Miguel’s house is a bit further outside of the small city center, next to a gas station and the parking lots of the market. The Main Street runs directly in front of the house, so that it’s impossible to stop here to carry the luggage to the house. The beach is in a walkable distance where you find a view cafes and restaurants. The house itself is pretty new with a nice and bright furniture. Unfortunately if it rains there’s no place to eat. The only table is outside and gets pretty wet from the rain. The high chairs are a bit too high on the kitchen table. Another thing is that people who pass the house can watch inside the sleeping room. There are no curtains, either you close the (very beautiful) shutters and it’s totally dark or people can see you laying in bed. The whole house has a beautiful design. Everything was spotless clean with a good smell. The small garden is very green and well treated. In total I can highly recommend Miguel’s place.

We had a great stay. Very peaceful and quiet, with pretty wooded surroundings. The kids loved the pools. Joao was friendly, chilled out and helpful.

Nuestra estancia en esta casa fue simplemente perfecta. La ubicación es inmejorable, a pocos minutos de la playa y cerca de todo lo necesario. La casa estaba impecable, muy bien equipada y decorada con mucho gusto. Nos sentimos como en casa desde el primer momento. La terraza es ideal para relajarse después de un día de playa. Además, la atención de los anfitriones fue excelente, siempre atentos a cualquier detalle. Sin duda, recomendamos esta casa y esperamos volver pronto. ¡Una experiencia de diez en Costa de Caparica !

Située dans un quartier résidentiel calme, cette maison de ville est propre et très bien équipée. Marisa est très réactive et nous a donné de bonnes informations sur les visites de la région. Les enfants ont bien profité de la piscine(profondeur allant de 1,25 à 1,85 m). Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour.

We had a wonderful stay at Jose's place - exceeded our expectations. It is built and furnished in a traditional Portuguese style with beautiful tiles on the ground floor and hard wood furniture throughout. Though there is no AC, the place was fairly cool in June. Fans were also provided. Palmela, is a beautiful cobble stone town on a hill, with a quiet feel. Particularly enjoyed the medieval castle & Parque Venâncio next to it. Great bakery too. Jose was a kind host, quick to respond to messages and wiling to accommodate our requests. Thanks so much Jose! Worth noting: - accessing the loft room is using an old creaky ladder and a small loft door. Those with mobility issues find it difficult to access. - the bathroom occasionally smelled of sewage, not sure exactly why. Keeping the door open when not in use & using the dehumidifier provided did the trick. -difficult to park next to the property due to narrow street. Jose sent us a suitable location nearby, a few streets away.

L'appartement est calme, bien équipé, lumineux et avec une vue agréable sur le golf. Ana a su être réactive, disponible et bienveillante pour toutes nos interrogations, avant et pendant notre séjour. Il y a juste à côté une petite épicerie et un restaurant, ainsi que des supermarchés un peu plus loin bien pratiques. Lisbonne se trouve à 25 minutes environ en voiture. Nous pensons que l'appartement est plus prévu pour des séjours avec une voiture plutôt que transports en commun. L'appartement correspond en tout point à l'annonce (description + photos). Un séjour très agréable qui sera à refaire volontiers en relouant cet appartement une prochaine fois. Nous n'avons pas pu rencontrer Ana lors de la remise des clefs, mais son mari a su nous renseigner avec un bon accueil. Merci.

La, casa, de Elizabeth reúne todo lo suficiente para pase unos días tranquilos, cómodos en un ambiente excelente. La casa es preciosa y toda la distribución y accesorios de baño, cocina, jardín, etc estaban en perfecto estado. El único pero, es lo que otros usuarios ya han descrito, el aparcamiento es difícil y complicado al ser una carretera muy estrecha. En general lo recomendamos a las personas que busquen intimidad y sosiego, pero también decir que no es accesible para personas con movilidad reducida... Mencionar por último a Mafalda como persona de contacto mientras estuvimos alojados, fue muy amable.

The house is wonderful. Nicely furnished and comfortable. Great location--close to center of town, beaches and some really great restaurants. We would not hesitate renting this again.

Excellent accommodation and fantastic service throughout our stay. Friendly and professional. A group of 6 of us spent 3 nights here. It’s a perfect location a little distance from the main tourist area but easy walking or metro ride away. The property is cool, bright and very comfortable. The amenities are excellent, with comfortable bedding and a wonderful patio space. Top class Lisboa - what a wonderful City.

Great location to local attractions and close to the train station. Plenty to do and see if you enjoy walking a little bit.

We stayed for a month in this beautiful villa and had a wonderful stay. Our hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. The houses has everything you can think if needing for a stay and is well thought out. Beautiful and relaxing space. The villa is set on an exclusive development with great security and privacy. There are several boardwalks for direct access to the beautiful and secluded beaches of Troia while also being a short walk to the marina and small centre of Troia with supermarket and a few bar/restaurants. We had a wonderful stay, thank you!

We stayed in this house for several weeks with our baby daughter and thought it was absolutely great! The interior is very well in shape and the house very clean. All beds are extremely comfortable. We especially loved the small terrace and the green garden. Overall everything has a very cozy vibe. We also loved the area, which is calmer than some of the more central districts but still has lots of great cafés, bars and restaurants. Constança has been very kind, extremely responsive and always very helpful. Can highly recommend!

Charmante maison, propre et bien équipée. Une terrasse à l'arrière permet de s'isoler de la rue principale. La plage est à proximité avec un parking payant. L'hôte est très chaleureuse et disponible dans la maison mitoyenne. Le quartier est peu entretenu.

Our family loved staying at Joana’s place! Joana always responded quickly to any questions I had. There were several bus stops nearby to take us to various locations throughout the city and the metro wasn’t far either. It was great to have a place with 2 1/2 bathrooms bc we had two families staying there. It was convenient to have a washing machine. We also enjoyed the patio out back since the weather was perfect. We would definitely stay at one of Joana’s places again.

It’s a very quiet neighborhood and yet easy to get around. The room is clean nice little terrace and there were enough kitchen appliances. I highly recommend

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans ce logement de rêve ! Tout est conforme à la description et aux photos ! Si vous visitez lisbonne, nous vous conseillons d’être véhiculé car le logement se situe à 30min du centre. En revanche vous serez à proximité des plages 100% parfait pour un séjour paisible et reposant, nous reviendrons ! Merci beaucoup

Logement qui correspond à ce que nous avons loué. A deux pas de la mer et loin de la foule. Pratique pour aller visiter différents endroits. Petite boulangerie juste à côté qui ne paye pas de mine mais qui nous regalait en sucré comme salé avec bière fraîche, jus pressé. Terrasse vue mer pour prendre les repas. Merci

Mooie woning, lekker ruim met een grote tuin en heerlijk zwembad! Aanrader om voor met vriendinnen te bezoeken. Via de app Bolt kun je makkelijk en goedkoop in de stad komen, het duurt ongeveer 15-25 minuten ( afhankelijk van de locatie in het centrum). Vanaf de luchthaven is het ook maar 7 minuten met de auto, die je ook nog eens voor de deur ophaalt en afzet. Klein minpuntje dat je de twee badkamers (douches) niet te gelijk kan gebruiken als je warm water wilt. Maar als je er 1 te gelijk aan doet, werkt het top. Zeker een aanrader om hier heen te gaan!!!

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié : - stationnement facile dans la rue - facile d’accès depuis le nord de la ville - quartier calme et agréable - arrêt de bus en face de la maison proposant une ligne régulière vers le centre ville en 15 minutes (bus 759) - maison chaleureuse, joliment décorée et dans laquelle on se sent facilement chez soi - terrasse et petit jardin très agréables - cuisine très bien équipée - literies agréables - hôtes réactifs, sympathiques et de bon conseil Nous avons adoré!!
