Waterfront holiday rentals in Costa Adeje

We stayed in this wonderful apartment for 4 nights and had a great experience. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed — and even more! The coffee was delicious, and we especially enjoyed the beautiful view from the window. The host was very friendly and communicated well. We 100% recommend this place!

✨ Die Wohnung war einfach großartig. Es gab Spielzeug für unser Kind, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Vom Balkon aus hatte man einen wunderschönen Blick – auf der einen Seite das Meer mit Schiffen und Musik, auf der anderen Seite die Stadt mit ihren Lichtern. Das Rauschen des Ozeans begleitete unsere Abende. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig und die Nachbarn waren leise. Der Gastgeber war sehr aufmerksam und hat uns hilfreiche Informationen über die Umgebung gegeben. Für uns war dieser Urlaub einfach perfekt. Vielen Dank für alles! 🌊🌅

We had a lovely 2 weeks stay at Daniel's apartment which had everything we needed for a great holiday. The balcony is large and has it's own sunbeds and an amazing sea view. The place is very quiet although a short walk to lots of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Always space around the pool although we didn't use it. Our first time in Costa Adeje and we will definitely be back!

The Geert&Carine’s apartment is highly recommended, it has everything you need and that's why you feel like you're at home! It is clean and well maintained, spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the garden and the ocean was our favorite! The Altamira complex, in which the apartment is located, is well maintained, clean and tidy, swimming pools, greenery, garden with walkways to the beaches, everything a step away from the apartment. Free and always available parking, a well-equipped supermarket across the street, several good restaurants and bars within the complex. Thank you Geert&Carine for your hospitality, we truly enjoyed!

Appartement fidèle à l'annonce très bien équipé et confortable pour un couple avec 2 enfants. Son emplacement est un vrai plus pour profiter de la plage et des environs notamment pour se promener le soir. De notre côté nous avions loué une voiture pour visiter l'île et il est parfois un peu difficile de trouver une place gratuite de stationnement à proximité, mais avec un peu de patience on finit par trouver.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war tatsächlich besser als beschrieben. Nur 1-2 Gehminuten vom Wasser entfernt, zu einer atemberaubenden Aussicht auf den Ozean. Der knapp 200 Meter hohe Berg auch nur weniger Minuten von der Unterkunft entfernt lädt zum Trailrunning und wandern ein. Perfekt für Fotos von Sonnenauf- und untergang. Sandra war super nett und hat trotz Flugverspätung auf uns gewartet, uns die Unterkunft im Detail gezeigt und die Schlüssel übergeben. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Bis auf eine defekte Fliese im Bad, was nicht sonderlich schwer zu reparieren ist, gibt es nichts zu kritisieren. Super ruhig, kein lauter Verkehr oder ähnliches. Ein Pool ist auch vorhanden, jedoch gibt es so viele schöne Strände in der Nähe, das wir diesen nicht genutzt haben.

Il mio soggiorno nell’alloggio di Christian è stato a dir poco perfetto! Un monolocale perfetto per due persone con tutto quello di cui hai bisogno a partire dal bagno con cassetti contenenti phone, piastra ecc.. ti mettono a disposizione addirittura l’attrezzatura per il mare con ombrellone, asciugamani e pure le maschera (non è da tutti). La posizione è ottima, in una zona tranquilla, con bella gente e vicino sia alla spiaggia che ai ristoranti e disco bar che sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi. Christian super gentile e disponibile è stato un host da 10 e lode. Se dovessi tornare a Tenerife ritornerei sicuramente qui!😘

This location was perfect, especially if you're not a fan of burger bars and full English breakfast. Very traditional and unspoilt. The sound of the waves was wonderful. The apartment had everything you need, the fans were great. Bed is huge and very comfortable. Everything good quality. Local restaurants were amazing but, didn't get to try them all but we will definitely return to this resort and this place. We hired a car for the week and had no problems parking. But we said next time, we won't bother as we intend to have a more chilling week and sample the great eating places and go for walks. Thank you so much

Een prachtige villa met zwembad in een rustige omgeving. We hebben genoten van het uitzicht op de zee en ondergaande zon. Het zwembad was heerlijk om af te koelen. lekkere douches, en wij sliepen op de 1e verdieping in het prachtig verbouwde slaapkamer. we voelden ons helemaal thuis. De BBQ nog aan gehad. De restaurants zijn op 10 minuutjes lopen, evenals het strand. Vlakbij parkeren. Dit was een van de mooiste huizen die we hebben geboekt via Airbnb. Andrey bedankt voor je goede contact. Alles verliep perfect. Als we weer naar Tenerife gaan, komen we zeker terug.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Alles war sauber, und besonders die Terrasse mit dem Pool und dem Grill hat uns begeistert. Es war angenehm ruhig, und der Supermarkt sowie andere kleine Geschäfte waren schnell zu erreichen. Auch die Kommunikation mit Benjamin war super, er war sehr hilfsbereit und flexibel – wir durften sogar etwas später auschecken. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

La villa est incroyable. Grande, belle, une vue exceptionnelle. Le jaccuzi face au coucher du soleil est un gros plus. Les hôtes nous ont donnés beaucoup de conseils, ils ont étaient prévenant, réactif aux messages. Tout était parfait. Je recommande vivement !

The apartment from Natalia & John was great! Within walking distance from good restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. So very central but in a quiet neighbourhood. Everything we could think of was there; beach umbrellas and chairs included. They allowed us to do a late check out which was very nice. We very much recommend this house in Alcala if you want to explore Tenerife and you don’t like the big resorts and the very touristic places like los cristianos.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour d’une semaine. L’arrivée de nuit n’a posé aucun soucis et je les en remercie. Je vous recommande ce logement qui est paisible et même si le quartier où il est situé n’est pas très touristique, il se situe à quelques minutes de tout et pratique si vous souhaitez visiter le nord et le sud de l’île. De plus il y a un arrêt de bus à quelques pas. Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour 🤍

Wir waren letztes Jahr schon in dieser Unterkunft und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen . La Caleta ist sehr schön und wir fühlen uns dort wie zu Hause . Carmen ist eine sehr gute Vermieterin und hat uns sogar vor den Unwetterwarnungen gewarnt .

La casa è grande e accogliente, molto pulita, aria condizionata in entrambe le stanze da letto, con un grande terrazzo e una piscina (condivisa) enorme. La zona è super tranquilla e sicura, si possono fare lunghe e bellissime passeggiate sul lungomare, che è letteralmente a due passi da casa, e si può fare il bagno nella Caletta naturale sotto casa. Il prezzo è adeguato a quello che offre e se dovessi ritornare a Tenerife prenoterei subito di nuovo da Sve

Appartamento con una vista splendida. Pulito e confortevole, dotato di tutto il necessario. Nella zona tranquilla di Los Cristianos ma a due passi dal centro. Supermercato farmacia e bar direttamente sotto casa. La gentilezza e la disponibilità di Gabriella ha reso il soggiorno perfetto.

Durante il nostro soggiorno ci siamo trovate benissimo. L’appartamento corrispondeva alle foto, la cucina è super attrezzata, anche con microonde e macchina del caffè/moka che non sempre si trovano, inoltre c’è anche la piscina. La terrazza grande, con tavolo e sedie e due sedie sdraio. Era tutto pulito, tranne i divani in salotto che avevano un po’ di polvere e sembrano un po’ vecchi, c’è anche una tv dove si potrebbe guardare Netflix con il proprio account. Il bagno era pulito con una doccia grande. Nel complesso ci siamo trovate bene, tranne per la possibilità di trovare parcheggio ma questo problema è in tutta Tenerife… Consiglio di alloggiare in questa zona molto tranquilla e con la spiaggia davanti al condominio.

We chose the apartment for its area and view. The sunset from the balcony every evening is absolutely stunning. The apartment is small but has everything it needs, we didn’t miss anything. We stayed here for 2 weeks and felt like home :) The pool is very clean. Excellent location. There’s a shop right downstairs and many others in the area.

Данное жилье идеально в соотношении цены и качества. Шикарный вид из окна на океан + наличие различных кафе и пляж в паре минут от выхода с дома это прекрасно. В апартаментах было все что нужно для проживания, включая комплимент в виде натурального кофе))

We had such a lovely holiday at Carlos’ apartment. Great location, well stocked apartment with plenty of space, fantastic pools with friendly bar. Would definitely recommend and would love to return!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Tenerife! The highlight was definitely the amazing Atlantic Ocean view — truly breathtaking. The apartment was very clean and well maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax. Communication with the host wasn't much needed, which is always a good sign. Although some pools were under repair, the pool that was open provided plenty of fun for the kids. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great location and unforgettable views.

Lovely flat in a peaceful area right by the beach, comfortably furnished and well-equipped. There’s a scenic coastal trail just next to the flat that’s perfect for watching the sunrise. Although there was some construction nearby, it wasn’t disruptive at all. Laura was a wonderful host—very welcoming and checked in multiple times to see if I needed anything. The only minor drawback is that, being on the ground floor, the flat doesn’t get a lot of natural light. However, it’s not a big issue, especially if you keep the window open.
