Holiday rentals with a patio in Costa Mesa

I stayed at Bree’s place for two months and had a great experience. The apartment was exactly as listed: clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a longer stay. It was spotless when I arrived, which really set the tone for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen, in-unit laundry, and balcony were super convenient and really made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and public transit, but still nice and quiet. Bree was an awesome host, always quick to respond and really easy to communicate with. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, well-located spot.

It would be hard to find a better location in Long Beach—one that’s walking distance to the beach and the best restaurants in town. The property and neighborhood had charm. The space was as described and perhaps even more spacious than anticipated. One of the more kind and responsive owners I’ve encountered. Would rent again!

I loved this place. It was simple, peaceful, the neighbors were really friendly. There’s a patio where you can relax in the amazing Southern California weather. Things that could be better: the shower has NO grippage, is a big potential slip and fall. The filter on the ac needs to be changed—it’s stuffy and I was always opening the door to air out the place. But never mind, I would come back here again and again!

Will was a very responsive host and had great recommendations for the area. Just be aware that since this is an attached space to the next-door neighbors, the sound from upstairs is a bit prominent like footsteps/loud sound. Couple of knick knacks like the shower door and fridge door were to be fixed, but that was acknowledged to be repaired. Otherwise, I would love to stay here again.

My husband and I wanted the comfort of a home after extending a business trip. We had everything we needed at this apartment! We especially loved the view from the pool and hot tub and enjoyed the beautiful walking path nearby. I also appreciated SunnyStay’s excellent communication and instructions.

Clean and nice neighborhood

This is my husband n I first time visiting Laguna Beach n this is by far our favourite airbnb. Michael, our super host was incredibly kind n professional. This beautiful cute beach penthouse is brand new, very clean n immaculate . It has a washer/dryer n dishwasher. The new king size bed is very comfortable with comfy pillows n new white soft sheets, reminds me of my own home away from home. We were very lucky to be the first guests to stay here. The location is in a perfect spot, steps away from the Victoria beach n a free trolly away from all the main attractions. Even tho it right on PCH, the penthouse is surprisingly quiet inside when the window is closed so you can get a restful sleep after a long day of fun in the sun. The covered garage is big enough to fit our huge Toyota Tundra. We love that Michael takes pride in his home because he provides his guest with all the high end furnitures n luxury towels n blankets n full amenities like you are staying in a 5 star hotel :) xoxo

Clean and comfortable, cozy in the evenings and cool during the day. We loved that it is a private space. Kathryn was super helpful, kind, friendly and accommodating. She will give you your privacy but is right there if you have a question. She is generous with the perks she offers her guests so they can enjoy the local beach!

Overall, our family had an amazing stay and would stay here again! This home is absolutely beautiful and the views / amenities were spectacular! Ethan & Ellie were very quick at communicating with us and we could tell they really wanted us to have a great stay. Even the mechanic/maintenance guy that came was super friendly, knowledgeable and nice. We could tell the whole team wanted us to have a 5 star stay and we did! Thank you all!

One of the best stays I have ever had! The place was so cute and clean. We loved the space. The pool was a huge added benefit. Jae & Kat were so easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Cat was incredibly responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Check-in was seamless, and all the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Jaiver was very kind and friendly and made sure our entire stay was comfortable for us! The house was decorated nicely and clean. He replies back very quickly if you have any questions. We felt just right at home and would definitely come back. :)

Fantastic stay at the Marvel house!! It was amazing with such great theming, lots to do, great scavenger hunt, and a super host! You must stay here and the grand kids loved the arcade games, heated pool, and movie room,etc…too much to mention….

Binh's home was the perfect place for our extended family to do a little staycation in the area. We had our one year old and we chose Binh's home due to the baby friendly nature of the place as it came with a crib, high chair, children toys and utensils! However, the standout from our stay was that Binh was extremely communicative and accommodating! Though we never met in person, we felt taken care of by her quick responses through AirBnB. Perfect location for us. The condo was spotless and Oceana was easy to get a hold of. Loved our stay!

We really enjoyed staying here! The waterfalls and garden area that the balcony overlooks were a beautiful surprise. The complex was quiet and Jeffrey checked in each night we stayed to ensure everything was meeting our expectations!

We stayed here with two children to relax after a couple of days at Disneyland. The place had everything we needed to do just that. You could tell a lot of thought has gone into making the condo cozy, clean, and comfortable - a home away from home. I’ve never met an Airbnb host, but we were lucky to meet Shawn and Megan and they were extremely pleasant and hospitable, helping us with local recommendations. Our learning was that with small children, we would rent a vehicle next time for getting around as the location is definitely walkable/bikeable to Main Street, but the beach is about a mile down, and well, our kids were tired from Disneyland! There are also things to do across the area that are more driving distance. All in all, a lovely location for our stay and we look forward to visiting again some time!

Very clean, and close to so much! Felt safe as it was my daughter and I! Loved the balconies! Very comfortable & cute! Host was very responsive and accommodated us with a later check out! Would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Oksana’s place! It was very clean and as described. Check-in and check-out was easy and the instructions were clear. Parking can be tough, but we got really lucky and got a spot right in front of the building. We decided to uber to places if needed for the remainder of our trip. That worked out smoothly and didn’t have to worry about getting places or finding parking when returning. Overall, very nice place and would recommend!

Rebecca was a wonderful, very accommodating, and mindful host! She has created a very vibrant and colorful yet comfortable environment in the Air B&B and made it definitely worth the stay! She made check-in and check-out very easy and even recommended some great local spots! The place is beautifully decorated and in a great location in laguna Niguel. Highly recommend! :) 10/10! Gold stars! Thumbs up!
