Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Costa del Silencio

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! The setting was beautiful with stunning sea views, and the pool was incredibly clean with a perfectly comfortable water temperature. All the room amenities were complete and well-maintained. The host was super nice, incredibly patient, and very friendly. We highly recommend this place!

Super Hôte, nous avons été très bien accueillis, Candy est très gentille et réactive. L'endroit est paisible, très coloré et dans les beaux jours nous pouvons apercevoir le Teide depuis la maison !! La maison est propre, on a des couvertures et des peignoirs à disposition, ainsi que des fruits, café, thé...!! Je recommande vivement cet endroit !

Super logement. Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Belle vue et très paisible. la piscine est un gros plus. le logement et simplement mais joliement décoré. Au top. Merci!

La villa est incroyable. Grande, belle, une vue exceptionnelle. Le jaccuzi face au coucher du soleil est un gros plus. Les hôtes nous ont donnés beaucoup de conseils, ils ont étaient prévenant, réactif aux messages. Tout était parfait. Je recommande vivement !

I spent 5 days at Marina’s villa with my family and it is a beautiful place to stay with a lot of things very close by which makes it very handy. She is also a great host just like all the previous reviews say as she responds quick and very helpful. Will definitely be staying here again in the future, worth every penny.

Wij bevelen van harte aan. Het huisje is ideaal voor twee personen. Heel netjes en schoon. De communicatie met de verhuurder was fantastisch. Zeer snel in reactie, gaf allerlei goede tips voor de regio. Een huurauto is wel noodzakelijk. De locatie is rustig gelegen, je deelt het terrein met twee andere accomodaties maar de tuin is privé.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sauber, bestens ausgestattet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die ruhige Lage sowie die Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Haus. Der Gastgeber war jederzeit gut erreichbar und äußerst hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Concha hat hier eine kleine Oase geschaffen – perfekt, um zu entspannen und dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Das Dorf ist sehr ruhig und ein Auto ist zu empfehlen. Die Parksituation fanden wir vor allem ab Nachmittag etwas schwierig, haben aber letztendlich immer einen Platz gefunden. Bei Fragen ist Concha sehr gut erreichbar und war eine tolle Gastgeberin. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

A perfect home away from home! We had an amazing 10-day stay at this lovely apartment in Tenerife. It was cosy, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed — it truly felt like home. The location is ideal: in a quiet area, yet just a short walk to both the city center and the beach. One of the highlights was the spacious terrace with a very nice view of the bay — perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The peaceful surroundings made it easy to unwind and enjoy every moment. Lea was an exceptional host — warm, thoughtful, and attentive to every little detail. From helpful recommendations to small touches in the apartment, her hospitality really stood out and made our stay even more special. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tenerife!

La casa di Maria si trova in un quartiere molto tranquillo e pratico come punto di partenza per escursioni. A pochi passi da casa una splendida baia che offre i primi scorci di una bellissima isola. Nel quartiere tanti ristoranti e supermercati. La casa offre tutto il necessario. Grazie a Maria e Tamara per l'ospitalità..

Das Apartment hat die perfekte Ausgangslage, um mit dem Auto die Insel zu erkunden. In 2 Minuten ist man am Strand, den man auch vom Balkon aus sieht und die Restaurants in der Nähe sind super. Wie schon in anderen Rezensionen erwähnt, sind die Wände sehr dünn und man hört im Schlafzimmer den Fernseher der Nachbarn sehr laut, mit Oropax war es ok. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war perfekt und die Waschmaschine neu und sehr sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder, danke!

appartamento situato in una zona tranquilla di Tenerife, non lontano da alcuni locali e dal mare. In questa parte d’isola spiaggia rocciosa ma facili gli spostamenti in auto per trovare spiagge più sabbiose. Appartamento con Terrazza con vista sull’oceano bellissima. Piscina bella. Eravamo con una bimba e Luigi ci ha fornito seggiolone e lettino, molto disponibile ad ascoltare le nostre richieste.

Bardzo polecam nocleg w apartamencie u Alessia :) mieszkanie jest przestronne, czyste, kuchnia jest dobrze wyposażona, na balkonie jest stolik i krzesła, a w garażu można zaparkować auto :) blisko do sklepów, restauracji i nad wodę :) mieszkanie jest położone w cichym i spokojnym miejscu :) Alessia jest bardzo dobrym gospodarzem! Szybko odpisuje na wiadomości i jest bardzo pomocna! Z chęcią ponownie wrócimy! :)

As previous reviews apartment and complex well maintained . Great pool area with plenty of sunbeds , heated pool a bonus ! Close to supermarkets and bars ,restaurants. Avoid nearest Hyperdino as up to 20% more expensive for lots of items and fresh produce is poor. There’s a better one five minutes down road and way less expensive Thanks again to Lizbeth & Noelia for a great stay

The apartment was very clean and quiet and all amenities were there. Supermarket and bus stop very close. The pool not used very much beautiful place. Recommend this apartment. Complex looked after with care. Would definately go back

appartamento con ampio balcone con vista mare laterale in stile canariano in un complesso residenziale sulla costa del silenzio, molto tranquillo e ben gestito con possibilità di parcheggio su strada e accesso alle piscine del complesso che sono davvero belle e a picco sul mare. l'appartamento è ben servito di tutto l'essenziale e la nostra Mara, responsabile dell'accoglienza e della pulizia della casa è stata davvero super attenta cordiale e disponibile AD ogni nostra esigenza! tutto funzionale e in ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. perfetto per chi vuole visitare Tenerife lontano dai soliti luoghi superaffollati e sovrapprezzati. in pochi minuti raggiungi qualsiasi luogo dell'isola in macchina senza problemi! sicuramente consigliato.

We were met with a very warm welcome by the hostess when we arrived at this great place situated in a very nice secure apartment community. The apartment itself is exactly as described. The place is spotlessly clean, has been renovated recently and has everything in it you would ever need, a real ‘home from home’. Location is excellent, spar supermarket only 1 minute walk, plenty restaurants and beaches only a few more minutes away. The communal pool was great with many beds always available. The hosts are great, previously mentioned the warm welcome when we arrived and also the communication and flexibility from Miguel throughout has been excellent. Excellent accompaniment and hosts, thank you for our stay, we have already recommended to other family members.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Wir waren als Paar mit Kleinkind dort und hatten so einen tollen Urlaub und haben uns in der kleinen, aber wundervollen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie bietet alles, was man braucht, war sauber und ordentlich, und wir haben fast jeden Tag draußen auf dem Balkon gegessen, was wir sehr genießen konnten. Der Gastgeber und sein Freund sind sehr freundlich und wir haben uns direkt mit einer süßen Geste wie Keksen und Wein sehr willkommen gefühlt.

We have just had a great few days at Carmen Rosa’s apartment. When we got there we met Tamara’s mother who made us so welcome!! We were after a complete chill out break and this is what we got. The apartment I had everything you need, including a large balcony terrance which catches the sun most of the day. I would certainly recommend a car for your visit. There are a couple of local supermarkets but 2 larger ones (including a Lidl) only a few minutes drive away. The apartment is spotlessly clean. We enjoyed just sitting watching the boats come in and out of the harbour. I would really recommend This apartment.

Carlos nous a accueillis personnellement à l'arrivée, a remis la clé et nous a tout expliqué. En guise de bienvenue, de l'eau, de la bière, du fromage et des truffes au chocolat. L'appartement de Carlos est au calme sur la Costa del Silencio. L'appartement est très bien équipé pour ceux qui cuisine. Il y a une belle terrasse extérieur pour se détendre avec transat et parasol. Il y a une buanderie avec un lave linge. A 2 minutes il y a un petit supermarché ouvert jusqu’à 20h00. Merci à Carlos. Je recommande cette maison.

Dovolenou jsem v Lauřině bytě strávila již potřetí a opět jsem byla velmi spokojená. Bytový komplex je čistý a bezpečný, má velmi pěkný bazén a je hned vedle oceánu a pláže. Byt je čistý , dobře vybavený, s pohodlnou postelí. Plus je soukromé parkovací místo v areálu. Stavba hotelu naproti pokračuje, občas se trochu práší, ale velky hluk slyšet není a přes víkend nepracují. Laura je velmi milá, ochotná a ihned reaguje na dotazy. Minulý rok jsem v bytě zapomněla mikinu a potěšilo mě, ze mi ji Laura letos vrátila. Připadám si zde už jako doma a ráda se zase někdy vrátím.
