Our first time in Ubatuba and the choice of location exceeded expectations, especially in terms of location (the beach, although not for bathers, is spectacular and super close to other quieter ones). Si was very helpful, a dear. We were very well received and the house had exactly the structure we were looking for to go with a 9-month-old baby: simple, comfortable and super clean!

Amazing space. The apartment is new, very well decorated and has a wonderful sea view. The condominium is very beautiful and is close to Conceição, from where several walks to Angra/Ilha Grande leave. We spent a few days and we have no complaints. Note: it is good to be aware of the description, the condominium is really quiet and does not have many service options nearby, which in our case was not a problem.

Eduardo's apartment is wonderful and we felt very comfortable. It is very well located within the condominium although the road is a bit steep as it is on the mountain. A plus is that there are free vans that transport you in and out of the condominium. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for everything Eduardo!!

Great space, with everything we needed to spend a few days, as well as being extremely close to the beach (for walking). Marcos was great, always responded to us quickly and was available for what we needed. The only point is that the kitchen is partially open, and for those who want more privacy, you can lose a bit in this environment.

Our Family loved every moment in this penthouse with an amazing sea view 🤩 We were impressed by every detail that the host organized on site literally you just need to take the bed linen because there's everything there. We want to go back already. OBS: I loved a wall of errands in the corridor,my Belinha left a little note there reporting it was wonderful our stay at the Site super recommend 😍😍😍

very quiet beach for those who are afraid of water and children. supermarket all with prices even better than near my house there is foot in the sand very nice.

My parents and I had a wonderful stay! We really liked the house, the space and the quiet. Adriana is a super host, she welcomed us and received us very well. The house is very accessible, the dirt road is short, very quiet, we had no problems getting there. The kitchen is very equipped. In addition to the natural pool, which is beautiful and very nice.

The place is amazing! The house is literally on the sea, next to a beautiful and calm beach. A hidden paradise, indeed! The house is charming, all decorated with a naval theme, and contains all the practicalities advertised. The recommendation of backpacks and/or light handbags, due to the stairs to the beach/house, should be taken seriously - but little by little you can take more things -. Filippe responded quickly and was super helpful! I recommend it to everyone!

The Chalet is wonderful, just like and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, with a breathtaking view! We saw the sunrise, which was unforgettable, I recommend it! Check in and check out without bureaucracy! The host is 1000!!! Always very attentive, answer all questions quickly! We love the stay, we will come back more often for sure!

The accommodation is really a dream, very cozy, quiet. If you are looking for a place to connect with nature, this is the right place! It was a magical weekend. It was a pleasure to experience the whole island. The house is beautiful, and it has a wonderful energy. All very clean and organized. All the people we had contact with on the island were very receptive and attentive. Without a doubt we will return.

Beautiful place to spend holidays in Ilhabela. The house is located in a quiet condominium and is as shown in the photos. Everything was perfect and tidy for our arrival. They also left us many indications of what to do in the area and it was worth following them.

We stayed from Friday to Sunday, since we arrived we already had a great reception from the concierge, very friendly and helpful doormen, parking area is free to stop wherever you want, we were lucky to always have a spot in front of our block, now speaking of leisure the pool was very warm, I used it at night and it was very cold, but I managed to stay good because it was air-conditioned, there is also a game room with ping-pong, foosball and 2 pool tables, another room with tables to play cards and checkers, and there is also a gym, I found everything very organized in terms of the condominium, but the apartment itself was excellent, everything clean, working, warm shower in the 2 bathrooms, there were cleaning items, (broom, shovel, squeegee, cloth, trash, sponges...) in the rooms there was a pillow, warm blanket, comfortable bed, and black out curtains, the only thing that didn't work for me was the 110 outlets, which when used turned off the power of the apartment and I needed to turn it on again haha but everything was perfect thank you

Our stay was super quiet, the host always requests and willing to help, the space clean, smelling, with all the clean and smelling bedding. The apartment is super well equipped, has everything you need to stay quiet. For those traveling with a child a positive point is the space that has the extra for being on the ground floor. Loved the apartment - the view is beautiful. The apt is even better than showing in the pictures, extremely clean and with everything you need, and the sunrise views are incredible. There are lots of cats in the complex that would come around and stay with you if you let them, absolutely LOVED it. Would come back! 🥰
