Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Costa Verde

wow just wow.. we are absolutely in love with Quitandinha. We had an amazing time, we got to relax and spend time with our relatives that we haven't seen in 25 years so the place made it extra special. Dona Cida and seu Belchior, no words to describe them, we actually became friends and will definitely come back. I highly recommend this airbnb. Phill was very attentive and replied to my questions within minutes. Thank you Quitandinha for the best 6 days of my life.

The house is impeccable, exactly like the photos! Simone, who is responsible for taking care of the house and receiving the guests, was EXTREMELY kind and helpful even before check-in. It's worth every penny to hire her services! The view from the house is sensational, the whole land itself a delight! But we ended up making the mistake of following WAZE and ended up on a dirt road that would shorten the stretch but due to the rain it was impossible to pass, as there is zero lighting or cell phone signal! You have to follow the house instructions that Simone sends before the stay, the signs or GOOGLE MAPS!

The accommodation brought us peace, peace and unforgettable moments. The view, the landscape, the horizon between leaves, trees, mountains, light, shadows, fog and a light and soft, slightly cool breeze, typical of the autumn period, communicated warmth, harmony and vitality of nature to our surroundings. The "sound" of silence and tranquility did us great good.

Beautiful place. Stayed with my family and had a lot of fun. When the beach was getting too cold for us, we could always come back and enjoy the pool. We also hired Graça for cleaning and cooking. Totally recommend.

Our home experience was amazing. The house is an annex to the hosts' house, but we had a lot of privacy. Sérgio was very helpful and made us feel at ease. We arrived at dawn and had no problems with it. We were greeted with treats (wine, dulce de leche, cheese bread and a basket with towels and bathrobes.) The pool was extremely cold due to the rain, but we made the most of the hydro, which heats up to 40 degrees. There is a waterfall with a trail 10 minutes from the residence, a fee of 10 reais is paid for visitation and you can enjoy an incredible trail along the banks of the waterfalls. In short, everything was wonderful. The accommodation is worth every cent.

Local exactly as in photos. If you're looking for a place to feel in the wild, this one is perfect. The way is easy to access. Homero and Michelli are super proactive with the information. Everything is neat and clean. We did not use the pool much, as it was cold, but the hydromassage is excellent. We highly recommend it!

First, the bad things: 1. The housekeeper was finishing the cleaning at 6:30 pm; 2. The suite outside the house needs renovation, there was moisture on the walls; 2. At 11:20 am, the housekeeper came to charge us for leaving the property, I almost died of fright; 3. Dirty bathroom mats. 4. Some pillows are stained, but 70% of them are clean. Good things: 1. The interior of the house matches the photos; 2. Polite housewife; 3. House without a musty smell; 4. Fireplace with good smoke flow; 5. We feel that the house is a home. 6. Fred is looking to make the house better every day for the rental. 7. Very beautiful place with outdoor fun, and safe. We would be back.

Apartment just like the photos, we liked it a lot. Lucas is away as advertised, but it's a good place. We really liked it and we will definitely be back.

The days we stayed were very pleasant. The apartment is beautiful, everything is very organized and practical. The view from the enclosed balcony is wonderful! The hotel's infrastructure is also excellent for lunch/dinner, swimming pool, etc. We would definitely be back.

Everything was perfect, I stayed 3 days and they were incredible! The tourist part is beautiful and very close to the accommodation, everything was very clean and organized, it had everything we needed and we enjoyed everything! It was a wonderful experience, a large house, with all kitchen utensils available. Plenty of blankets, it was very good because it was very cold, the lady who received us, Silvia, was very attentive. We will definitely come back more often.

We had a wonderful experience at the apartment, I recommend and I will definitely return! Very cozy, close to everything, a relaxing atmosphere with a wonderful view. You don't have to worry about anything, it has iron and ironing board, basic cooking utensils, we caught rain one day and we didn't bring the umbrella, but it even did! Kátia is also a very considerate, caring and flexible hostess, I just have to thank you. 🫶🏻

We had an excellent stay, with the house clean, fully equipped and prepared to welcome us. All appliances and utensils in full working order. The owner and the caretaker were at our disposal. The view is sensational, and the house is really designed to enhance the view. We had a small setback: every day at 6 in the morning an alarm sounded that we could not identify where it came from. According to the owner, it would be something related to the solar panel. In any case, it disturbed our sleep on the 2 nights we had. In any case, the experience was wonderful, and, therefore, I highly recommend the stay!

The stay was wonderful. Definitely one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed at. Beautiful and clean and cozy environment. We had a wonderful time there! The only tip is that the refrigerator is small, which limits the preservation of some foods. But we took a cooler for the drinks and we had no problems with it. In addition, Bia is super attentive and responds quickly! It's super worth it! We already want to go back!!!

Simply unbelievable. The Arbequina Cabin is a true dream retreat! Every detail was thought out with such care and good taste that it is difficult to describe. Everything was absolutely impeccable: top-notch cleanliness, that delicious smell, plenty of comfort, state-of-the-art technology, breathtaking views and a peace that only this place offers. A piece of paradise! And what about Silze and Cezar? What a WONDERFUL couple! Attentive, polite, helpful and of a rare kindness to meet. They made us feel at home from the first minute. It is impossible not to be enchanted by so much dedication and affection. We left here delighted, refreshed, and certain that we will return. Thanks for everything, from the heart!

What an amazing experience! Our stay exceeded all expectations. Ralf and Carla are true Super Hosts. The cabin is simply wonderful, extremely cozy and very well equipped, offering everything we need and more. The place is truly special, full of positive surprises that are discovered over the days. We spent three wonderful nights, probably the coldest of the year, but always with comfort guaranteed by the gas fireplace and electric heater. I especially highlight the peace, tranquility and privacy of the environment. We hope to return soon and recommend it to everyone looking for a perfect place to rest and reconnect with nature!

What an amazing place! The cottage is wonderful, super cozy and with a surreal view. We were very well received, everything was done with great care and attention to detail. Not to mention that São Bento do Sapucaí is a charming, beautiful little town, full of natural beauty and with a very good energy! I thank Regina and Milú for welcoming us with affection! We felt super welcomed and at ease in the chalet. We already miss this place!
