Evaristo e Marcio always responded promptly to any need or doubt about the house. The house is very beautiful as in the pictures and equipped with important objects for the stay. It has a separate gourmet space which was important. The only observation regarding the pool that was not heated at the time we were there. In the wonderful rest. Good Internet connection (for working from there), flexible check-in, ample space for families and pets.

We love the space! We had a very good weekend as a family with our dogs. We recommend it to everyone!

Denis's place is perfect! Espaçosa, with several environments that allow integration and at the same time privacy, has a wonderful outdoor area with the pool next to the ranch to enjoy with friends. Denis and Renata have welcomed us very well and were very flexible with our departure time, which was essential for our stay to be completed successfully. We saw many monkeys and jacutingas feeding on the surrounding trees, which has a beautiful nature and in addition, it is very safe, quiet and with silence for those who seek rest and tranquility. Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with an excellent view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5 min walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

Extremely cozy place and matches the photos. Returning to SP, he will certainly be sought again.
