Very nice apartment with plenty of space and great views. Good kitchen & equipment, garage, small gym etc. The apartment complex is quiet and well kept, neighbors seem to be retired people. Helpful & friendly host, local tips, flexible check-in and out. Very good experience and recommended for people looking for a nice, quality apartment in a peaceful area!

I stayed at Felipes place in April. it was very well equipped, in a peaceful location. it is easy to walk to restaurants and shops, as well as the beach. As the area is residential, parking was easy. Felipe was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, cozy, and just like in the photos. Olga was a lovely host — very kind and helpful. It was especially thoughtful of her to offer a baby cot and high chair for our little one, which made things so much easier for us. There were also plenty of towels, soap, and all the basics already there, which was super convenient. The big swimming pool was a huge plus during the day when the sun was out — we used it a lot! The neighborhood felt safe and pleasant, with some nice restaurants close by, and a big Hiperdino supermarket about 3 km away that had everything we needed. Having a parking spot right on the property was also really helpful. Overall, a great place to stay — would definitely recommend!

Wir haben unseren dreiwöchigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Anlage befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage mit einer sehr ansprechenden und gepflegten Poolanlage. Den knapp 4 km Fußweg an der Küste entlang zum Trubel in Costa Adeje haben wir sehr genossen. Im Apartment haben uns besonders gefallen: die Sauberkeit und die ausreichende Zahl der Handtücher.

Ich war mit meiner Bekannten dort um Ruhe zu finden und zu arbeiten. Es war einfach perfekt. Auch die Lage des Apartments war so, dass es nie direkte Sonne, sodass es immer ein angenehmes Klima hatte. Und abends war es herrlich ruhig zum schlafen. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Appartamento confortevole, pulito e in zona molto ben servita dai servizi essenziali. Dotato di lavatrice e lavastoviglie compreso tutte le attrezzature primarie, parcheggio privato e piscina condominiale. Vanessa è stata sempre attenta e disponibile alle nostre richieste fatte prima della partenza e si è resa disponibile durante la permanenza anche se non è servito perché avevamo tutto ciò che vi era necessario. Valuteremo sicuramente un ritorno da loro!

Excellente semaine passée dans le logement de Lucia. L'appartement est en parfait état, il y a vraiment tout ce dont peux avoir besoin une famille avec enfants (vaisselles enfants, parasol, jeux de plages...). C'est très calme. On se sent comme à la maison et les enfants aussi. La literie est très bonne, nous avons très bien dormi. Le quartier est calme et résidentiel. Le parking fermé est très pratique. Lucia est accueillante et prévenante. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

It’s a very cosy apartment and perfect for couples. We stayed for 2 nights and had a lovely stay. They were really responsive and the apartment was neat and clean. The location is quiet and the apartment has an amazing pool which on sunset looks amazing.

Het was een fijn verblijf bij Yves. Ook voor ons zoontje van 1,5 was het appartement goed geschikt.Met de auto zat je overal zo en kun je het eiland goed ontdekken. Alle communicatie verliep goed en wij kijken erg positief terug op onze tijd in het appartement.

We had a most enjoyable stay at Simona apartment: very well equipped for a short or longer stay, spacious, centrally located. The air conditioning in the bedroom cools down the whole apartment. From the large comfortable terrace we enjoyed the mountains view. The apartment floor tiling and the terrace tiling is flat so walking from the inside to the outside is smooth. The large shower is entirely closed. Great large and very well maintained swimming pool. It takes 5 minutes to reach the beach. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Simona is a friendly and super host: she has always been there for any query we had including before arrival. Though we never met the host, she was very quick to respond and keen on solving potential problems. Flexible check-in and check-out: Thank you Simona!

Wspaniały pobyt w PalmMar Apartament zadbany z wszystkim czego potrzebowaliśmy na 2 tygodniowy pobyt w tej miejscowości. Budynek bardzo kameralny, wygodne wejście, dostęp do garażu i apartamentów :) cudowny basen również z brodzikiem, siłownia. Niesamowity taras (w zasadzie dwa). Łazienki z WC. Jedna toaleta. Bardzo wygodnie i przestrzennie w apartamencie. Po drugiej strony ulicy pyszne restauracje włoskie, sklep spożywczy. Dojście do wybrzeża k 15-20 min. niezapomniane miejsce :) polecamy!!! 😍

Meget fin og funktionel lejlighed. Vi indrettede kontor og arbejdspladser, så vi kunne arbejde i de 2 uger vi var i Marias lejlighed. Der var rigtig gode borde og stole, og indretningen af lejligheden var perfekt til dette formål. Lejligheden er moderniseret og har bl.a. et nyere badeværelse, et velindrettet køkken/stue og en meget fin altan. Der er et par mindre ulemper ved lejligheden, som f.eks. et meget lille køleskab samt en meget blød seng. Dette har jeg skrevet til Maria, og hun har sagt at det vil blive ordnet. En sidste ting man skal være opmærksom på er, at lejligheden ligger i den del af bygningen, der ligger i nærheden af vejen, så der kan godt være lidt støj. Men ikke noget stort problem. Vi sov fint om natten alligevel.

We have just returned from a week staying at this property. From initial enquiry - check out Ruth was very friendly , helpful and available if needed. Ahead of going we received clear video instructions for collecting the key / entering the property and information about the apartment itself. As well as links to local attractions/ restaurants. The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood with views of the mountain. It was a clean place with all the things you would need for a stay. Even little pots of olive oil which came in very handy ! The building has a lift which is very helpful especially with cases. Ruth recommended we took a taxi to the apartment as it's a bit hard going with cases. We took a bus and she was right it was a bit of a hill arriving but the bus stop is just a few mins away which is very convenient from the airport. It also was only 10-15 mins walk to the beach / shops and restaurants. We also particularly enjoyed the restaurant "k-vegan" which was local !

Super place to stay with very special views from the private balcony. Beds a bit hard but everything else was perfect. Will book again!

Buena comunicación con Tomás en todo momento. La casa es perfecta para pasar unos días con amigos Lo único tener en cuenta que es necesario tener coche para llegar, sino moverte en taxis puede ser costoso. Repetiría y recomiendo quedarse

Todo fue excelente. El alojamiento estaba limpio, bien ubicado y exactamente como en las fotos. El anfitrión fue muy amable y siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier duda. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Beautiful villa with everything you might need when on holidays. We had a great time and loved the location. Close enough to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Host is very responsive and helpful. Every request was immediately addressed. Thanks for a super lovely stay!

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful villa! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning surroundings and the impeccable attention to detail in the property. The villa itself is spacious, luxurious, and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. A big thank you to everyone who made our stay so special. Amazing villa Place was very very clean it has everything you need. Swimming pool was lovely and warm. Great for pictures if you post on social media etc. love the kitchen area as a chef. I love the privacy the bbq grill outside and toilet outside so you don’t have to keep going back inside the home Amazing host I bothered him so much just asking so much questions and but he replied instantly Location Taxi Is like 60€ to Siam park 75€ to the city where all the action is. 15€ to the local beach which is quite private but really really hot and nice restaurant soon as you walk in. But the local petrol station & supermarket the people are lovelyyyy. An I meet a local woman taxi who was our personal driver for few days and she was lovely. Just two things don’t really get sun for to long at this location and need more heaters as it gets bit chilly Thank you xxx

Exceptionally good location with luxurious facilities. The landlord was also exceptionally nice and problems were sorted out. Had a great holiday.
