Everything was perfect, we had an incredible few days, the place I chose because I took my mother, an older adult and the villa was the one indicated, on the ground floor, in front of the pool and a few steps from the beach.

It's an incredible place, which stands out mainly are the breathtaking views and the pool that makes you feel so close to the sunsets and the sea. A quiet place, ideal for traveling with the family in the privacy and tranquility it offers. We will definitely be back soon! 🥰

Our family of 4 had a fantastic time at Rebecca's place. We had plenty of room, plenty of amenities and the view was perfect. What a treat to fall asleep to the sound of waves and wake up to the gorgeous beach view. The location was not only so close to the beach but also a very easy walk to vendors, restaurants, cafes, grocery shopping. The location had nice, pristine pools and a beautifully kept residential area. The beds were comfortable and everything was nicely decorated; the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals should we want to. We will definitely be back here!

The apartment complied with everything it promised, the location is excellent, the apartment spaces are very spacious and the pool is very clean, quiet and safe!!! undoubtedly a great place to enjoy as a family, we were very comfortable and happy!!! We'll be back very soon!

Delivering everything you have to offer

Our stay was pleasant, the villa is very nice, quiet, safe and comfortable, it is 5 minutes from the golden area of Ixtapa, good location. As a detail to improve, the lighting, both the stairs and the palapa, another aspect to improve are TV in bedrooms 😅 since we have those who like to see news before sleeping and there was no TV.

The house is spectacular! Herminia, Marisol, Leticia and Gerardo are great people, very friendly, always attentive and above all super cordial The house is super quiet and has everything you could possibly need! Herminia cooks exquisite food. Be sure to try the fish ceviche, it's delicious! Having the beach a few steps away is a luxury! We had amazing days for swimming!! And the tennis court is an extra luxury! It's a lot of fun! Maybe it just needs lighting to be able to play at night! But really Cristóbal and his entire team are great people and above all they make you feel at home Thank you for everything!! We had a great time and I would definitely spend my vacation with them again!

The stay at hacienda La Rusa exceeded our expectations, everything was incredible, they were all very friendly and helpful since we arrived, the rooms are beautiful and the pool just as incredible.

A pleasant stay, a quiet, relaxing, quiet place, everything is close to the house, the house has everything to spend it incredible, hot water, gas, the pool water is delicious, clean towels, 4 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, garden, finally... we hope to return soon, very good experience.

Everything impeccable, Mr. Héctor's disspocision and attention was always very attentive and the communication was very steel, we had a problem with the operation of the blender and as soon as he could he was in the house to fix the problem. Ricardo was very friendly and responsive when we had any questions about the condo and the area. The condo was absolutely gorgeous and the view from the balcony is amazing. The building is in a quiet location and the beds were very comfortable. This condo is perfect if you are travelling with other couples or a large family… there is plenty of room for everyone. One thing to note is if you have mobility issues you might find it hard to get around. There are stairs leading to the lower level bedrooms and the hike to the main gate is all up hill although you can get a taxi to pick you up right by your condo. There is also a short walk down a rocky path to get to the beach so you definitely need to wear some sort of footwear. The beach at Las Brisas was never overcrowded and you can get food and bar service there if you pay with $. We spent quite a few days there enjoying the beach and swimming in the ocean. I would highly recommend Ricardo’s condo and would love to go back there someday.

Shelley’s place is exactly as described. It is a wonderful place to watch and listen to the waves. The beach is beautiful, very clean, and great to walk. It is peaceful and not at all overrun with tourists, which makes it feel secluded and safe. One thing that is not mentioned in other reviews is that the house is directly behind the airport. When planes take off is can be quite startling the first few times you hear it, as they are very close when flying over the house. The good news is that it takes less than 30 seconds for them to get out over the ocean and then the noise is gone. It took a little while to get used to it, but once we did it became a non issue. Plus the fact the the flights are few and far between and do not happen early in the morning or late at night makes it even more tolerable. It would not keep us from returning!

The penthouse was beautiful. Really nicely done. The view was amazing. Right on the beach. A little pool that was nice to use after being in the ocean. Super clean. Lots of places to sit including the hammocks which we loved. There were yoga mats, portable beach chairs and an umbrella. Towels for shower, beach and pool. Kitchen had everything if we wanted to cook. You do need to bring coffee but there are several ways to make it. Used the free bikes to ride to yoga class every morning. Easy to walk on the beach or road to restaurants. We felt very safe. We saw Lisa and she gave us a lot of great recommendations. I would definitely come back.

The house is as shown in the photos: very spacious, comfortable and perfect for a few days off. Gloria our host was always attentive before and during our stay which made everything even easier. It is located in a very quiet and safe area, ideal for relaxing, and the views of the sunsets are simply breathtaking. The house comes with everything necessary for a long stay, from equipped kitchen to cozy spaces to rest. Without a doubt, an excellent option to disconnect and enjoy in total comfort.

We love it at Las Villas. This was my 2nd time at David’s place. It’s always a treat. Gorgeous surroundings, great villa that has everything you need. David is very responsive as well. We will be back again.
