Garden home: self contained, nature, no clean fee

1 King bed, 1 double sofa bed all in an open plan living space with a small kitchen area. Separate shower room. The treehouse is currently out of bounds for safety reasons. We are very sorry for any disappointment. Strongly advised to arrive by car or taxi, especially at weekends. We have 14 acres of wood and the outhouse sits next to it. There are footpaths in the country from our doorstep. Oxford is 3.5 miles away. There is a risk of ticks due to the wildlife. Info sheet in property.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Bianca’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and easy. The check-in instructions were clear, and the room looked just like the photos — clean, stylish, and very comfortable. Bianca was an exceptional host: responsive, friendly, and respectful. They checked in to make sure I had everything I needed, and even offered helpful recommendations for local places to visit and eat. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great Airbnb stay in Oxford.

I stayed here for a night before a local sports event that I was travelling for and really enjoyed the stay. The house is lovely, extremely clean, very comfortable, and all the essentials you'd need are provided. It was also very easy to park nearby too, and check in was easy, flexible and accommodating of an unplanned late change. The price of staying here is also very good conpared to other accommodation in the area. Lorraine and Marcus are excellent hosts, very friendly, welcoming and made absolutely sure I had everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I felt so at home that I ended up sitting in the conservatory just chatting with them for about an hour! Their dog and cat are really nice too, and form another part of the great welcome here! 😃 This is a nice hone with really good, experienced hosts and I would happily stay here again. I would recommend a stay here to anyone else in the area too.

I will definitely be back. Super helpful hosts, clean light room and everything you need for a comfy and stress free stay. No treasure hunt needed to find the key, Steven was very welcoming and great to be able to use the kitchen and facilities. Easily walkable to Oxford city centre and river paths but a bus stop at the end of the street with a number of services to and from the city.

I had a great time at Sue's place. She's an incredible host and made me feel at home in the second I entered the house for the first time. The house is really beautiful, with a nice garden in the back, but also close to nature if you want to go for a walk etc. I stayed there for four weeks and I was really sad to leave in the end. I would choose this place again if I came back to Oxford.
