We were very comfortable at Yan's place! It has all the amenities described, access to the common areas of the development and in addition to being beautiful, it was very comfortable. We felt right at home! Hopefully we can come back in the future, we totally recommend it.

We had a fantastic week in this completely renovated apartment. Everything is stylishly decorated, clean and comfortable, with three spacious bedrooms and a fully equipped new kitchen. The location is really special: on one side a view of the golf course and the sea, on the other side the Teide and a nature reserve, incredibly beautiful and soothing. The accommodation is located in a quiet complex with a large swimming pool, children's pool, pool bar, entertainment, and a good restaurant. There are also cozy eateries nearby, such as the 19th Hole. Within walking distance of the boulevard and the port of Amarilla. Everything was right, we felt right at home and will definitely come back. Recommended!

A beautiful house with excellent conditions, very close to the ocean, stunning views, a good restaurant nearby, the host is responsive and easy to communicate with — we are very happy with our stay and would gladly come back.

I spent 5 days at Marina’s villa with my family and it is a beautiful place to stay with a lot of things very close by which makes it very handy. She is also a great host just like all the previous reviews say as she responds quick and very helpful. Will definitely be staying here again in the future, worth every penny.

Wow, this Villa exceeded our expectations, particularly the outside pool area, the clean bright patio and seating areas were very comfortable - it felt bigger than we imagined and the view was beautiful. We used the BBQ one evening as it was so chilled and peaceful here. The pool was also heated so was nice to sit late evening dipping our toes. The villa itself was very clean has a brand new modern feel about it, with all the amenities you could need. The location was great for us as it was set back so it was quiet, but only a 10min drive to most places. We did often walk down to front area around 30-40mins plenty of taxis around and it was cheap to get back. Nina was lovely and welcoming greeted us at the villa making check in easy; and gave us some lovely restaurant recommendations which we ate at and loved. We would and have already thoroughly recommend this villa to friends, and if we are back in Tenerife we would absolutely love to stay here. Thank you again.

We had a lovely week at Ana's place. Everything corresponded to the pictures and the description. The house was very clean upon our arrival. All staff at the facility were very friendly and accommodating. There was everything we needed. We liked to use the communal pool after our hikes and also for early swimming.

Fab apartment with a lovely quiet communal pool. Hire car is recommended loads of places to visit perfect for golfers and non golfers.

We've just finished our stay at the property and it was perfect. We wanted somewhere to relax for the week in beautiful surroundings and it ticked that box and more! The house itself is gorgeous and has everything you'd need for your stay, including a juicer which meant we got to have fresh OJ every morning, with oranges bought down the road. The pool and hot tub in particular were amazing with fantastic views down the valley.

The apartment is well served with all the essentials and our Mara, responsible for the welcome and cleanliness of the house was really super attentive, friendly and available TO our every need! All functional and in excellent value for money. Perfect for those who want to visit Tenerife away from the usual super crowded and overpriced places. In a few minutes you can reach any place on the island by car without problems! Definitely recommended.

The apartment is easily accessible from the airport with two very nearby bus stops. It is a small, well-kept apartment, which is well habitable for two. Depending on body size, the sleeping option can be a little small (at 198cm it slowly gets tight). The kitchen is well suited for cooking with the kitchen island, even if the stove is a little small. The balcony is cozy and you have a nice view of the Teide from there on a clear day. Supermarkets are within walking distance. Restaurants and bars are across the street, but they also make for a certain volume. The sea can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot. Otherwise, there is not too much going on in the area, so if you are looking for a small apartment to relax, this is the place.

The apartment is very well equipped with everything a traveler needs. Location is very quiet and peaceful. Extremely easy communication with the host. We have never said this before- but if Tenerife - we will come back again.

The apartment is really highly recommended. We were there as a couple with a toddler and had such a great vacation and felt very comfortable in the small but wonderful apartment. It offers everything you needed was clean and tidy, and we ate outside on the balcony almost every day which we were able to enjoy very much. The host and his friend are very friendly and we felt very welcome directly with a sweet gesture like cookies and wine.

We have just had a great few days at Carmen Rosa’s apartment. When we got there we met Tamara’s mother who made us so welcome!! We were after a complete chill out break and this is what we got. The apartment I had everything you need, including a large balcony terrance which catches the sun most of the day. I would certainly recommend a car for your visit. There are a couple of local supermarkets but 2 larger ones (including a Lidl) only a few minutes drive away. The apartment is spotlessly clean. We enjoyed just sitting watching the boats come in and out of the harbour. I would really recommend This apartment.

We had a wonderful stay with our 2 small children. The apartment is very quiet, 5 minutes walk from a beach, a supermarket and a beach bar. The most beautiful hiking areas are a 30 to 45-minute drive. The apartment itself was very clean, has a good kitchen and is bright and spacious.

We spent two weeks at the house during the Christmas and New Year celebrations. The house was perfect for us with our three children. Our young people at the disposal of the large loft room with bath and kitchenette. The house was spacious and felt personal, and had everything we needed including a large laundry room. The bedroom had, just like the wardrobe and bathroom, exit to the garden. There were large, nice patios, fantastic garden in private surroundings and good sun conditions. The house was nicely decorated and well equipped, although some things should probably be upgraded to reach the top. The pool was not heated and therefore best suited for bathing for our youngest child. The landlord lived right by and stopped by daily. She was very nice and we always felt welcome. She shared the origins of the house and plans going forward. Several times we got fruits and vegetables from her kitchen garden. We had a perfect stay and would love to stay here again!
