.

This unique place has a modern style all its own. Sleeps two with queen-sized bed. Well equipped kitchen, TV, WiFi, small desk, walk-in shower, washer/dryer, vaulted ceiling in bedroom and deck with two person jetted hot tub. Parking for two vehicles. Owners live next door. Five minute drive to Woodinville Wine Country and downtown Woodinville. Close to Cottage Lake Park, Woodinville Library, and Tolt-Pipeline Trail. No pets, no smoking or vaping, and no parties.

Private Suite Retreat

This large, completely private suite is the full lower level of our house, with it's own separate entrance. Enjoy the private bedroom with king-sized bed and full bathroom with shower. The very large living space has a pull-out full-sized sofa bed and we can provide air beds on request (i.e. for children). There's a microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge for your convenience. Hot tub in shared backyard available with advance request at no extra charge!
